¡Relájate en nuestra espaciosa casa en la ubicación central perfecta de Cape Cod! Un corto paseo en bicicleta o 4 minutos en coche de la playa de Craigville.

ÁREAS AL AIRE LIBRE: nuestra casa está al final de un camino privado y tranquilo rodeado de árboles. El amplio patio lateral tiene un pozo de fuego, una ducha al aire libre y cómodos sillones. La terraza con vista al patio trasero es un lugar perfecto para cenar al aire libre, asar a la parrilla y tomar el sol, o disfrutar leyendo en las mecedoras en el porche delantero.

COMODIDADES: totalmente equipadas y ropa de cama nueva, ¡nuestra casa tiene lo que necesita! Parrilla a gas, sillas y toallas de playa, juegos de césped, 2 bicicletas, y más. La cocina cuenta con estufa a gas, microondas, lavavajillas, Keurig, olla de barro, especias básicas, azúcar, harina, vainas de café, etc.

PRIMERA PLANTA: este es el centro de su casa de vacaciones, con una cocina abierta, comedor, sala familiar (con chimenea de gas), así como una sala de estar, lavandería y medio baño. La mesa del comedor se expande hasta el asiento 10.

SEGUNDO PISO: dormitorio principal grande con una cama queen y baño principal con baño; así como 2 dormitorios queen más y un baño completo para invitados.

TERCER PISO: el cuarto dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y mucha privacidad.

SÓTANO: otra gran sala familiar ofrece el lugar perfecto tanto para adultos como para niños, con TV, futbolín, ping pong, DVD y juegos de mesa.

ESTACIONAMIENTO: 4+ autos pueden estacionarse en la entrada.

UBICACIÓN: Centerville ofrece la ubicación central perfecta para explorar el Cabo. A solo unos minutos encontrará playas, ciclismo, lagos de agua dulce, observación de ballenas, restaurantes, tiendas, ¡y más! Para excursiones de un día a Nantucket & Martha’s Vineyard, los transbordadores están a solo 10 minutos en Hyannis.

ACTIVIDADES LOCALES: estamos a una corta distancia a pie del histórico Four Seas Ice Cream y a solo unos minutos en automóvil (o en bicicleta) de playas populares como las cálidas playas del lado sur, Craigville & Dowses, y a 20 minutos en automóvil de las 6- milla de arena Sandy Neck Beach en el lado norte.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect in every way. There is plenty of room for 6 adults. We loved the decor, comfort and organization of everything. We really felt right at home. The area is very walkable and close to the beach and town center and a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

Epic summer vacation at a wonderful home that has everything! Such a well equipped house that was perfect for our family of 6. The outside areas were just as delightful as the inside. We made s’mores over the fire pit, taught my granddaughter ping pong in the basement, enjoyed the large living space and deck and heading into Hyannis was a simple trip.

This is the 4th year in a row that my family has met up and stayed here for our cape vacation. It was perfect for our 3 families. Tons of games to keep the kids occupied and a great outdoor area for us to hang out and bbq. Close to the beach and an easy drive into Hyannis for more restaurant options.

Super stay!

Great location! Attractive indoors and out. Comfortable and perfectly stocked home. This is our second stay here and it was fun to see the changes since our last visit, including cushioned patio furniture on the deck. Our bicycle athletes appreciated the new pavement on the driveway hill, which was previously gravel. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

We loved this property that we rented for a girl’s trip. The pictures in the listing are an accurate representation of the spacious home that is nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood off the beaten path. Check in to the property was simple with a lockbox and keys. Dawn is an excellent host, and her home had everything you could think of. You can tell that a lot of thought is put into the comfort of the guests and anything they might need. Dawn provided notebooks with a wealth of information about the area and specifics about the home. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need if you wish to stay in and cook. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes! Cleanliness is important to me and this property was the nicest I have ever rented. We loved Craigville Beach which was about a 6-minute drive from the home and appreciated the beach parking pass that Dawn provided. Hyannis was about a 16-minute drive where you can catch the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. If you visit, check out The Melody Tent which is an intimate setting for music performances that doesn’t have a bad seat.

This Centerville house was perfect! Just check in and relax. Everything was provided from a beach pass to the beach chairs. The spacious house was clean and comfortable. Our teens enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed the fire pit and private setting.

Quiet family getaway

This was our family’s third year renting at this property. We love how spacious and well equipped this house is for all of us. The beach is a quick 5 minute drive and there are many great restaurants close by. We love how we can relax on the back deck, play ping pong or foosball with the kids in the basement, and make our own breakfast and lunch in the house. We will definitely be back next summer!

Family Beach Getaway

Centerville is the perfect, quiet, Cape getaway that we were looking for. Craigville beach was a 5 minute drive away and provided us with hours of entertainment. This house had everything we needed, and more. The kids loved being able to play in the downstairs finished basement while the adults enjoyed some quiet time on the back deck. We were able to make breakfast each morning and pack lunches for our beach days. We had planned on using the fire pit to make S'mores but the weather had other ideas. This was our second year at this residence and we have already booked next summer! Staying here has become our annual family tradition and we can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful stay in Centerville

Beautiful, comfortable house that had everything we needed for a great Cape vacation. Our party of 5 enjoyed the outdoor shower, used the grill, and appreciated the space this home provided. It’s about a 2 mile walk to Craigville Beach from the house and it is located in a beautiful secluded spot near a bog. Would highly recommend.

This was a great property to stay at. The house was spacious, quiet, clean, modern, and incredibly well stocked. It was a great space for my family’s needs and good location to launch our daily exploring adventures around Cape Cod. Highly recommend!

Best vacation rental experience

This was by far my best vacation rental experience. This includes my family’s experience as well. We loved the house and attention to details for every little thing. We felt at “home” throughout our stay. If and when we visit the Cape again I am definitely going to rebook this property. We were so impressed with the house, decor, comfort, and all the amenities in the house. We are also very grateful for Dawn’s proactive communication and overall generosity. Loved our stay!

Amenities galore

Our family had a great time at this house. Comes complete with game room, great fire pit and relaxing areas. Great location to craigsville beach and Hyannis. Owner provided a lot of extras that made our stay most comfortable. Definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in this area.

Amazing Cape Retreat

The best review I can give is that we booked next year’s stay three days into this week’s stay. Dawn has everything you need ready to go for the week. Plenty of beach chairs, indoor and outdoor games, and all you would need to make your stay welcoming. The house is extremely clean and well stocked with towels and beach towels. Everything we wanted to do was within a 5-20 min drive. The best part was that Craigville beach was only 5 min away and not crowded at all any day of the week that we went. We can’t wait for our stay again next summer!

Wonderful House

This House was fantastic !! Their were 6 adults and 2 children , we had more than enough space, and everything we needed, the owner( Dawn)keeps it well-stocked with cleaners ,paper towels and linens pretty much everything, The house was immaculate, (my kinda clean ) Close to everything and the beaches just a few minutes away . Their is so much to Love about this house We look forward to our next time .

Wonderful home

This is a spacious, comfortable, clean property. Dawn is a fabulous communicator, flexible with our arrival and checkout, and made us feel very welcome. Over the Top

The house was so much better than the pictures. Though the pictures gave you a great overview of the property. The owners Matthew & Dawn had every comfort you would want. From a well stocked pantry of spices to every kind of cooking pans,pots,dishes & appliances to bring out the best in your cooking skills. We loved the deck in the rear right off the kitchen with a gas grill, spacious deck and plenty of sitting availability. The basement was my nephews favorite part of the house as it had a ping pong table & Fuzzball table, as well as a large TV for movies & music. The open floor plan of the main floor allowed our family of six to be together or separate but part of the morning & evenings activity of eating and cooking. The bedrooms were very clean, spacious with comfortable beds and bedding. The garage was well stocked with all sorts of sporting items to enjoy weather going to the beach, bike ride, canoeing ,kayaking or just playing lawn games. The location was within minutes of 4 beaches we visited and also Hyannis for nighttime entertainment. The property is located on a dead end road for total privacy , quite, peace relaxing and enjoying nature. As I mentioned it is Over the Top and I am sure my family & I will be back. Ray Nieves LI NY

First Rate Experience

This beautiful, well-kept and well-appointed home was the highlight of our vacation. You could not ask for a better VRBO experience. The location was peaceful and spacious. It made for the perfect family gathering place with the outdoor seating and the basement for the kids where they enjoyed foosball and ping pong. Dawn really thought of everything to make this such a welcoming and relaxing experience. She had many personal touches that made for a hospitable feeling, but without making you feel like you were intruding. The sheets were super soft and beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate and parking was easy. We would welcome the chance to stay at this house again!

The house was immaculate, with a lovely coastal design. Dawn was informative about the house and also the changing COVID regulations. She filled the house with activities for every age range. It was a pleasure to be there.

Beautiful and private setting, yet centrally located on the Cape

First of all, the house itself was immaculately clean and had many little extras that we greatly enjoyed. The rooms were all spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked for those who enjoy cooking (even while on vacation). The master bath was spectacular and airy with a fantastic jetted tub and the beds in all the rooms were extremely comfortable. Second, there was plenty of outdoor privacy although we were only there a short time and did not really take advantage of all that the property had to offer. We mostly went off exploring the Cape (as this was our first time) and sightseeing the lighthouses and small towns. But it was a great house to come back to and unwind after driving around all day. Our two (older) kids also enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. Finally, the welcome packet/binder that Dawn created that explains everything, gives restaurant suggestions, and lists numerous activities to try was incredibly organized and wonderfully helpful to us (Thanks, Dawn). Overall, we were very satisfied staying here and will definitely be back.

I always gravitate back to the ocean. I was born on Martha's Vineyard, but grew up in California and raised our family in Northborough, Massachusetts. Now that we are retired, I have once again found my way back to the ocean! I love to travel but always look forward to coming home.

Not knowing where we wanted to buy a house on the Cape, we looked from one end of the Cape to the other. When we saw our Centerville house - so perfectly located in the middle of the Cape - we knew we had found a place to make memories.
