Su suite de condominios está a solo una cuadra del famoso muelle de Naples, la playa de arena blanca y todos los restaurantes y tiendas en 3rd Street en Olde Naples.

La suite de la esquina del primer piso, luminosa y luminosa, está idealmente situada a solo unos pasos de una gran piscina climatizada. The condo was very beautiful just like the pictures! It was nicely appointed. Very, very clean! In a great part of town with restaurants and shops within a short walk. Literally 200 steps from the beach! Quiet area. Beautiful pool and plenty of chairs to enjoy some poolside sun. Had a wonderful conversation with the host whom I texted, but she phoned me. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Sehr gute Anweisungen im Voraus. Leichter check-in. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und die Nähe zum Strand und zu Lokalen war einfach hervorragend. The hosts were so helpful with the check in process! Everything was clean and tidy when you walked in. I liked the book of things to do around Naples and specifics about checking in and wifi, etc! The area around the building was safe, easy to walk everywhere, and the beach is a minute walk!

An Absolute Gem!!

This condo was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and in the most ideal location! Just one block from the beautiful Naples beaches and all the amazing shops and restaurants on 3rd Street, it couldn’t have been more convenient. The condo was beautifully updated spotless, and modern. Being just steps from the large, heated pool was such a treat, and the designated parking spot and on-site laundry made our stay even easier. A true gem in Olde Naples—we can’t wait to return!

Best of the best of Naples!

This studio apartment truly is the “best of the best of Naples!“. You’re steps from the pool, a block from the beach (a very easy walk), and a five minute walk to boutique shopping, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. check in with seamless and communication with the owners was excellent, they were very responsive to questions we had about activities in the area. This was a great stay and we would highly recommend this facility.

Best location in Naples. 1 block from beach. Clean studio condo. Susie (owner) was quick to respond to questions and went out of her way to assist us. Definitely will book this condo again when we return to Naples.

Has all the amenities you need - kitchen, pool access less than five steps away, restaurants and beaches near seconds away. Quiet and peaceful enough area. Very kind and communicative hosts! Would be more than happy to return.

Excellent stay

This was perfect for what we needed, a place close to the beach (one block, easy walk) and close to restaurants and shops (one block), comfortable bed and attentive hosts. Kimberly and Susie communicated thoroughly before and during our stay. We had a very minor issue that could have been left to address until after were gone but they showed up in a short time. Wine and chocolates for us upon arrival made us feel very welcome! Did I mention it was very clean? It was. Highly recommended.

A beach house paradise

We have wanted to experience historic Old Naples for some time. Celebrating a milestone anniversary, this was an ideal location where we could walk to Naples Pier to view spectacular sunsets or walk to the historic 3rd Street for wonderful restaurants and shops. Perfect get away

Very nice studio condo for being close to a great area in Naples. Love the location and this condo was very comfortable and the owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a couple. I loved the pool as well and it’s right outside the door. Just wish the weather would have been better. Will have to come again.

Near the beach

This is my second time staying at this property. The location is perfect, one block off the beach and shops and restaurants are walking distance. Owners we’re quick to respond to my needs or questions. The property is clean, the bed very comfortable!! I look forward to staying here again.

Excellent rental!

This was our first visit to Naples and We loved staying here! The property was 1 block from the beach, the bed was extremely comfortable, AC unit kept our place nice and cool on the very humid/hot days and a very short walk (or car ride) to restaurants and shops. Kimberly and Susie were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions- great hosts! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naples Mariner! Closeness to beach, 3rd st. and 5th Ave can't be beat! Unit was clean and was what we wanted. It could have used some more hand towels and wash cloths. The TV was not centered on the wall, so it made it difficult to watch. But those things were minor. We are coming back next year!!

When the opportunity to own a little piece of paradise right next to the beach came up, we were so excited! We spent several weeks redoing the 1966 condo, until we both felt it was time to share our hard work with you.
Kimberly, a Naples business owner, was originally from Massachusetts. She traded in her snow boots for flip flops 18 years ago. And never looked back. She enjoys real estate, yoga, and meeting new friends.
Sue, a Chicago native, also came to Naples 18 years ago and fell in love at first sight.
She loves the beach, working out, and making people smile.
She has a great husband, wonderful daughter, and a hilarious boxer dog. She loves spending time with them all.
