Enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, with all necessary supplies for the week. The master bed was great and I was sad to leave it! The area is quiet, close to both Clearwater and St Pete, both walker and bike friendly. We enjoyed our stay and recommended it.

Great location,pool was fantastic, parking was always available. Great places to eat around there. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed,would definitely come back. John and Helen were great to work with.

Nice condo on 6th floor. Quiet and views from balcony 👌. Pool and hot tub nice. OCEAN BEACH access easy. We would like to come back.

Wonderful condo in an amazing location!

My family and I stayed in this unit over Christmas. This was our fourth stay at San Remo, the first in this condo. We had an absolutely amazing time. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The heated pool and beach are just steps away. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Beach Condo Stay

We spent two weeks at this property and it was a great time. Location was very nice. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop. Jolly Trolly stops right at the building in both directions. Great beach and pool area (although the pool didn’t get open during our stay as they were still repairing it from the hurricane damage. Owners were fantastic to deal with.

Very very clean! Very nice pool area also We had access to a storage area with all the beach stuff needed. We left a few extra things for the next person If we decide to come back to the area . We will definitely book the same unit

Dinner on the balcony viewing the ocean

Everything was easy. Parking close, getting the bell cart. We walked the dogs in the neighborhood. Went to the pool and beach. It was chill and many restaurants nearby. The hosts responded quickly with my questions. We loved the king bed.

Enjoyed Our Stay

The condominium is in a great location between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach. The pool and beach are just steps away. Great views from the balcony. They provide a wide array of beach/pool supplies that guests can use, there is no need to bring much with you. The condo is well maintained, clean, and it offers good amenities. Great experience communicating/contacting the owners, they are quick to respond and answer questions. I am happy to recommend this property.

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and was just the right fit for us. The owner is very kind and seems very easy to work with. That in itself is a huge plus. He did warn us of construction that was going on with the complex before we booked but we did not know that the construction would be literally right outside our balcony and at the condo next to us. After construction is finished I would definitely stay here again. Loved the beach as it is more private.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Beautiful view and updated condo. Very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and answered quickly when needed! Loved that they had closet with beach chairs/umbrellas. They also had fishing poles, beach towels, books, small fans, extra cots and air mattress, etc. they thought of everything! plenty of parking available. Very nice pool and hot tub. Beach was not crowded at all. Quiet area. We loved this building a lot compared to other places we have stayed. They also had carts to wheel your luggage to and from the car. It was in a convenient location, close to Clearwater area and st Pete. We will definitely be back!

Overall very nice , clean , and quiet. Owner had to ask us to leave a day early due to elevator repairs ,(bummer), but not his fault. I would stay again if I get back to that area.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The views were great. The penthouse was beautiful but it could use a clock somewhere in the condo. Had a fabulous time!!!

We had to purchase a coffee pot $39.00 because the one at the condo was broke. The bedroom with the full mattress is worn out, my nephew said it was very uncomfortable. It's minor thing but I'm 5 ft tall and couldn't reach the buttons on the dry as they are at the top and couldn't find a stool so I had to stand on a chair. Just thought the owners would like to know.

It was the perfect relaxing vacation!

The property had all the amenities a family of four could need! Including sand toys, beach towels and chairs. We had nice grills by the pool and everything was exceptionally clean! Will return again!
