Beautiful view, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for a stay, nice firm mattresses with very clean linens. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Regular and keurig coffee makers. Hot tub cleaned daily by aquatic team. Exterior pool is cold, interior pool is heated. Lazy river is clean and cool. Gym is clean with quality equipment.

Absolutely perfect condo!

Wow! Beautiful condo on the beach. Loved the location which was close to everything we wanted to do. Decor was incredible. So much space. We will be back for sure. Thank you for opening your beach home to us.

Dissatisfied with Property Managers

We love Orange Beach and have stayed at Turquoise Place many times. This is the first time renting from Liquid Life and I wouldn’t do it again. Check in was not smooth. They kept telling us sometime after 3pm, but no official time. We drove 18 hours to arrive on time and they were anything but helpful. When calling them for check in time they got upset that we wanted a specific time and hung up on us twice. They claimed maintenance was fixing a sink that wouldn’t drain, but it was clear there were bigger plumbing issues there after we got in and started utilizing the sinks/showers/toilets. To check in, I had to call VRBO to contact them and allow us to check in before the front desk closed. Jacuzzi in unit was broken (we were notified after we paid in full and when asked if there was another unit, we’re told no, and no discount given for broken amenities). The water worked intermittently in all sinks and showers all week. It would turn off midstream and would come back on randomly. Pictures and videos sent to VRBO. VRBO support team was very responsive both times that I contacted them, but the Liquid Life Property managers were so rude and disrespectful. Horrible customer service, not prompt with having unit ready, and not honest about plumbing issues in the unit. I would caution anyone considering renting from Liquid Life. However, the unit was beautiful, Turquoise Place was fun as always, and the actual staff at Turquoise Place was helpful as could be.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was super clean and how so many amenities. Did not want to go home! Had a problem with the hot tub not working, but one text and a maintenance man was there and had it running in no time. I will go through Liquid Life again for this unit. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful! Even down to the cleaning ladies as we left!

spacious condo with great location and amenities

Our party consisted of 5 adults, a 3 year old and an 11 month old. We stayed for 4 nights. There was PLENTY of space for everyone and the view from the balcony of the 28th floor was breathtaking. The kids loved all the amenities the condo had to offer (outdoor pools, indoor pools, and playground). The condo was very clean. We only had a few issues during our stay. All the beds in every bedroom were quite worn, uncomfortable, and very noisy. The vent hood in the kitchen kept turning off. Because of this, the smoke alarm would go off. This happened twice before we notified liquid life. They put in a work order and the issue was resolved quickly. However one issue that was never resolved was the hot tub on the balcony. When we first arrived we noticed the hot tub was very murky. We asked if someone could come out to take a look at it. They sent someone the next day. The gentleman added chemicals and tried to run the hot tub. However, he said something was wrong with the motor and he said they would have to send out a mechanic to check it out. So the next day, the mechanic came and he said that it just needs more water. They would send someone else out to add more water. Later in the day, the man that was supposed to add more water said according to the schedule, the water should have been replaced the second day we were there. But that never happened. He said that would have to send someone else out to drain the water the next day. No one ever came to drain the water. And it was our last night of vacation. So unfortunately, we never got to enjoy the private hot tub on the balcony. I think the hot tub incident was a lot of miscommunication. But other than that, everything was great! I would definitely recommend Turquoise Palace and Liquid Life.

Our Beach Trip 2022

The condo has covered parking, several pools, a heated pool, lazy river, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, and pool side cabanas. Due to the weather we were often in fog or a cloud most mornings and nights. It was a cool experience and the fog/cloud burned off every day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautiful and spacious. However I encountered some maintaince issues that were in my opinion NOT luxurious. I rented this unit with the anticipation of getting the best of the best. However I had broken dining chairs, a broken bed, and an inoperable gas grill that I feel should have been inspected and repaired prior to my arrival. After bringing it to the attention of the management team, the chairs were removed and never returned. I had a party of 10 and the chairs were much so needed for breakfast and dinner. There was no apology for them not being returned. For the price that I paid for this unit, I truly expected a five star experience which was not the case.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and the beach was nice. We had a couple issues, however. The people above us had children that were running around late into the night. We had a hard time with locating a number that would actually connect us with someone to address the issue. Some numbers were disconnected. At one point one of our party went down to the lobby and the front desk assistant said she had to wait for someone else to come to the desk before they could address the issue. It was never addressed. All 3 nights that we stayed we heard furniture sliding around and children running. This would go on until 1 am. Also the balcony above us dripped water onto our balcony every day, making the tile very slippery. This was very stressful, as our 2-year-old was with us. 2 of the smoke detectors in our unit began to beep incessantly because the batteries were low. My husband had do disable both of them, which was no easy feat as they were very high up. The oven kept giving us an "MCL circuitry error" every time we used it. We had to keep turning it off and on in order to cook anything. The blender was broken but Liquid Life was great about that, and they replaced the blender the very next morning! Very appreciated. We still had a nice time, but I will definitely not be renting this particular unit again. I'm hesitant to book at Turquoise Place because of the communication with the front desk. It really seemed like no one was on hand to handle other guests that were being loud or disruptive. We must have been given 6 phone numbers of staff to call for the issue and each person directed us to a different number or no one answered.

Good stay

While Turquoise is one of my favorite places to stay, this unit was ok. The high traffic areas need some new paint on the walls for sure. Lots of scuffs and damage noted. The Keurig in unit worked, but leaked a good bit of water from the tank while making the coffee. Also, the iron leaked water when using as well. Upon further investigation there were some rust marks/rusty water from previous leaking and they caused small stains that were thankfully able to be washed out. BUT, with all that said, the overall experience was good. The amenities at the Turquoise are top notch and I’ll continue to book there in the future for sure.

one of the slats had cracked and there was a big dip in the m/b's bed. Had to call about it 3x. o

Property was beautiful. But the fact that housekeeping couldn't inform the property manager that there was a big whole in the middle of the bed boggles me. I had to call it in and sleep on it the first night....not a good night after driving in from Houston (where we were evacuated from) I wanted to nap during the day but couldn't do it.. I was about to call the 4th time when the maintenance guy showed up in the evening.

The Master suite bed broke on the first morning we were there, called the rental company, and maintenance came said it would be fixed the next day, never showed back up. We had to sleep in another room the rest of the week. Whirlpool tub in Master didn't work, breakers were thrown. The lights in the hot tub didn't work. There were cockroaches on the patio around the grill area. We will not rent through this company again. It was not worth what we paid.

Great Unit

We booked two units through Vrbo for my parents 60th wedding anniversary - different owners and different management companies but all went fairly smoothly with both. That nice thing about these units is that they're large - we accommodated 22 for dinner in one unit one night. I'd say the furnishings in the other unit were just a little bit better - but that's splitting hairs - they both are great. The building seems to still be recovering from the hurricane last summer and isn't fully staffed after Covid, so things like having one of the elevators out of service slowed things down a little. But overall, it’s the third time I’ve stayed at Turquoise in the past 5 years and it didn’t disappoint - and the second time I've been through both of these management companies.

Beach and baseball

The complex is beautiful! Rooms are amazing and the view from balcony can’t be beat. A few things to note…elevators take a minute as this property is so big. Condo had no hand soap and only one thing of dishwashing detergent…be prepared for that. Microwave didn’t work, but Liquid Life took care of it promptly. The pool had very low water levels on the next to last day of our stay and wasn’t filtering out debris, but it was fixed the next day. Overall, fantastic stay and would definitely visit again.
