Hermosa casa de playa en la comunidad frente al mar inspirada en el Mediterráneo Sea Place. Alquiler de vacaciones totalmente equipado con solo 2 noches de alquiler mínimo la mayor parte del año. Cocina y baños renovados, camino de pavimentar y paseos, meticulosamente mantenidos!

Esta hermosa casa frente al lago ofrece acceso a la playa a solo unos pasos, tenis, r-ball, casa club y tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados y el distrito histórico a pocos minutos de distancia.

Magnífica playa! Le invitamos a utilizar la casa club, la piscina, el tenis, el r-ball y el acceso privado a la playa.

Hay bicicletas para alquilar, también, cerca. Butler Beach, donde se encuentra esta casa, es conocida como una de las playas más hermosas del noreste de Florida. ¡Es una extensa playa de polvo blanco! ¡Encontrarás pescadores, ciclistas cuando la marea retroceda, caminantes, surfistas, kite boarders, recolectores de conchas y, por supuesto, bañistas de sol! The property managers are excellent here. We had several things that needed to be fixed including fridge, HVAC, and outside maintenance but they were very prompt to respond each time! They even brought over blankets when it got chilly. Thank you!The neighborhood is very friendly and tennis/pickleball courts are only two houses over. There’s also a small basketball court and the beach is a short walk away. Good location! Would have given five stars but due to all the maintenance issues, I gave it a 4 out of 5.

Property was nice but it could have been cleaner. There was dust on the shelves in the master bedroom, a spider web over the dining room table, underwear beside the dryer. The shower in the master looked kinda grimy. You also need better cookwear. Everything we cooked stuck to the pans. You can get a decent set of cookwear for less than 100 at TJMaxx or Marshall's

Weekend getaway

We loved this place. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The place is well kept and host communicates very well. Check in was a breeze. Very short distance to restaurants and stores. We loved our stay. We’re a family of 7 and the space was more than sufficient. House is well supplied with all the necessities for your beach stay. We hope we can return soon!

Family Vacation

We stayed 5 days and the rental was great - the beach and pool were fantastic. We did have to walk about 10 minutes to both, but it was no problem for us. You can drive to the pool are and they do allow Trucks/cars to drive onto the beach if the walk is too long - Rental was clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms - the ease of check in and check-out was great - will rent again.

Great place. Accurate listing. It was about a five minute walk to the beach. About 15 minutes to restaurants unless you wanted McDonald-3 miles away. It was located outside of town which made it much more peaceful. Enjoyed watching a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral from the beach. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. It was also well stocked with kitchen essentials. Ty for a great stay. We would love to visit again!

We LOVED this house! We arrived to find it very clean, and well-stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. The house is a four -minute walk from the doorstep to the ocean waves. The community pool is beautiful, and the resort grounds are very well-kept. The hosts of this home are superbly responsive! The spacious master bedroom has an enormous well-shelved walk-in closet, and the en suite bathroom is very nice! The “4th” queen bedroom - with French doors that lead in/out from the large, vaulted living room - is very large, with a table and five chairs inside the room, which was great for game-playing while the rest of the family relaxed in the living room. There is a small garage that contains the washer and dryer, and the driveway can accommodate a large sedan or small SUV.

Host was very responsive to messages and instructions they gave were on the money. Short walk to the beach is what we loved. The house was in great condition and exactly what they advertised. I would recommend this house for anyone that is looking for a nice getaway that is close to the beach and has access to a pool. Thanks for letting us use your house for the week.

Everything about this place was amazing. The private beach access was our favorite to avoid the crowds. So close to everything! Great communication! Such a quiet neighborhood.

A worn out house

Could be a great place if it was taken care of. A very tired property. Broken blinds, old furniture, no bedroom closets, needs a good cleaning and a redo. The property manager was very responsive. Would rent with them again but not this property.

Great Beach Access

We loved the location of this home. The path to the beach was great! And the beach is magnificent! We loved going for long beach walks, because the sand is so flat. The size of this home is very nice with 4 separate sleeping areas. It was also really quiet. We never heard the neighbors at all. My grandkids loved the sport court and played lots of basketball, pickleball, and bocce ball. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold for swimming. Nice size kitchen too.

Great location

Great place to stay very short walk to beach! You can hear the ocean from the house. Only thing I wish is that they had TVs in all the bedrooms as cheep as TVs are these days it would of been nice a we did not ha did not have one in our room

Family vacation

The home is lovely. Close to beach and pool. Nice outside setting area. Only downside is we could not fit 2 suv's in yhe driveway.

July 4th Family Celebration

This was a family July 4th celebration involving 3 generations spanning age 4-76. This house was absolutely perfect for our gang. Everyone had their own private, well appointed, beautifully decorated bedroom. The furnishings and decorations were beach related and very high end. The pools were both very nice and the private entrance to the sandy beach was very close. Beach is all sand with no stones. The house location was perfect with close proximity to all of our favorite activities and restaurants. We travel to St. Augustine regularly to see family and would definitely stay here again. Definitely a 5 star rated in all categories.

Great Summer Family Vacation

This was a wonderful place for our family. It was clean, plenty of room and a very short walk to the pool and beach, which is very important with little ones. I have already recommend it to others and would definately stay here again.

Distance from St Augustine

The owner was very attentive with every step of your stay as to avoid any interruptions. Plus there were many restrictions placed once your arrival was neared. If you arrived a minute early or more, there was a $50 early fee. Do not exit the garage or there was a chance you could lock yourself out of the house if you had set the deadbolt. Since we couldn't tell, we made sure that one of us always left by the front door. You had to make sure that you took the beach access keys with you or you couldn enter or exit the beach. There's only 1 beach access key for a house with 4 bedrooms. It seemed that the house hadn't been rented in a few weeks considering the slight dust build up and smell of the towels. Plus there was sand on the floors. But this is typical of rentals which go periods of time between each rental. The owners have the house sufficiently cleaned after each renter but don't consider cleaning it before the next renter if it's been over 2-3 weeks. I would say that this house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was definitely equipped with whatever you needed to cool and serve a meal. There were plenty of towels for 2 people. The restrictions put on the homeowners are not the fault of the homeowner. The pool area had 1 or 2 tables with chairs but no umbrellas. Food and drinks of any kind weren't allowed by the pool. So forget the pool. It was a 15 minute drive to St Augustine. It is a beautiful city filled with lots of history. A must see & do 3 days 4 sure.

A great spot!

This was a great place to spend the weekend with my husband, my two brothers and their wives. We each had our own bedroom with comfortable beds. The layout of the condo was spacious with plenty of living room seating for everyone. It was nice to sit outside on the chairs and also walk down to the dock to watch the turtles. The pool was an easy walk and very cleanly. The beach was just steps away from the pool and very easy to access with the key card. A very quiet and easily accessed location. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonder house to rent!

The hosts were wonderful about communications, a major thing for me. The area is fabulous. I highly recommend reading the binder of rules and recommended activities and restaurants. Harry's Seafood grill is amazing. It was our 27th anniversary. We went there, I had a signature dish of blackened red fish with crab loaded on top, along with smashed potatoes and corn with a wonderful light sauce. My husband had grouper. We both loved the choices, he had to help me and I still had a doggie bag. Actually really for our dog, Katy. Sadly it was our last night with her. Heart failure. We rented the house because of her. We knew she was having heart issues, felt a separate home would be better. She was very comfortable, atmosphere wise. Our vet said 2 hrs to 2 years. It was worth every cent to see her sniffing the salt air. The house is decorated in beach decor. Beds were very comfortable. The cards for beach access worked great. We didn't cook, but on glancing, the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. The only issue we had was 2 hrs to find volume on tv remote,lol. It is on side. Also for "beach bum" dining try Oasis and Beachcomber. Ruby red shrimp is the best. Sunset grill is also great, but parking on weekend during on season is hard. We git lucky someone left as we pulled in.
