RENTER BEWARE!!!! The check-in process was extremely difficult. We didn't get the link to check in until the last minute. There was a code to get in the door that was 10 digits long. I had to call a few times to figure out how to unlock and lock the door. The room was extremely disappointing. It was dirty, the ceiling was dusty, the rug and couch dirty. There was a wad of hair on the floor, along with a dead bug. There was broken furniture and the "patio" extremely small and dirty. There was a door patch on the bathroom that was terrible and gewy. Floors were filthy. When we contacted the rental property, we sent pictures and was explained that it was normal wear and tear to the room and they assured me that the room was serviced. They never offered to send someone to clean the room and even though we left shortly after we checked in because of the issues and no resolve offered. I was told that we would not get a refund because we didn't give them a chance to fix the problem, again, they need not offer a fix. When we spoke to VRBO, they even agreed that the property was not cleaned appropriately. Definitely, not VRBO worthy. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS WITH A VRBO PROPERTY EVER. I will continue to fight for my refund because this wasn't what anyone should get when going on vacation.
