El edificio está ubicado en el punto más alejado del golfo y no hay otros edificios que obstruyan tu vista al océano privada e impresionante. Un dormitorio grande con una cama king y un baño. Una cama de día + nido y un sofá seccional se encuentran en el área de la gran familia. Esta unidad duerme cuatro cómodamente. 2 week stay

Melinda was quick to respond and very nice. Everything was as described, nice furniture, comfortable bed and clean, although the kitchen could have used a little more attention. The view was amazing and being able to walk across the street to the Salt Rock Grille was an added bonus. I would recommend this condo!

Amazing Days

We had an amazing stay. Woke up to beautiful ocean views each day and enjoyed daily walks on the beach and through the town. Great location for restaurants, bars and going to the store. Just loved it!

Loved the sunsets

We loved the location right on the beach, especially the sunsets. Too bad the owner lives 45 minutes away because we had some trouble getting in.

Excellent Condo

The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated with modern fixtures and finishes. Right on the Gulf, the views can’t be beat. Relaxing on our balcony while watching the sunset each evening was something special. The location is great, centrally located between Clearwater and St Pete, and just a short drive to John’s Pass. We highly recommend this property.

Exactly as Advertised

We just spent two weeks at the Condo and everything was as explained on the website. The Condo is perfect for location and all the necessary starter items were made available. Communication was timely and first rate. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful!

Condo was great. Everything was as listed. Comfortable bed, clean, very well stocked with everything you need. We have never stayed in a place that offered so many amenities. Melinda has thought of everything from beach chairs to paper towels. Can't wait to go back.

Is there a better word than excellent?

Loved it from when we walked in, the place is clean and tidy tastefully decorated, the furniture was comfortable and watched the Super Bowl on the big screen tv with surround sound. Best of all, the view, unrestricted gulf view both directions. We had our morning coffee on the balcony and watched everything from downward facing dogs to dolphins going by. The sunsets were incredible. I don’t know if I’ll comeback to Clearwater if I do I know where I’m staying.

Great Waterfront Condo - Clean and Well Equipped!

This one bedroom waterfront condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Indian Shores including a nicely appointed kitchen , beach chairs, and plenty of linens. The highlight for us was sitting on the balcony any time of day but especially for the stunning sunsets. Across the street is a fantastic restaurant Salt Rock Grill and a coffee shop Indian Shores Coffee. Also the Gulf Blvd. Shuttle stops right on the street out front. Melinda quickly responded to any inquiries we submitted. Would love to stay again!

Gorgeous sunset views!

I would give 4.5 overall rating. The property is ideally located, with the most gorgeous sunset views. We saw dolphins a few times, which we loved. The host is excellent in communication and in prompt responses. There was one issue with the unit, but the hosts went above and beyond to ensure the issue was remedied to the best of their ability, all while keeping us comfortable during the process. The kitchen provided all necessities to comfortably cook meals, as needed. They were helpful to locate medical services for my child as well, which was greatly appreciated. This is our second stay at this property. The sunset views are unmatched by any other location, as is the close proximity to the beach-literally just steps away from the property! Definitely consider this property if looking to stay in this area!

Very disappointed

Had paid for this condo for entire month of January 2024 in good faith that I could enjoy an oceanfront beach condo with nice balcony to read and enjoy. After being there 8 days, I was informed by a worker putting up chain link fencing that the beach was closed for two weeks…that dump trucks, bulldozers and other heavy machinery would begin work at 7:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. Owner said she did not know beach was closing. Billboard just across street from condo in front of Municipal Center: “Beach is once again closed for sand dune restoration until January 31.” Indian Shores website has lots of info about beach closings. I sent article to owner. Her response: “had prior notice been given we surely would have included it on post”. I vacated the property as it was unusable with noise and no access to beach. Owner ended up giving only partial reimbursement after I vacated. I am still owed money. I also had relocation expenses. It seems to me if I agree to pay someone money that I have the obligation and responsibility to ensure that I actually have the money available. Also, if I agree to accept money for my rental unit that I have the obligation and responsibility to ensure I actually have the unit available for all the specified days, not just part of the time. So disappointed….

Great Experience

Well hard to believe but this was our 1st experience with booking a Condo/Vrbo. We haven’t traveled since 2020 Covid…Have two cruise coming up but decided to get away for a week. Choose this location because of the reviews…let me say they weren’t lying. The views/Sunsets are spectacular! Really don’t need to bring a thing…place was well stocked…Winn Dixie right up the road. Melinda our condo manager answered all texts within an appropriate time…we had a learning curve because we had never been through this process…Melinda made sure we were informed and comfortable. Only negative thing I have to say is the fact that this condo is booked up 9/10 months of the year…I’d give a cruise and stay for a month if it were possible.

AMAZING!!!

This property was fantastic. Perfectly located on the beach and across from a great coffee shop. The incredible Salt Rock Grill restaurant was also within a very short walking distance (practically across the street). The owers were wonderful to deal with and the condo had everything anyone could need for a beach vacation. It also had all you need to relax inside and feel right at home - big screen TV and comfy sofas, flat screen TV in bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. It was extremely clean and comfortable. My husband and I hated to leave and will definitely book here again!

Having stayed in this condo last year, we loved it so much we decided to return. Extremely clean, comfortable and incomparable views of the sunset. We didn't use them but there are beach chairs, an umbrella and a few beach toys provided. We will definately consider staying here a third time in 2023.

Can’t wait to return!

We couldn’t have asked for a better week at the beach. The condo is as advertised. Great furnishings in every room. A wonderful living space that looks right out to the ocean. We were literally steps from the beach. The kitchen had everything one would need. The bedroom is large with a closet full of stuff to take to the beach. Good communication with owner. Indian Shores is great- the beach, the restaurants and the people. Can’t say enough good things. We hope to return in the fall!

Gorgeous Sunset Views!

This place is breathtakingly beautiful! The sunset views are amazing. I worked from the balcony with table and high top chairs daily and enjoyed the sunset views every night. The beach is literally in your back yard, just steps away. Kitchen has anything you could possibly need. Bed is very comfy. Coin laundry conveniently located. Host very responsive and understanding with small issue during our stay. My toddler loved the provided sand toys. We had a great time, and plan to be back next summer. Highly recommend!

Absolutely PERFECT!

This condo was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded all of our expectations. Communication with the host was wonderful. The location was fantastic. We felt like we were close to everything, but the beach wasn’t crowded. The area was very family friendly. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. We saw dolphins from the balcony multiple days. Our hosts truly thought of everything we could have wanted/needed during our stay and provided it. My children especially loved borrowing the sand toys. This was the cleanest beach rental I have ever stayed it. It was very well kept and all of the furniture was comfortable. We also loved having an assigned parking spot. Thank you for an incredible vacation!!

This is our third or fourth time staying here and we love this condo. The owner communicates well. Check in process is easy. The condo is wonderful and has everything needed. There is a balcony where we sit and watch the morning walkers and have coffee. Then you get to watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The bed is very comfortable. The trolley stops right outside the building so no need for a car. We just get a taxi from the St. Pete airport. We get groceries delivered. We use the trolley to visit the many dining establishments on the boulevard.

My husband and I love this condo. This is our second time staying here and we will be coming again in spring. Check in process is simple, though we did have a minor snafu. It all worked out. Melinda was very accommodating. This condo is awesome. Very clean. The bed is quite comfortable. The view is beyond beautiful. We use the bus to get around as we do not rent a car. There is a bus stop right out front and with the new Flamingo pass it is easy as pie. There is a washer and dryer out in the entry way ($2.00). The beach is just steps away and is definitely not crowded. We love the laid back vibe of this beach. We get groceries delivered and stop at Nachman's fish market to pick up shrimp to make at the condo. We travel up and down the strip for lunch. Our favorite is Caddy's Indian Shores, Crabby Bills, and Guppy's. Just got home and can't wait for spring.

Beachfront beauty

We loved staying at The Pointe! This cosy condo has everything to make you feel at home, plenty of kitchen appliances, beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels. The main living area is large and open, with beautiful sunset views every evening. Our hosts were very accommodating when we asked to adjust our check in/out dates, and the keyless front door entry was a breeze. We’re sad to leave!
