Comfortable Space, Considerate Host

Victoria was so helpful every step of the way, from check-in, to recommendations and weather notes, to check-out. The space is just like the photos; clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with space to spread out a little. It was a great homebase away from home for us, highly recommend!

Perfect for couples

It's an amazing location, a block from the beaches in Waikiki. It's a small studio, perfect for a couple. We had everything we needed, and lots of great suggestions every day from the host. We experienced so much joy and beauty. It was refreshing for our souls.

Victoria made this vacation awesome! Not only was her property perfect (only 2 minute walk to Waikiki) but she would text me things to do, places to eat and local activities that were happening. If we come back to Oahu we would love to stay here again.

Fantastic location in Waikiki

The location of this property is superb. The host, Victoria, is awesome and very helpful. You are steps from the beach and walking distance to any kind of eating or shopping you could want. Unit is small but very clean and nicely decorated. Host provides lots of useful amenities like beach towels, umbrellas , beach chairs, etc.

Perfect location

This my second time renting with Victoria and will not be the last. The unit is located very close to the well known Waikiki Beach without paying the high priced Waikiki Beach hotel price. I love that there is a small kitchen with the essentials to cook a meal. From the lanai you get a view of Diamond Head and the ocean. Everything is well organized, clean, and in good condition. Stay here!

This unit was an ideal location for me. Located in the heart of Waikiki it allowed me to walk anywhere i felt with ease and if further a reasonable cab or uber away. Victoria provided daily info for local events which was very nice as well. Look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect Little Waikiki Condo!

This condo is the perfect place for 1-2 people in Waikiki! I loved that I could literally walk a few steps and be at the beach! Amazing restaurants, shopping and resorts are within easy walking distance. The owner was very friendly & helpful with little tips and advice on the area. The place was super clean. It’s a small space, but had everything that’s needed. Highly recommended for a resort feel without the steep price!

Perfect cozy condo.

Trip couldn't have been better! Victoria was a perfect host with excellent communication and was so hospitable! The room is perfect for 2 looking to stay in a nice relaxed environment with great views and convenience. The location is perfect and you can pretty much walk to everything you need. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back!

Excellent experience!

A really cute unit just seconds from the beach, as a solo traveler I really appreciated the security of the building. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was enjoying my stay. She stayed in constant communication, letting me know about fun things to do or giving me a heads up about anything I needed to know. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a quiet getaway in a great location!

Victoria, the owner, was prompt and friendly with all my questions concerns from the initial contact right down to the last minute. The place was immaculate and exactly what is described on Vrbo. Although we tend to move around to the other islands as well when we are in Hawaii, if/when we return to Waikiki we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great apartment and location!

Victoria was the perfect host. She met us when we arrived to welcome us to the property. She was very detailed and provided us with a lot of very useful information to help us during our stay. The apartment itself was clean, and well stocked with materials to make us feel at home. I would stay here again should I visit Honolulu in the future. Thank you Victoria!

Excellent rental

Location was fantastic. Very close to the beach and all stores and restaurants. Victoria was an excellent host. I have stayed at quite a few vrbo’s and by far Victoria has been the best host. We looked forward to her morning emails and things happening on the island for that day. If there were any questions or concerns she was available to call or text. The room was just as the pictures show. Very cute and cozy as well as super clean. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to be practically right on the beach.

Perfect getaway just a block from Waikiki Beach!

Victoria was the BEST host!! She met us on location to go over everything before handing over the keys and made sure we knew where all utilities and exits were in the apartment building. She gave us great recommendations via text (from landmarks, to trolley lines, to local events, and even happy hours) and reassured us that if anything came up she was available to help! The studio space was AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and well-stocked with anything you could need. She really thought of everything - she offered amazing hospitality and phenomenal communication. We look forward to booking with her again in the future!

Center of Waikiki Beach

Cozy, but very well thought out to maximize for comfort and convenience. Well appointed and decorated. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. We had everything we could possibly need. Our Host, Victoria met us upon arrival and guided us to our place. She gave us a quick tour of our building, with security codes, and provided information ànd recommendations for restaurants markets and activities, which were greatly appreciated. Enjoyed our stay... so close to the center of Waikiki's Beach at the Duke statue. Everything is walkable... no need for a car. Thank you for a relaxing and memorable 11 days.

Exactly as described.

Victoria could not have been more accommodating! Had a couple snags with VRBO but my hosts worked with and assured me they would honor our agreement regardless, which they did. The place looked exactly as pictured and the amenities they provided made it a home away from home. Everything I needed and more, perfect location, walking distance to all, and no need for a car. I could not have been happier. We were treated like family... No, actually better!

Highly recommend!

My daughter and I were in Honolulu for a week to visit a school she is considering transferring into. We stayed in Victoria’s condo which was absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable, updated, and located in a perfectly safe and walkable area, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Victoria went above and beyond; offering advice about the local area and sending daily events to help plan our day. The condo is small but perfect for 2 people; plenty of AC, hot water in the shower, and we loved sitting outside on the balcony (it’s on the 8th floor) in the morning for coffee and bagels and even for a few dinners at night after preparing simple meals in the kitchenette. We did not rent a car; bus schedules are easy to navigate and Uber rides are plentiful if needed. We enjoyed our time exploring the beaches and island and highly recommend this condo as your “home base” while visiting the area! Thank you again Victoria, for all of your help!

Great Location & Great Property Manager

Location was great, right in the heart of Waikiki Beach. Access to beach was super easy. Property Manager was interested in our stay. They texted us pretty much everyday with ideas of what to do along with what was happening that day around the island. We walked almost everywhere we went, except for your normal tourist spots (Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, North Shore...you must drive or get a ride) everything else you need is within walking distance. All I have to say about food is tons of great restaurants. Only thing I would want in addition is maybe a parking spot. Parking in Waikiki is not easy, and most places do not have parking for the guests (without additional fees). The Property Manager did say there was parking by the building and if we needed they would send us the information to get a spot(for a fee). We ended up just renting a car by the day. That way we could park it at the rental parking overnight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waikiki Beach and staying at this location and this property manager made it even more enjoyable. Hope to come back to Waikiki in the future and will definitely stay with Victoria again.

We Hope To Be Back Soon!

I wish we could've spent a whole month here! Aside from the near-perfect location, we felt like we had our own private tour guide. The host went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered. She met us at the property and gave us a tour when we checked in. Each day, she texted us with ideas for restaurants, activities, shopping, and more. She even synced her suggestions up with the weather forecast each day (so that we wouldn't go to the zoo on a rainy day, for instance). Amazing service! Though the room was small, it had everything one would need. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, spaghetti strainers, a coffee maker, a refrigerator and microwave, a stovetop, plenty of plates and mugs and cups, and much more. There were beach chairs and beach towels available, which we used daily. AC worked great. Elevator was fast. The bath towels were the freshest, cleanest, and softest I have ever felt or used. Sitting out on the balcony was relaxing and peaceful, aside from the neighbor's occasional loud self-help videos, or the intermittent big-city construction noises. Most of the time you could sit on the large balcony and enjoy a great view of both the city and the ocean. The beach was literally a 1 minute walk away! The bathroom was small, and we would've liked a slightly bigger bed. I also wished there would have been a change machine for laundry, as it only took quarters. Otherwise, it was quiet, comfy, relaxing, with a great host and tour guide!

We've lived in numerous countries and know it can be challenging, so we're here to help (please feel free to ask even silly questions).

We speak English, Dutch, Russian , and some Spanish. While we are not fluent translators we have enough knowledge and use of dictionaries to help with questions should they arise. (Better than someone with no experience at all.)

We want your stay to be a wonderful experience.

We love staying here, because it is central to practically everything. Waikiki beach is just downstairs and across the main street (by the Duke Statue). You can save money on a rental car, because shops, restaurants, and activities are all within walking distance. A typical day would be breakfast on the lanai, surf lessons, lunch at the beach, afternoon sightseeing walk, free sunset hula performance by the banyan tree, cocktails and dinner, and watching movies in bed.

Endless options! You can shop the farmer's market at the adjacent Hyatt Regency on Mondays and Wednesdays (4-8pm), Jefferson Elementary School on Sundays (8am-1pm) or the new Bank of Hawaii Center on Kalakaua Tuesdays and Thursdays (4-8) all in Waikiki or visit the KCC farmer's market in Diamond Head to make your own local fresh meals. You can walk down the street to famous Hy's steakhouse, or go low-key for Me's BBQ. Shop all along the main street; Royal Hawaiian, International Marketplace, duty-free T-Galleria by DFS, and much more. Surf lessons provided by shops on both sides of the building!
