20th Anniversary Trip.

Relaxing, love the accomodations. Great view of Diamond Head. Have stayed in this Condo several times over the last 20 year. Love it.

Convenient and friendly stay

Here for business and fun so this location was perfect. Quick elevators and great coffee shop for convenience. Condo had everything needed for cooking and plenty of towels. And the bed is really comfortable.

GREAT location and view

Great Waikiki location with beautiful view. Agent was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Parking is included. Lots of families stayed here and convenient to many sights

This Condo by far out ranked alll others with its amazing view of Diamond Head all the way to Koko Head. The condo was clean and just as described. Great Location

The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and the Hawaiian quilt made it look so very pretty. The kitchen had plenty enough cookware and dinnerware to easily have nice breakfast. The condo is exactly how the pictures show it to me. We were very pleased with our stay.

Lovely views from way up high in this building. Spacious unit and very clean. Easy arrival procedures, and multiple elevators. Great to have parking. Liked the location as it was far enough away from the central noise but still just a few blocks away from the beach, park, shopping, restaurants and groceries. We loved walking Waikiki and appreciated the parking spot for when we rented a car later in our stay to explore other areas of Oahu.

Winter Vacation

We stayed for 22 nights in Jan. 2024. The property was clean and well maintained. Access to the property was easy. Parking was included, which is a big plus. The property management company was good to deal with. Any enquiries were always answered promptly. This is one property that we would definitely return to.

Nice view, perfect location, close to everything,beach, stores and resto,not crowded, smooth contactless check in/out process, everything is provided in the kitchen, beddings, towels(we are picky with towels so we bought new), toiletries, umbrellas, floaties, all u have to do is bring urself and ur clothes. Will come back in the future.

A really handy place with everything at your fingertips

We stayed here for 10 days with teenagers and found the property to be extremely handy with everything you need for a short stay. It was walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, the bus stop, and many other things. The property is conmfortable with plenty of spare bedding, a kitchen stocked with handy items, and wifi, etc. The pool and spa was also handy and well maintained. The company managing the property were extremely helpful during the check in process and communicated with us pleasantly and promptly throughout our stay. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a condo in Waikiki.

Worked well for us

Excellent location within walking distance from loads of excellent places to eat and Waikiki Beach. Parking being included was HUGE, as other places make you pay an extra $40-50/day for this! Beautiful view from the balcony. King size bed was super comfortable, though the fold out for the kids was very uncomfortable. Thankfully they provided a bunch of extra blankets and stuff we could use as padding so the kids found it comfortable enough to sleep on. There is laundry and dryer, but only one machine per floor so it may not be available, though I guess there's nothing preventing you from using the machines on other floors. I'd stay here again!

Great View, Location, and Price

Overall this condo at Waikiki Banyan is a great place to stay. It does need some TLC and updating in the bathroom area (mostly tub/shower is cracking) along with some newer sheets and towels. The front door and window blinds also need some TLC as they are damaged near the lock (maybe from changing it?) and the smaller blinds above the AC unit are missing. Thankful for the AC and the beach umbrella (although the cover for it was also ripped). There are also two new body surfing boards in this unit as we couldn’t bring them home with us. Hoping next renters can enjoy them! ;)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As advertised, this was a corner unit with an AWESOME view of the beach and Diamond Head. We generally stay at this building when we visit every year because it's conveniently located to family, the night life of Waikiki and easy access to the freeway without having to fight the Waikiki congestion. However, this particular unit is beginning to show it's age. The bathroom ceiling needs some repairs and although the flooring has been upgraded, the owners need to do the same for the furniture.

Pull out sofa in unusable and if you are over 5'4" the blow up mattresses will be too small.

Great location, included parking is awesome, fully furnished and equipped although living room furniture showing its age but functional. Told there would be an umbrella but there wasn't. Bed was nice, all ready to go. Surprisingly hot (31c) for this time of year but enjoyed the sun.

Very comfortable vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 2 weeks. It was a great location, and a great unit overall! Very comfortable. It was like coming home in the evenings. The bed was really comfy. We were quite busy. We rented a car and the parking was free. The only downside is we did do a lot of our own cooking and there could have been a few more dishes. I know there were only 2 of us but if we didn't wash after every meal then there wasn't enough for the next meal. It could also use some sprucing up. New paint or wipe down. Otherwise, I would definitely return! Easy company to work with!
