Fairway One 6953 offers the best of both worlds. Golf Views of the famous Atlantic Dune Golf Course & Clubhouse from the living room, primary bedroom and back deck. In addition, the unit is directly across the street from the Sea Pines Beach Club and all of the amenities it offers (Restaurant, Oceanfront Bar & More). The main house of this property contains the primary bedroom and bath complete with a walk in shower, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room as well as a powder room (1/2 Bath). In addition, there is a separate cottage steps away with its own entrance that has 2 more bedrooms and baths. Ideal for multiple couples or families with up to 6 in their party that appreciate a little separation while still being together. There is also a Sea Pines Trolley Pick Up / Drop Off at the Sea Pines Beach Club located directly across the street that allows you to visit Harbourtown as well as South Beach Marina for restaurants, shopping & night life without having to worry about parking. This comes in very handy during peak times of the year as the Trolley service is seasonal.

Perfect Location

We really liked the location right across from Sea Pines beach, next door to the golf course and a short bike ride to the stables, Harbour Town and the condos of other family members vacationing with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it is a great location directly across from the trolley stop and the beach club. The villa is clean and in pretty good shape. There is a nice view of the golf course. The blinds in the living room were falling apart and there were a lot of leaves inside the gate when we arrived, and we needed to sweep before unloading the car. Also, I was not given any directions to the Seaside Vacations ahead of time for picking up the car passes or any check in instructions. I had to go to the Sea Pines main desk first before realizing I need to call Seaside Vacations who was closed. Luckily someone answered after a few trys and gave me directions there.

This works well for a group of 6, there were 3 in my group. The furniture is not very comfortable. The exterior needs to be pressure washed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place had an odor, the bedrooms, two of them were not connected to the main house. My son brought his girlfriend with him, and this made for awkward sleeping arrangements. The "sofa" was very uncomfortable. I had to have two large cushions behind my back just to reach the floor. The fridge did not keep foods as cold as needed. Freezer part of the fridge was just too small, one bag of ice and no room, and the master bedroom tv did not have the cable networks that we viewed in the living room.

The 2 twin bedrooms one bedroom was only accessible thru the other bedroom. Needed better cleaning- when we flipped the ceiling fans on dust bunnies flew off of it.

Gorgeous, updated, clean home!

The home was beautiful, open, and clean. I would stay there again. On a side note: I was surprised that 2 of the 3 bedrooms were located in a different building all of which were surrounded by a privacy fence. Luckily, we had a sitter with us so having such separate sleeping quarters worked out. One of the ladies from the management company was a little off putting, while Ms. Lynn was extremely helpful. The house had beautiful golf views as described and was a short walk from the beach and Beach Club. The Beach Club has a restaurant, restrooms, and water to rinse off sand.

Perfect location

We loved staying here! Just a few steps from the beach and beach club. The views of the golf course were wonderful especially in the late afternoon. There’s a deck to sit outside and enjoy watching the birds. Will definitely stay here again!
