Completely renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with a large balcony overlooking the pool, ocean and beach. Perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap! You can hear the ocean from every corner of this condo!

King sized pillow top bed in master bedroom with full bathroom ensuite. Brand new flat-screen smart TV. Guest bedroom has two twin beds that are not your average kids beds! They are fitted with pillow top, new mattresses and can accommodate up to 400 pounds each! Brand new flat-screen smart TV in guest bedroom.

Living room features brand new L-shaped couch with views of the ocean from every corner, artwork with a coastal vibe and a brand new 50" flat-screen smart TV. Every TV is loaded with a Netflix account for movie viewing and binging.

Gourmet kitchen features new granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances, even the cabinets are new!

You'll find thoughtful upgrades like track lighting and USB charging ports at outlets.

Complex has both an indoor and outdoor pool, game room, bar n'grill and more! Walking distance to Garden City Pier and restaurants. Plenty of parking, easy access to elevators and everything you need to enjoy vacationing on the coast.

My daughter and I had a great stay! The property was as described and so cute. The view and listening to the waves was wonderful. It is in an ideal location. The hosts were amazing and so responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great vacation.

As usual check in was seamless and easy. When we got to the room as usual it was very clean. Once there the cleaners came back and said there was an issue with the kitchen sink draining. She then poured some drain cleaner in and asked us to not use for an hour which we didn't. The sink never drained properly the whole stay. I asked Erica about it and she said it was due to flooding that happened in the area. The issue was the toilets and showers drained just fine and seemed to be related to just the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I was told it was snaked out but they must have snaked the sewer and not the sinks. Regardless the stay was wonderful except for not being able to clean dishes. Erica is always very responsive and helpful. Will always come back!

Awesome as usual

Or stay at Royal gardens in Suite 207 was as we expected everything was clean the condo was fully updated with all the latest amenities couldn't ask for a better place to stay for a week. On top of that the weather was perfect all week. The host is very easily accessible through texting at almost any time.

Much Needed Break

We needed a quick second vacation before the end of summer and wanted to bring my Mom to see the beach for the first time in 30 years. We were extremely pleased with the condo and the entire property. This was our first time booking thru VRBO and definitely won’t be our last. The property was very clean with friendly and helpful staff. There was very easy access to the beach and the pool.

Loved this condo!! Extremely clean. The whole condo is updated. We were ocean front in this condo. Had a great balcony. The view was awesome! Had a panoramic view so watched the sunrise and sunset from our balcony.Will definitely stay here again!!

First stay

This was our first stay at the Royal Garden Resort, and the suite we had was the nicest, most upgrade and updated room it could have been, from the King size bed to the granite counters and stainless appliances, right down to the tv and patio furniture. Couldn't have been better! It made us feel like we were at home. The weather was perfect up the last few hours. Thank you Spiro and Erica! we look forward to another stay next year!

Property listed as newly renovated. It must have been several years ago. The listing needs to be updated. Property very dirty. We were there for 3 nights with 2 adults and only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. No soaps provided. Base boards and all floors were very dirty. Upon arrival we could not access property. Left message and voicemail for property owner. No call back. She finally answered our call after 45 minutes. Key pad on door very loose. Code had to be reset. Floor molding from kitchen to living room was damaged and would pull up. This is a liability issue and needs to be repaired. Location is fantastic. Property unit needs lots of deep cleaning. The bathroom in the master bedroom was in terrible shape. There was construction going on in part of the building. This typically is listed in the details of the property, but there was none. Drills hammering and sanding were going on for 8 to 10 hours each day.Would not recommend.

Wonderful unit!

We loved the unit! And you could hear the ocean from all parts of the unit! One day on the beach was not as nice as the others were because a group with a big and VERY LOUD boom box was blasting rap music which spewed all kinds of profanities. All of the many people around were very unhappy about it but felt they couldn't say anything. There needs to be a ban on music that loud on the crowded beach. No lifeguards were there at the time.

Check in

After my last payment, I anticipated instructions on check-in, which were never received. By shear luck a lady in the office was able to help me reach property owner and get instructions over the phone. She seemed quite put out that I had never received instructions and was calling her on the phone. Will go through realty company next time, because I like the property.

Michelle Williams booked the property on January 26, 2023 and stayed from May 23-May 27, 2023 . On the day of booking, Jan. 26, we automatically sent all check-in information! On April 2nd we sent our favorite recommendations. And on May 8th we sent the indoor pool code (which changes regularly). It's understandable that Michele missed all this information since it was sent well before the vacation, but I assure you it was sent and VRBO verified thru messaging! I am unclear what office in the area would have our contact information, but when we checked in with Michelle during the stay, we heard they were having a fantastic vacation and at the end of the day, that is what this is all about! Making memories. Michele left the place in perfect order and we gave her a 5-star review as a guest.

Royal Garden

This is in a beautiful location. It is close enough to Myrtle Beach to do all the tourist stuff but far enough away to be away from the jam-packed traffic during the summer break. The beaches are not overly crowded, and it is just as beautiful here as anywhere else on the grand strand. We actually found this place by accident and probably will be making an effort to come this direction again. The condo was very nice and is equipped with enough plates and utensils for a party of 4. My kids loved their separate room and beds. The king bed was just okay. The mattress is on the firm side which was okay. It is just noisy when you get in or out of bed and when you move around. Also, bring your own pillows if you have the room to do so. The ones provided are not comfortable. The ocean views are breath taking from the 2nd floor balcony. You defiantly won't go wrong staying here!

Horrible Experience

This was the first family vacation we have taken our kids on in 2 years and was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. There were 2 separate water leaks in the pipes of the unit that had the floor of the second bedroom completely flooded and was causing the ceiling in the unit below us to collapse. Because we were down to one bedroom, for the 3rd and 4th night of our 6 nights stay my wife, my 8-year-old and my 11-year-old had to sleep in the master bed together while I slept on the couch (not a sleeper sofa either). Needless to say, none of us were well rested after those 2 nights. The owners live out of state so they sent their cleaning lady to bring us towels to keep the water under control. My wife spent hours washing and drying those towels. On the 4th day they sent a plumber out to try and diagnose the problem. He was not able to. On the 5th day they sent a plumber out again and they ultimately concluded that they needed to shutoff the water so they could begin cutting holes in the walls to troubleshoot. The owners had us QUICKLY up and leave the unit and they put us in another non-beach front unit 20+ minutes away for our last 2 nights. We found ourselves just throwing our belonging and food in trash bags in order to get to the second unit in time for management there to give us keys. Ultimately the owner sent their cleaning lady over to get the key for us because we couldn’t make it in time AND then complained that they had to pay her to do that. I should also mention that they also offered a beach front hotel for us to stay in but we needed a kitchen as our kids have special diets. A basic hotel was not an option. The response from the owners when I asked for a partial refund for the nights where my family had to sleep in the same bed and were forced to move to a non-beachfront condo (listed at a lesser nightly rate) was “we will give you a discount next time” as well as looking for us to be sympathetic to them having to pay the additional costs of them having to clean both units. On top of that there was no sincere apology. Just them stating that it was all outside their control. If you stay here keep in mind they truly don’t care about the experience of their guests just collecting rent.

We have hosted hundreds of families over the years, this is the first time we told VRBO that we would never host a particular renter again. David arrived on the heels of hurricane Ian. We had many conversations about water issues, pool and beach closures. We tried to get him to switch his dates. He INSISTED on coming anyway because they had not vacationed in 2 years and they would be charged a high fee to change their plane tickets. We tried our best to accommodate him, but clearly you cannot please everyone. We were even blamed for machines on the beach (fixing sand after the hurricane) spoiling their view. David has earned1-star rating as a renter and we should have taken that into consideration. We on the other hand have 5 star reviews on all of our condos, we are premier hosts, our condos are fully renovated, our renters consistently comment on how responsive and accommodating we are and despite a negative experience with one unreasonable renter, we will continue to offer the best vacation experience we possibly can.

Nice condo. Spectacular views!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The owners have updated everything so it's bright and beachy. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, tasteful decor. My Mom uses a walker so the location of this unit was perfect...we were able to park right outside the door and she could walk right in. And the view is perfect! We loved being on the second floor so we felt closer to the beach and could hear the waves crashing on the shore as we sat on the balcony. We would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and as advertised it is right on the beach. Nicely decorated and all the kitchen necessities are provided. We would stay again.
