Casa maravillosamente decorada. (BR1- King, BR2- King, BR3- Twin con nido y juego de literas gemelas) La sala de estar tiene 2 sofás cama. Un montón de aparcamiento y piscina comunitaria. Fantástica casa para un tejano de invierno. Tiene WiFi gratuito. Se admiten mascotas

Disfruta de esta casa de la isla recién decorada sobre pilotes que incluye una lavadora y secadora. Excelente plano de planta abierto para el entretenimiento con cocina completa y amplio comedor con capacidad para 8 personas en la mesa y 6 en el bar. Las tres habitaciones espaciosas permiten mucho espacio para una familia numerosa y los 2 sofás cama ofrecen camas adicionales por un total de 10. Abundantes armarios y vestidores para su atuendo de playa y accesorios. Televisor de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar, habitación de invitados (BR2) y dormitorio principal (BR1), todos con cable y HBO y camas king size. El dormitorio principal tiene un ba��o en suite con tocadores dobles, y las habitaciones comparten un baño en el pasillo. Ambos baños tienen unidades de combinación de bañera / ducha. Te encantará sentarte en este balcón sombreado y disfrutar de la brisa marina. Patio para que los ni��os corran y jueguen en el patio. La piscina compartida se encuentra justo enfrente de la casa. Un montón de aparcamiento para su barco y coches. NO hay aparcamiento en la carretera. Esta propiedad está a un corto trayecto de restaurantes y tiendas del centro y se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie de la playa.

This house was a perfect stay for our little getaway weekend. The location was great!

We had a great 3 night getaway at this property. It had everything you needed to accommodate all the people there. The house allowed for plenty of room for al of us. Really enjoyed the fenced in area for the pups as well. Would def recommend this place to friends to visit!

Loved the stay

Took the family for a weekend trip. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Less than 5 minutes from almost everything. Mosquitos are terrible but that is the only complaint. Would definitely stay again

Beach fun!

The property was clean and well stocked. The only issue I had was I never received check in information ahead of time. I received hours before check in time. It worked out fine but most places send 24 hours in advance. I was a little worried our reservation was messed up but it wasn’t otherwise it was seamless. Would recommend this house without hesitation.

We had a really great stay at this location!

Everything was really nice at this location. House is comfortable and beautiful. The only downside was one morning, we got up and begin getting ready for the day. All of a sudden, we smelled a really strong stench located near the master bedroom. The Oder smelled sour , like sewage and ,rotten, we were unable to locate where the smell was coming from. Soon the stench was throughout the whole house. We left for the beach, when we returned late that evening, the awful smell was gone. We did not have to notify management.

Relaxing House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have 2 dogs we travel with and this house was pet friendly.The house is super cute, comfy beds, so many towels and kitchen items which lack in many we have rented.The pool was nice, although shared, but no one used it but us. Perfect location. Close to town and beach. Rented golf cart and never used our car. The only problem was the gated yard and patio downstairs had a decorative gate at one point and part of the fence and our 10 pound dog could get out. We don't leave them out but with this partial gate/ fence we had to stay out there at potty time. But will rent again. Nice house.

Great location.

The house is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and beach bar, 12 minute walk to the coffee shop, 5 minute walk to the Dollar General, 5 minute walk to the gas station and liquor store. We loved the kitchen and dining room for our Christmas dinner. Excellent TV to watch football! The outside shower is amazing for cleaning off after the beach. Bonus...there is a lime tree in the backyard!! We picked two limes for our tequila shots-yum! Some issues I noticed with the property: All of the twin bed are extremely uncomfortable-would not recommended for anyone over the age of 5 years old. Both king beds are very comfortable:) Furniture seemed dirty and had rips-really needs an upgrade. The furniture seemed as if it was bought from a garage sale. We actually rearranged all the furniture for a more open layout as the living room is divided into two parts (we just put it all back before we left). Washer is EXTREMELY loud. I believe the drum is not connected properly (I am not a washer machine expert). The A/C controller needs directions as we could not get the house temperature below 76 degrees (even on the cold days). If staying more than 3 days-buy trash bags and toilet paper:)

Wonderful house

The property was very nice and welcoming. The fenced in space down stairs was great for kids as well as the privacy fence to put our kayaks and fishing gear while away. Also the downstairs seating was great as it rained a few days we were there but allowed us to still be outside.

We stayed there with our 3 young adult boys and everyone loved it! The place was super clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with good quality cooking tools and not with very worn dishes like in many other rentals we had in the past! We would definitely go back to this location!

The house was great , location is good. The only issue would be the AC not cooling well enough throughout the house. Bedrooms were fine - but the living/kitchen tended to not cool.
