Getaway with friends

This condo was perfect for two couples. The location was perfect for sightseeing and we loved being in a gated community. The kitchen was well stocked, which was appreciated. It was very comfortable and we had a great stay. TV instructions would be nice!

This was our second time to stay here. The location, amenities, and size are perfect for us. The house is lovely, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We highly recommend this home!

Alta Mesa Desert Springs - unit 30

Very quiet neighborhood. Jacuzzi and pool were great as were the amenities ( pillows, blankets, comfortable mattresses, beach towels, coffee filters, coffee for first few days etc) already there for us to use. Streaming capabilities were great. A Host with the Mostest 🤣 - he promptly took care of the few issues we had.

Temp. inside controlled remotely....

Would not rent again due to inside discomfort . Temp. was controlled remotely and when contacted via phone was told could not lower temp. due to concern air cond. would freeze up. Monitored temp. via another temp. gauge and showed 80 degree average daily inside.

Perfectly lovely

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality. The house was clean, modern, quiet, and the neighborhood felt super safe. The garage and backyard were nice bonuses. Everything worked, the WiFi and television were great. Is highly recommend this property and we plan to stay here again!

Our stay at the property was convenient and nice. Was disappointed we couldn't use the pool. The property was clean with the exception of the grill out side, was very dirty with burnt on food. Also some of the bedding appeared to be soiled had to wash. The garage smelled of garbage that was left. We were asked to put out trash for pick up. I would stay again!

Alta Mesa at its best.

Great location, everything we needed, very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the fire place on cool evenings, good bbq on the patio. Excellent kitchen with informal eating area plus a formal dining area. Upstairs suite is quite nice but was not used due to the pandemic. Garage is a bit small but we did put the car in most every night. Love the gated community—really safe. Owner is great to work with. Highly recommend. Jerry

Beautiful, quiet condo.

The condo was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, including extras for our young child such as a baby gate and kid dishes. It was in a quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of street parking along with a garage. The pool was heated and open. We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again.

vacation paradise

very nice townhouse to vacation in. Plenty of room for 2 couples.Loved having the garage. Very close to many stores and highways. Loved our vacation. Would recommend to anyone.

The VRBO backs on to a golf course. Nice sitting area for you to enjoy the view and watch the hummingbirds. Neighbourhood is quiet. The VRBO is set up nicely if you wish to cook and eat in. Conveniently located to grocery stores etc and Usary Park.

Everything was wonderful, there was a shortage of dishes and glasses, but we went to a rummage sale and bought some and then left them upon our departure

Comfortable and Secure

It's always nice to walk into a rental and it looks better than the online pictures! This townhouse was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we needed in it. Having a BBQ outside on the patio was nice too. It is a gated community and we felt very secure. The location was ideal for some great day trips. The owner came right away when we were having some issues with the TV's. The only disappointment would be that we were not given notice before arriving that the pool would be shut down for maintenance.

Comfortable & Clean Townhome on Golf Course

We stayed here mid March. This townhome has lots of room for 2 couples. The beds are very comfortable as was the dining & living room furnishings. The townhome’s kitchen was well stocked as far as dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. It was wonderful to sit out on the back patio & have our morning coffee with a view of the golf course. The pool & hot tub are just a short walk from the townhome. We were mainly there to take in spring training & the location was perfect as we visited 5 stadiums that were approximately within 30 minutes away. Dalen/John were quick to answer any questions we had & had an outdoor grill delivered upon request. We really enjoyed our time spent at this townhome. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful townhouse is a very nice area!

Wonderful, clean, roomy, well supplied townhome. Would love to stay again. The extra upstairs bedroom was very private for our friend that stayed with us. One of the TVs went, out Dalen Wilcox replaced it within a few hour.s. That’s unbeleiveable! Loved the place!

Great stay at a brand-new property!

We've been using VRBO & AirBnB for many years in the US and Europe - we know what a good (and bad) experience feels like. Our stay at Dalen's property in Alta Mesa was definitely a great experience. Most importantly the property itself is per the photos, only better. It's brand new on the market and everything is new; floors, paint, appliances, furniture, bedding, everything is new! In addition, it's been thoughtfully stocked, including the little things that are super annoying if they aren't there - like coffee filters, salt/pepper, even bonus items like zip-lock bags, and take-away cups. They also had a full set of plastic plates/bowls/cutlery which was perfect for our 3yr old. Although we didn't need it; Dalen also offered us a pack-n-play. If I had to offer any constructive input the only 2 items we could come up with were: Table setting for 6, which meant we had to run the dishwasher every night - more glasses etc would have been useful. Also the small back yard overlooking the golf course is great - a grill would have made it even better! In summary; the host was accommodating and responsive to our needs; the property is brand new, and it's well equipped. An easy 5 stars. Eric & Christina
