¡Sea Retreat es una encantadora casa del sur con fantásticas vistas del campo de golf Atlantic Dunes y una actitud amigable para los perros!

Al entrar por la puerta principal, ingresará a la sala de estar, que está abierta al comedor y a la sala para tomar sol. Perfect place just short walk to beach across from Beach Club. Worked great for our family of 5. Beautiful trees, spacious main living area, and covered parking. Vacasa did great job getting us a new/loaner grill when other was not working. Awesome customer service! All in great trip and home had everything we needed.

Great spot. Fabulous location.

Very short walk from beach, Sea Pines Beach Club, and Plantation Club. First fairway of Atlantic Dunes is out the back door. And it’s unoccupied around sunset. 😀

Christmas in HH

We decided to do Christmas in HH with our adult children. Lovely time, and the house was ideally situated. Kitchen was well equipped, and the big dining table was just right for family meals—when we weren’t enjoying great HH restaurants. We enjoyed watching the golfers and wildlife from the sunroom. Near the Episcopal Church with their wonderful Christmas services. And a really short walk to the beach, and the SPBC, with the access directly across the street. Only cons were that the house could have been cleaner at check-in, and parts of it were a bit dated. But, overall it was a lovely, welcoming home, the furnishings were comfortable, and we were privileged to spend Christmas there.

A True Retreat

This home is truly a retreat by the sea - at less than a block from the beach, and very well located in Sea Pines allowing for easy access to attractions, restaurants and more. The house is nicely decorated and is very spacious, providing a laid-back, homey feeling and awesome golf course views from the sunroom and backyard. Will definitely stay here again for our yearly vacation to HHI.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Location to golf and beach was ideal. The house is very spacious and lots of room. I liked the openness and the view out the back. We would like to go back. It is somewhat dated, however and there are a few things I'd suggest. Including replacing the frying pans, pillows & bedding, and making space for a food pantry. The cleaners missed a few things, but didn't return to finish them. The property manager communication was great, however when we reported a leak under the kitchen sink it took 3 days for someone to arrive to fix it. However overall we enjoyed our stay and it's locaiton.

Most convenient house for golf & beach

Perfect Sea Pines location for groups or families who enjoy the beach or golf. Great kitchen for cooking and eating in, with great golf course views from the house and back yard.

Nice spot with our Dog!

House was only a few minute walk to the beach! Older home with older accommodations but it allowed us to bring our dog Stella with us! Furniture is a bit dated but the house had everything we needed for a nice beach week. The cleaning could have been better as there were dog hair balls under the furniture, dog hairs on the furniture and on bed sheets. We rewashed sheets and all was fine. Overall, a nice place to stay and the location was really good!

Great location

Nice house, very convenient across from the beach club. We’ll stay again but was a little dated and could use some updates. Backyard is small and unkept and little furniture to enjoy sunset. Overall we were happy.

Great sea pines location

Home had some repair issues, but was fully stocked kitchen. Rental agent was helpful and agreeable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were not as clean as they should be.

Amazing location! Right by Sea Pines Resort, yet felt secluded

What a great week at HHI Sea Pines! And an extra treat for sure, to travel with our fur baby! Sea Pines resort is accross the street. We spent our days in the beach. Loved going to Sea Pines outdoor bar for drinks, as well. Also enjoyed a day trip to Savannah, recommend the night walking ghost tour. Kitchen had literally everything needed to entertain way more than the 8 allowed. The kitchen was better stocked than mine at home. We did enjoy breakfast in daily and made dinner in once. The rooms were big. House was decorated cute. It was clean. Loved watching the birds on the golf course. Gorgeous view! A couple things to be aware of. The kitchen has so many cabinets. Unfortunately, they are full of the home owners kitchen and misc. items. There is a small portable shelf unit to put food on and had to stack a lot of food on the counters. I’m the type who likes to have food in a closed area. But I know many won’t mind this. As other reviews said, no spices, so I knew to bring those, including salt and pepper. Also, in one review the previous guest mentioned there was bikes and beach chairs guests could use. There is a big outdoor storage closet. Unfortunately it was locked. This perk wasn’t In the house rental description. But I can’t think of a beach rental I have booked before that didn’t provide (maybe I’ve just been lucky). I did call the property management company to see if they had the key, they did not have record of it. They said they would call the owner and check, but I never heard back. Make sure to bring your own beach chairs. We rented beach chairs on the beach and bikes. Also, regarding the 2 outdoor rocking chairs, one wasn’t there and the other one was rotten / busted / unusable (reported to the rental company). We were looking forward to evening rocking! Even with all of this. I would definitely go back! And bring my own beach chairs (including portable rocking chairs). The location. The size of the house. And being able to bring dogs, all huge pluses!

Positives: Location is very convenient for beach club, Kitchen is well-stocked and home layout is open and dog-friendly. Negatives: Bed linens had not been cleaned so we had to do laundry on our first night, pots and pans dirty In cabinets, outdoor gas grill full of rust and unusable, standing water in dishwasher so we had to call a plumber.

Great location

Great location for access to beach, playing golf, walking, running and bike riding! We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! Loved that there were beach chairs and bikes available to use. Be sure and bring your own beach towels! Kitchen very well stocked but no spices so bring your own. This home definitely needs some TLC but it did not prevent us from having a great time!

Perfect home for family vacation

We have stayed in Hilton Head (and Sea Pines) on multiple occasions and this was our favorite so far. You can’t beat the location directly across from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It was so easy to get our four young boys (and our dog) back and forth to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised that the homeowners provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and bikes for renters to use. We’re actually planning on renting this property annually for Fall Break.

Good location but sadly very dated

Very convenient to the beach, but the interior seems decorated in 1960's Goodwill furniture and the yard is bare and badly eroded and overgrown. Would make a great fixer-upper. The kitchen is badly cramped and desperately needs a make-over. But if you don't care about such things, it works just fine. Location and view in the rear are a big plus.

Wonderful vacation

This house has an open floor plan and was perfect for our family! The only thing I would change is putting at least one double or Queen sized in one of the other bedrooms. Great location!! Easy walk to the beach!

Spring break

We had a wonderful time at this spacious home with our adult children. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking in and dining at the large table. Our dogs were welcome, which was an added bonus for our Easter break

Perfect location

The location was obviously great, right across the street from the beach club and several private walks from the beach. Decent amount of kitchen supplies and the rooms are large. Could not ask for more.

Great location, not that clean

Sea Retreat is ideally located close to the Sea Pines Beach Club for beach access, food and drinks. I am sure this was once a beautiful home but is very dated and needs some attention. The place is surface clean but not all that clean overall. Smudges on walls, crumbs on chairs and floor, crud around the fixtures.
