Don’t stay here.

This unit was filthy. Bed was 30 years old and terrible. No toilet paper no hair dryer. The furniture was from 1970 and very warm. Do not even consider this place.

Oceanview and beach access

We love the breathtaking view and the surround sound of the waves. A few steps out, you have the pool and the beach. The property is modern, clean, and comfortable. It is fully stocked like home, and has its own parking. Very easy access to grocery, restaurants, and pharmacies. Highly recommended.

Perfect getaway

The place was clean and well cared for. Decor was classy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. Balcony views were amazing. We enjoyed the convenience of renting the chairs and umbrella on the days we didn’t want to drag our stuff to the beach. Also the “Salty Pickle” bar and grill made it so nice to grab a bite or cocktail without leaving the property. I highly recommend this little gem.

Nice place

Nice location, easy to communicate with the host. Could have been more clean. There was a lot of dirt and dust accumulated on the baseboards and chair rail. Could probably benefit from a Roomba, since the floors are not carpeted, and dust/hair build up fast. A Keurig would be nice also. Very quiet, beautiful views, overall nice stay.

Our June stay in Garden City, SC.

We have stayed in this complex before. This unit was well-equipped with a very comfortable king size bed. Showers were great as was water pressure. Washer and dryer are full-sized and easy to use. Eleventh floor offers a fabulous view! There are a few minor issues that I want to speak to the owner about. I was disappointed that the floors had not been damp mopped, so we wore shoes the entire time. Everything else went well.

Great location, beautiful view. Not as clean as expected.

When trying to make the second and final payment the property manager did not respond through the Vrbo messages. I had to email her several times and was unsure about how to make the payment. She did get back to me and I was able to make the payment and get the rental contact. Now you may want to call me picky but I’m very organized and a bit of a clean freak. The first thing I noticed when arriving at the unit was the very old dirty mats both inside and outside the unit at the door and the back slider. Second thing I noticed was the floor. I’m a barefoot walker in my home and here I could not be my feet were filthy after a few minutes of being inside. Some of the most used cabinets were sticky the inside of the cabinets need a little love as well. The bathmats were dirty and stained and need to be replaced. The patio furniture is metal and is very rusty and there was bird poop everywhere. So many balconies in nearby units had beautiful outdoor furniture it was a little disappointing. The swiffer was dirty and the mop was filthy. I also did not complain while I was there because I just wanted to start my vacation and not have to worry about someone coming in to check out the complaints. So I did what I could. Other than those minor things the unit is nicely furnished and decorated for the beach! The view was spectacular! The access to the beach was very convenient and the pool area is very nice. We stay in this area every year in June and as always it was a great time. Lots of families and great places to visit nearby. This was our first stay on the beach and it was fantastic. *Another note* they were down to one elevator for a few days of our stay as they are replacing and upgrading the elevators. So getting to the 11th floor was a challenge during certain times of the day. They were also redoing some railing and it was extremely loud when they were cutting into the concrete. Just minor inconveniences.

We love Murrell’s Inlet!

Overall we had a great stay. The unit was the perfect size. The bed was extremely comfortable, and from reading previous reviews, one of the reasons we chose this unit. The sheets are pretty cheap though, so if you are sensitive to scratchy sheets you may want to bring your own. I was a little nervous knowing that there wouldn’t be a fan in the bedroom and that you can’t drop the thermostat below 73, but the unit stayed pretty cool. The kitchen is cute and adequate if you’re not planning on doing a lot of cooking. They are a little short on typical kitchen accessories compared to most units where we’ve stayed. This didn’t pose a huge problem since we took most meals out. The unit itself was fairly clean, but upon arrival the floors were still a bit sandy. My husband indicated that the unit had a funky smell when we got there (animal or musty), but after our first night we didn’t notice it anymore. The view and the proximity to the beach is incredible. The balcony is a bit dirty from bird poop, but I’m not sure what could be done about that. Going to the beach each day was made easier through renting beach chairs and an umbrella. If it’s a busy time, you may have to wait a while for an elevator, as only two elevators were working while we were there. Also only one elevator goes all the way to the beach level, which requires some patience when you’re wanting to haul a beach cart or anything bulky to the ground level. The pool area is very clean with plenty of chairs. The bathrooms around the pool area were also remarkably clean every time we used them. We also enjoyed the fact that the pool area has corn hole boards. Next time we won’t have to bring ours! The only complaint we had that posed the biggest problem was the parking situation. The deck is extremely narrow. We drove a van and had a difficult time making the turns. If you have a vehicle larger than a van you could possibly get stuck, as we learned from some other guests who drove longer trucks. Also we had one nights where the deck was full and we had to park several blocks away. The night guard told us to just park in an illegal parking spot and bill the condo owner! We didn’t think that was very fair, as it is the managements responsibility to ensure guaranteed parking for paying guests. We spoke to the operations manager about the situation, but he did not offer any solution other than that he would look into it. Overall we loved this unit and hope to stay there again.

Given the price point, my wife and I were pleased with the unit but for one exception - the balcony. The sliding doors leading to the balcony were filthy. The balcony itself was littered with bird poop and the furniture was rusty. This was a bummer since we enjoy the balcony in the evenings. Otherwise, we were happy.

Great location for family trip

The owner was very responsive! We stayed 4 days and we couldn’t ask for a better location. We were right on the beach which is great with a toddler. There is also an outdoor and indoor pool/ hot tip/ kiddie pool that my daughter loved!

The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay, however one should note ahead of time that although linens and towels are provided, there was no soap, garbage bags, paper towels or tp - so swing by a store on your way in.

Convenience with a View

Battling the “Covid summer” and hectic work lives, my boyfriend and I decided to enjoy a week long vacation - quarantine beach style. There is a Kroger (grocery) less than 2 miles away. We were able to place a click list order prior to arriving to our condo. Myrtle Beach is EXTREMELY lax on wearing masks and social distancing. We weren't taking the chances of going out to eat, which is why we chose a place with a large kitchen space. Only downfall to the kitchen was the cleanliness (spills/food on walls & food crumbs in cabinet linings), the cabinets are in need of TLC. However, we were still able to make the most of it & enjoyed plenty of dinners on the balcony. The view was amazing & being on the 11th floor was such a treat! Even with being up so high, we were so close to the beachfront. Each morning didn’t feel like a chore to get to and from the water, which was nice. As for the bedroom, I was pleasantly surprised, the bed was super comfortable! The master bathroom was big enough for the both of us, however again, we ran into cleanliness with the shower. The liner needs replaced, it had a pink film along the bottom of it. Lastly, our communication with Lisa was very professional and prompt! My boyfriends and I met in the hotel industry years ago, so we appreciate great customer service, which you definitely get when working with Lisa. All & all, we had a great trip. The self-check in, pre-order groceries, room seclusion and proximity to the beach made us feel at easy during these crazy times. We will definitely be back!

Honeymoon

This property is awesome. Very clean pretty much exactly as described. The indoor pool was not open this week until the last day. Outdoor pool was closed after the storm that came through Monday. But we had the beach and did not miss out with them being closed. Other than that the atmosphere is awesome. Neighbors and other guests as well as staff is very helpful and friendly. The bar downstairs by the pool has yummy drinks. Kitchen has all the needed utensils for making basic meals. Ac is awesome, it says to keep it on 73 but honestly it get pretty chilly at night. Bed is super comfy and the view is amazing! Plenty to do in the area. Walking distance to the peir and food and drinks. Hand sanitizer is located off the elevators and we never had an issue with people over crowding our space or making us uncomfortable. We had such an amazing trip.

Family trip

We booked this for a mini family vacation. It was me, my boyfriend and our two small children 2 and under. The location was amazing! The view was perfect, and the condo was the perfect size for our little family. It was fully stocked with dishes and towels and what not. I would definitely book every time we came back if we can. My only suggestion would be to have more dish towels and cloths. I hate using paper towels to dry my hands every time because I feel it’s wasteful and we only had one dish cloth to wash dishes for 5 days. Yes there was a washer/dryer but there wasn’t any detergent in the condo and I didn’t want to have buy any for a vacation. Nothing to make or break but just a suggestion. I appreciated how quickly Lisa responded to us and answered all of our questions efficiently. Thanks again.

Last Minute Vacation

We decided at the last minute to do a family vacation this summer. My inlaws already had a condo booked, so my husband & I had to find one for ourselves. This condo was perfect for our needs! It didn’t require a full week booking, had a king sized bed, and was on the beach! The condo has a very spacious living area that gave us a lot of room to host our night for the family dinner night, as there were five adults and two teenagers. The condo has been updated and is well maintained. The only “negative” (so to speak) was that there is no ceiling fan in the bedroom so if you’re hot natured you’ll want to bring a fan with you. I always travel with a small desktop fan so with it I was very comfortable at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Vacation during COVID phase 2

This vacation was perfect! even during COVID19 phase 2. This condo fit our needs perfectly and we just relaxed and de-stressed! we did not venture out shopping only out to eat once a day! There was a spike in cases so we were cautious of a lot of interactions Great stay!

Best stay in the southern part of Myrtle Beach

The location was awesome, we really enjoyed the room having some much upgrades. It was just beautiful. The bed was totally the best in my option. Wish we could have gone on the beach, but it rained the whole time we were there. Would loved to go back.
