¡Bienvenido a Highland House! Nuevo en el programa de alquiler de vacaciones, esta hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños se encuentra en un vecindario tranquilo en el extremo sur de la isla y está a solo 1 milla de la playa y St. Simons Pier Village Area. Desde el momento en que entras por la puerta principal, se siente como si usted está en su hogar lejos de casa. La suite principal cuenta con una cama queen size con un baño principal pintoresco en suite y una maravillosa ducha. Las dos habitaciones de invitados que tienen una cama queen size en una habitación y dos camas gemelas en la otra habitación comparten un baño con bañera. Por la puerta trasera, los huéspedes encontrarán un porche trasero de gran tamaño con mucho espacio para asar en la nueva parrilla de gas, disfrutar de comidas en la mesa del comedor para seis o simplemente relajarse después de un largo día en la playa. El patio trasero completamente cercado ofrece mucha privacidad. Esta maravillosa casa seguramente hará su visita a St. Simons Island, uno para recordar y dejarlo con ganas de volver!

Absolutely perfect. Host was very accommodating. Best place we have stayed at yet. Nice quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed plus some. Pool was closed for this time of year but it was perfect. HIGHLY recommend

Property was clean and well equipped. There was a problem with water pressure in the guest shower and problems using the keypad to open the front door. The keypad likely should be replaced.

Family Fourth Fun

We enjoyed our stay at the highland house. The house was as advertised and mid island so just a quick drive to beach , shopping and restaurants. Other reviewers mentioned bare minimum on toiletries and kitchen supplies so I knew ahead of time to bring extra toiletries and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathrooms was great and the bathroom towels were of high quality, plush and super soft. The backyard is really pretty ,fenced in, well manicured and relaxing to hang out on the patio. The house was well kept and clean. The only negative I had and why I can only give 3 stars for cleanliness because we killed 2 roaches in the dining room living room area so it needs to be sprayed for bugs. I don’t like bugs and seeing one let alone 2 roaches is too many for me. Overall it’s a great well kept house.

Highland House Getaway

The house was immaculate, convenient to stores, and a short drive to beach. The house was updated in the kitchen, both bathrooms and laundry room. Huge and private back yard. My friends and I agreed we would rent again.

Another Great Saint Simons Getaway

We love Saint Simons Island and have returned for our annual family vacation for nearly 15 years. This property enhanced our 2023 getaway. The management company and VRBO made finding this property, check in and check out seamless. The management company was very responsive to our every need. The home was spotless, just as advertised. There were even a few extras we did not anticipate, like real ground coffee for our first few mornings, very nice dish-ware (Royal Daulton), well over a hundred DVD’s and much more. Plenty of sheets and comforters for the comfy beds, plenty of towels and face cloths. Each room is tastefully decorated. Lots of hot water and great water pressure for our after beach day showers. We were well pleased. Thank you!

Restful retreat.

This house is everything it said it would be! The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you'll need for a stay filled with peace and relaxation! It was a great location to island hop between Saint Simons and Jekyll. The house is close to restaurants and shopping, including a grocery store that's not even five minutes away. Just what we needed and definitely would rebook this house again!!

Relaxing getaway

We loved our stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, as we did some cooking as well as eating out. Everything was comfortable, but we especially enjoyed eating meals at the table on the back patio and reading in the light-filled living room. The property management team was very helpful and prompt in responding to our questions. The location was perfect for easily accessing the beach, Pier Village, and the shops at Redfern Village. We had a wonderful time!

Spring Break

The house suited our needs very well. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the large refrigerator with the ice maker, the new washer and dryer, and the beautiful large walk-in shower in the main bedroom suite. Our vacation was very enjoyable!

House was clean and had everything we needed. Also was in a great area.

The only issue we had was our things being moved when we were out of the house. I would had preferred if the owner was going to be at the house during our stay that they would have texted or called first.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house

The house was immaculate. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms with plush towels and shampoo, conditioner dispensers. The house was cozy and nicely decorated. We had access to the full house and back yard. The bonus TV room has surround sound and an extensive collection of DVD's. Great location close to restaurants, shops and the beach. It was nice to be able to hose off sand with the garden hose set up by the front door. Would highly recommend

Fantastic Higland House

This is a well decorated home and great location. Only a few minutes ride to the beach, Lighthouse, groocery store and restaurants. The Kitchen was very well equipped. Only needs tall 16-20 oz glasses. We loved the blue color coordination throughout the house. Lots of extra linen. And we were blown away by the huge first aid kit in the master bathroom area. Wow!! It actually came in handy for a cut. The internet was spotty and the TV cable did not work in the main area. The realtor attempted to fix it throughout our stay but was unable to get it. The den was a life saver. We would highly recommend this home and would stay there again if in the area.
