La mejor unidad de 1br en Phoenix V !!



Este condominio Phoenix V es uno de los mejores en la playa! Ideal para una pareja con una familia pequeña. Hay un montón de actividades que incluyen una sala de pesas, cancha de racquetball, sauna, piscina interior climatizada, jacuzzis, canchas de tenis, cancha de baloncesto y piscina al aire libre. Dos canchas de tenis te esperan afuera. Incluso hay un área de glorieta agradable para relajarse mientras estás bbq-ing.



Venga a relajarse en el amplio balcón con impresionantes vistas del golfo o duerma en la gran cama king en el dormitorio principal. Disfrute de una siesta en la silla grande en la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos. Estamos convenientemente ubicados cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y no lejos de los centros comerciales.



Nuestro condominio fue renovado recientemente con nuevas encimeras de granito, nuevos gabinetes personalizados, nuevos muebles de sala y azulejos en todas partes. Creemos que es uno de los tipos en Phoenix V !!



Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el centro del edificio en el sexto piso, no muy lejos de los ascensores. ¡Cerradura de la puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estadía! Envíeme un correo electrónico y pregunte por los muchos descuentos. En general, esta unidad tendrá un precio menor que la compañía de administración en el sitio.



Sus hijos pueden disfrutar de un nuevo 1300 pies cuadrados. Splash Pad inspirado en los piratas del Caribe, en la planta baja, junto a la piscina. El área se compone de un Sloop pirata y un arco de barco con chorros inclinados y cañones de agua, un tobogán de playa varado, una palmera con bananos que tiran agua, así como un aerosol de flores de tulipán pequeño. Puede ver imágenes del parque acuático al final de la presentación de diapositivas del condominio. Es seguro mantener a sus pequeños Bucketheads ocupados durante sus vacaciones.



Estacionamiento: debe comprar sus pases de estacionamiento a su llegada, son una tarifa única de $ 28 por vehículo.

The condo was as advertised and perfect for a couple. However it wasn’t ideal for my two daughters and me. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We had three towels for three people for three nights, I don’t know about others but when I’m on vacation I like to sleep comfortably not with three people in a bed and I don’t want to have to wash towels every day. The only thing that needs work is the attention to detail for number of quests that are to be staying and length of stay.

Great place for a small family

The place was even better in person with new bedding and the removal of an oversized chair as shown in pictures. The splash pad was a great addition for toddlers! We will be back!

Room was ok but property was not.

Room was clean and as described. Check in was easy. 4 elevators and only 2 operating which took forever. Outdoor Pool was closed entire stay. Hot tub water looked very dirty. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it has went down a lot. Hopefully will be doing renovations in future. The location is very convenient.Host did not answer questions through app but when i called the number for an issue it was answered and resolved quickly.

Clean but outdated

Place was mostly clean. If you want to cook, bring your own supplies. Could not find a can opener or baking sheet. And only 6 forks meant washing them after every meal. Clothes dryer would not stay running. Appreciate the smart tv in the living room, but it did not have Youtube TV app installed and would not let us install it without a password. Not worth the money.

Winter escape

Nice condo right on the water. Lot's of dolphin activity. This condo is directly above the splash park so you will hear the buckets dump water every 30 seconds. For some reason it came on at 5 am. We did get used to it after a while

Awesome view and great condo.

The condo was clean. The location and view were great. I wish we would have had a broom in the condo for sweeping up the sand and more than one dish towel. Other than the kitchen being semi-stocked everything was great.

This property was a great experience. The only recommendation I have at this time is to update the television to smart tvs so that you can watch your regular platforms on days you want to stay inside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the place and view. It needed more kitchen stuff, only had four tall glasses, four forks, etc so had to run dishwasher every night. We did keep it cool in condo, so got a blanket down-it had stuff all over it, so did the second one. Had to wash before use. Used ceiling fan for white noise but it has a squeak once it gets going that is very loud. Other than those things it was great-easy access to beach, nice patio, relatively quiet.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and quiet neighbors. We loved the layout of our room also. A comfy beachy feel. The staff were very nice and helpful. My one complaint is that we saw multiple large bugs in the pool on three separate occasions and I stopped swimming in it after one was crawling on me after getting out of the pool. But we loved our stay overall!

Living room fan did not work, no light bulb in the bedroom lamp, bathroom shower very dark, no pot holders or major utensils in the kitchen, clock when we arrived had no battery- so we bought batteries to fix it. Very limited bath towels, so had to wash them daily. Floor was not super clean, I get there is sand from the beach but upon arrival, it should have been cleaner. Bedroom tv had limited channels due to satellite. Older living room tv.

Spring getaway

This property is as described and in a convenient location in Orange Beach. The facilty has good amenities such indoor and outdoor pools and a raquetball court.

Reviewer Comments: We definitely enjoyed the unit but the property is under some major lobby renovations. Unloading & loading of luggage was not desirable & 2 out of the 4 elevators were not working. That was a hassle in itself. Pool area nice & renting the beach chairs were great. That little fella was a joy to work with. If we decide to stay there again I will definitely check to make sure the renovation/construction process is over.
