This beautiful four bedroom condo has amazing front-beach views that include the Folly Pier as well as one of the private pools. Enjoy this fully stocked condo while enjoying your view from two of the bedrooms as wells as the living room or while sitting on your spacious balcony. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Folly as well as the pier. Enjoy your private parking facilities as well as private beach entrances. Elevators are available for easy access from the parking garage.

Property had everything we needed, owner was very quick to answer questions and easy to work with. It was very appreciative since we weren’t sure if we would be able to go because of Imelda (storm). Location of unit was perfect and condo was clean and convenient to downtown restaurants and pier! Hope to stay again. Thank you!!!

Location and condo can’t be beat - right on the beach. Second time I’ve stayed here (last time with friends). Great that everyone has their own room AND bathroom. Soooo many extra supplies - including welcome wine and candy. Didn’t want to leave paradise. Owner communicates right away. Already planning next stay.

We were unable to stream any movies during the evening for the family. Apparently not much could be done as we contacted the owner several times during our visit.

Relaxing Paradise

We were greeted by a gorgeous ocean view. There was plenty of room for the seven of us.Something for everyone to do. Sitting on the balcony people watching, swimming, shopping and restaurants within walking distance.The property owner is very kind and accommodating. We hope to go back to this perfect vacation home.Thank you!

The condo provided a great space for our group of 8, with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. Loved the large balcony and that most everything was within walking distance in Folly Beach.

Went to Folly Beach for Easter weekend. We were only able to stay one night but the owners were very accommodating allowing us to eat Easter lunch before leaving the property. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there.

Great location

Everything was great with unit and great location. Only issue we had was with the key fob needed to access beach and pool. Aggregating trying to share. Need one for every adult. But vacation was wonderful.

Great place to stay

First time staying in this condo, chwckin was a breeze. When we walked in it was immediately apparent the property was well taken care of, super clean. All amenities were up to date and well taken care of. Has one issue with parking pass ans owner immediately took care of it. Great stay!

Great location for so many things!

My adult kids and husband spent three days at this beautiful condo on Folly Beach to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was perfect for walking to restaurants, spending time on the patio overlooking the ocean, and going for walks on the beach, playing in the ocean and the pool. It was such a great trip and the condo provided all the best things for a worry free and fun trip.

Wonderful location, but...

We chose this place based on location and number of beds as this was a family vacation. Location is perfect, however, the timing of our visit coincided with the Folly Beach Renourishment project. Which means the beach was closed at this location and there were lights and equipment 7 x 24 which were very loud all the time. I could not believe we were not informed this would be going on as we would have definitely chosen another time. Made it hard to sleep with bright lights and sounds. Place was well equipped with essentials, no problems there. It is in need of some refresh though as things are looking old and worn out. So, overall, there were issues and actions that could and should have been taken for our visit, the location can't be beat.
