2025 Construction Work: The Water's Edge Homeowner's Association (HOA) is about to begin the process of repairing and waterproofing balcony walls and ceilings, painting of balcony railings, installing new support straps at each end of balcony handrails and adding new light fixtures. This process will begin on October 9, 2025 and is estimated to continue through the end of February. The process involves construction activities on the balconies of the individual units and may temporarily limit the use of some of the building's amenities and possible loss of access to the balcony. It also involves the use of loud machinery during working hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The work will begin on the 1, 2 and 3 “stack” (units ending in those numbers) and will proceed to higher numbers as each stack is completed; however, we don't know how long each stack will take or when the work will be performed on any other stacks. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we'll do our best to answer them for you.

This 15-story complex offers a resort feel with two elevators, complimentary wireless internet, pools which are open year-round, hot tubs, and covered parking. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the sundeck or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which features a swim-thru to the indoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Water's Edge offers a heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Parking is limited and varies per unit size. One bedroom and two-bedroom units are issued one parking permit. Three-bedroom units are issued two parking permits. Garage clearance is 7ft. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. Water's Edge does not allow smoking in the common areas of the property.
