Welcome to the Treetop Cottage. Located on a quiet dead end street this one bedroom one bath with pullout queen sofa bed sleeps 3 comfortably. The property is above a two car garage at the back of our property. Most of our guests have named the cottage "Treetop Cottage". There is even a duck pond at the end of the street about 130 yards from the cottage. The Cottage offers a fully stocked kitchen with both a pod and regular drip coffee maker. The bedroom has a king bed with a very comfortable mattress. We use high end luxury linens to make your stay special. There is a smart 4k HD TV in the living room and bedroom. The master bath is special, designed after the Cloister Spa on Sea Island. Your daily shower will be the best. There is a washer and dryer available in the back of the garage where we also keep the beach chairs and boogie boards and other kids beach toys. We also provide beach towels as well. There are two parking spots for the Cottage. On the front of the property is a five bedroom 3 bath house that is also a vacation rental. VRBO property #4757544. It sleeps 9 so if you have a large family you can rent both to accommodate 12 family members. The location is awesome as it is the closest vaca rental to Sea Island. If you are attending a wedding or special event on Sea Island you will definitely want to stay here. It is also a stones throw from Sea Palms golf course and about a short four mile drive to the beach and pier/lighthouse areas. You will be glad you tried the Treetop Cottage. We try to be pet friendly by allowing one dog per stay that weighs less than 15 lbs and we have to pre approve it and the pet fee must be paid. We do not allow service animals. We have owned and managed this property for going on 14 years now and have over 275 five star review and it is rated exceptional 10/10. We work extremely hard to insure that you have the best stay possible. Check in is a breeze as we use coded door locks and the property is well lit at night.
