Playa de Mile con vistas absolutamente impresionantes. Casi 1500 pies cuadrados, totalmente renovado en todo. Pocos pasos hacia el océano y hermosas puestas de sol esperan a cualquier visitante.
Cocina de chef completamente equipada con encimeras de granito, gabinetes contemporáneos y todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Vista al mar desde el dormitorio principal que viene con una cama king de espuma de memoria con persianas opacas. El segundo dormitorio tiene cama [queen / king / 2x twin] [s], el baño principal tiene una bañera y ducha de lujo, doble lavabo, segundo baño con plato de ducha con ducha de hidromasaje. Great location

The location and condo conditions are spot on. Very clean, beautiful views, pool and hottub great. Close to restaurants and easy walk to Georgetown.

Perfect weekend getaway

The unit was clean and comfortable, with many upgrades. The owner responded promptly to our questions, and check-in was a breeze. We would stay at this location in the future.

Beautiful property overall. Georgous condo. Great beach. I loved sitting by the water under the sea grape trees. It's a very well maintained property that is quiet - which I really enjoyed.

Fantastic Property and Proximity

Had a fantastic time. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I had to track down the owner the morning we were to check in as I had not received check in information. Once that anxiety was put behind us, we had a fantastic time. The pool was the biggest hit for the kids, and I echo what others have said, at times you have the place to yourself. The locals who live at the complex are amazing and so friendly. They always gave us suggestions/history. The beach was perfect, the swing was a hit, the trees gave ample shade. Not a single complaint!As for the condo, it was perfect. Ample space, cold AC, new washer, and dryer. If I had one gripe, it would be for more plastic bowls and cups for my kids, now I am getting nitpicky! When we go back, we plan to stay in this same condo if available as it worked perfectly. PSA though: For those that want to endlessly walk the beach, you must go a few blocks north as unfortunately some of the properties north and south of GV have lost their beaches so 7 mile is a bit broken at the moment. That said, you can still go for a bit in either direction before running into water/rock, just not able to walk the full length. We were happy with the amount available and the coves on property/close by to snorkel in.Oh, and the Gamma (shipwreck) is a short walk to snorkel and there is a large reef about 50-100’ straight offshore from the property! Endless fun!

Spacious unit. Beach is nice but difficult to enter due to rocks. We had no hot water for 6 out of 10 days and this put a damper on the trip. Called the owner. He states he sent a plumber twice. Unsure if anyone actually showed up. Still had no hot water after the plumber reportedly showed up on two occasions. Did not receive any updates from the owner. I had to call him for updates. Texted the owner on the fourth day without hot water. Did not receive a response and gave up. Had to bathe my son using water from the hot water kettle. For the price, I expected hot water. Would not rent again.

Disgusting !!!

This stay could not have been worse. The condo could not have been more disgusting and VRBO couldn’t have been less helpful.The place had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. If anything someone used a dirty rag and smeared around dirt. We spent a couple hours cleaning just to get it to the point where we could spend the night. There were long black hairs in the beds and we had to wash the bedding. The bathroom had tons of black in the shower and on the floor. Sinks and stool were dirty. Dead bugs under the beds. Worst of all, there was a really bad smell in the kitchen. The George Forman grill, tea kettle and coffee maker were covered in grease.It’s also bizarre that there were only 3 coffee cups in the apartment, 2 tall glasses and three short glasses. The drawers had dirt, crumbs and unidentifiable crud in it.The pillows had strange stains on them and ALL the towels in the place were stained. AC only intermittently. The host said they had new cleaners and after involving VRBO he sent the cleaners out the next day. It helped somewhat, but to undo the long neglect it would take much more than a couple hours to get this up to par. The stink remained.Then the host went silent and VRBO would not help. We considered cutting the vacation short, but the airline change fees amounted to thousands of .VRBO limits reviews to 1,500 characters and much more should be said about just how disgusting this condo is. No idea how previous guests would give this dump 5 stars.

Beautiful views.

Nice place overall. Condo overlooks the beach and also the pool with crystal clear water and plenty of seating. The third floor unit has a beautiful view of the sea and lovely beach. The complex was very peaceful and one could hear the waves gently crashing at night. The condo itself has some good amenities. Fast internet! There is a good washer/dryer and decent kitchen appliances. Someone had left food in the fridge (which we tossed) that left the odor of rot, though the fridge was sparkling clean. I put a bowl of coffee grounds in the fridge to hopefully absorb the odor and did notify the owner so the cleaners can address that. I'm sure that was just a one-off. The entire unit is tiled which made it easy to sweep and keep clean. The decor is modern with a lovely, large dining table, comfortable bar stools, and granite countertops in the kitchen. There are locking cabinets in the living area which would be good for securing items, but we felt that to be unnecessary as the door locked very securely. I'll note that it was nice to have cleaning products available. I like to sweep up at the end of the day and before leaving, wipe down the counters and sinks, and wash/dry a load of towels if there is time. Hot water was hit-and-miss for a couple of days, but upon messaging the owner that got resolved quickly. The bathrooms were fine, but I felt could have used a bit of bleach before we checked in as a bit of mold was beginning to take hold in the shower in the in the second bathroom - not horrible, but easier to clean up before it gets worse. That shower did clog/back up on the morning we left. My husband plunged and a bunch of mildewy stuff came out, so we did put some drain cleaner down to clear that. (I'll note that I did not message the owner about that as the VRBO site was having issues and I couldn't get into the message center.) I do want to note that these were minor issues overall and that the owner was responsive when I did message him about the hot water. He was also very kind as to offer to meet us at the unit when we arrived. We did not bother him with that though as we were arriving at just about rush hour and traffic can get pretty crazy on the island. Overall, it's a nice place and I'd consider staying there again if we return to GC and stay on the west side again.

Quiet relaxation for the family

This is an amazing condo. The two bedrooms and two baths are perfect for small families. We were able to get ready quickly in the mornings thanks to the dual vanities and showers. The tub in the master bath is huge. The kitchen comes well equipped for most cooking needs. We didn't have to buy anything expect for food. There is also an excellent supermarket just a few minutes drive away. The back patio is screened in so the few mosquitos aren't a bother at all. We were able to eat outside for every breakfast. It was also a relaxing place to read and watch the ocean waves. This unit is so close to the beach that we could hear the waves lightly crashing the shoreline while we drifted off to sleep. The pool is very close to the unit. It's a large pool with a bridge dividing it into two separate play areas. There is a nice covered pavilion next to the pool and beach. It's large enough for big family meals and is a nice place to wait out the occasional rain shower. The beach has a rocky entrance to the water in most places. Once you're in the water, it's very nice. The sand portion of the beach is rather wide with plenty of seating locations. The trees on the beach make it nice for those looking to relax in the shade. Otherwise, there weren't any beach umbrellas available. There is a nice cove just north of the condo complex. We didn't see any fish there though. We ended up going further up 7 mile beach near Kimpton Seafire to snorkel. It's less than a 10 minute drive. We recommend taking a boat tour for the really good snorkeling spots. If you're looking for a place to relax, this condo unit is perfect for your small family or even one or two couples. The condo complex was so quiet that we often felt we had the entire place to ourselves. I think that most of the units are owned by residents who work during the day. The owner, James, was very accessible and helpful throughout our stay. He was a great host.
