Cómoda y práctica casa de un solo nivel ubicada justo en la ciudad. Convenientemente ubicado: a pie de la playa, el paseo marítimo, restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento, todo está cerca. Cinco dormitorios y tres baños, además de una ducha al aire libre. La casa duerme 10-12.

Amplia sala de estar con muebles nuevos, gran porche con muchos asientos y comedor adicional. Amplia y luminosa cocina abierta con dos comedores.

Suite principal de gran tamaño con baño grande con bañera de hidromasaje.

Family beach vacation. We loved the house. It was clean, quiet and gave us access to the beach and restaurants. The screened in porch was wonderful.

Great home for our annual family vacation!

The outside of the house is very deceiving!! Once inside, we realized how spacious, bright and clean it was. The entire family had adequate space for sleeping, eating and relaxing.

Fantastic house for 6 adults and 4 youngsters. Fully stocked with everything we needed, great walking location to beach, boards and Rehoboth Ave. House is well appointed and clean, adequate off street parking, large screened in front porch for dining and late night hang. Will rent again.

New Memories

This was the first extended family vaca. 3 generations, in-laws, aunts, uncle, grandkids, grandmas, etc. This house was perfect, exactly as pictured, with space for everyone.The kitchen was well stocked, including microwave, multiple coffee makers, toaster, pots, pans, and (very important) enough wine glasses for everyone.Front porch was spacious and a favorite gathering spot.About 3 days before we got there, Michael sent a text with all info about bed sizes - 4 queens and bunk bed. Top bunk is twin and bottom is full. You have to bring sheets and towels. I needed 2 more sheet sets so I rented. There are many in the area, I used Coastal Beach rentals. Sheets were there when we arrived and just put them on the porch when leaving for pick-up. Key is in a lockbox near outdoor shower, so we just left it there and gave everyone the code, so people could come and go as they pleased.The beach is about a 10 min. walk but very doable.

Spacious and Walkable Stay with Minor Issues

Overall a great place to stay with a large group. Very walkable and the host was communicative over text. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and the house was tidy and as pictured. However, the cleanup instructions made us a bit concerned that the bed comforters aren't washed between groups and some in the group experienced uncomfortable and/or extremely creaky beds. One of the showers did not drain well as the the first night.

Wonderful!

The space is much bigger than the pictures show! We enjoyed an extended weekend with 11 of us, everyone had a bed to sleep on.

Terrific cottage

We are a group of friends who’ve been friends for more than 40 years and we attended women’s fest for the first time. This cottage is located in a terrific location close to everything that we wanted to do. The house itself was clean and comfortable and very welcoming during our stay, one of the party Was ill and had to go to the hospital for a few days. Luckily nobody was booked in this VRBO for the next couple of days and Michael was wonderful in arranging for us to be able to stay a few more days rather than having to scramble to find a hotel or something else during this prices. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rehoboth Beach

Convenient Location

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is conveniently located near downtown and the boardwalk, but is still a quiet area. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including a pie dish!).

Lots of room

Lots of room and various spaces allowed for privacy and group activities. Hal a mile from the beach…. A ten or fifteen minute walk or 5 min bike ride…. Great for arising early and walking to the beach to enjoy the sunrise. Nice enclosed porch to relax outside protected from bugs and weather

Excellent location, great for families

Great stay! Lots and lots of space. Kitchen area is huge!! Screened front porch is lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk. Beach and boardwalk and shopping all an easy short walk, even with kiddos in tow. Lots and lots of restaurants to choose from. The only minor complaint is the mattresses are on the soft side so some of our backs were protesting. Otherwise a truly incredible time. For what it’s worth everyone in our party agreed it was superior to our rental last year and should be a repeat.

Great stay in Rehoboth!

A lovely (older) home with a great location - the home has plenty of space and we especially loved the front porch. Though the lay out is a little non-traditional, it gave a nice sleeping separation between those with young children and those who wanted to sleep in. It is only a few short blocks to Rehoboth Ave and 3 long blocks to the beach. Very walkable! The kitchen was better equipped than we expected (based on other rentals we have stayed at). Appreciated the ample space around the dining table too! All in all, a very comfortable home. Communication with the property manager through the VRBO platform was a bit slow - when we communicated via text, he was very responsive.

Great location, perfect size home.

The property met our needs for a multi-family stay with adults and teens. The house was spacious and had tons of room for everyone. The screened in porch at night was my favorite spot to relax. The 3-block walk to the beach was a lot to hull all of our stuff but renting a beach wagon fixed that for us. We rented our linen and bath towels through a service that delivered to us, which was perfect. Can’t wait to return.

Highly recommend!

We booked this house for girls weekend. We typically go to the shore in New Jersey but wanted to try the DE beaches. Our group was not familiar with the area but the house location was perfect! Short walk to the beach, Starbucks, shops and the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach. Parking was great thanks to the driveway spots and parking permits that came with the house. The house is great for hanging out all together at the large dining table or in the living room (or even the humongous master bedroom). The house offered plenty of privacy with the bedrooms and how they are laid out. We didn’t feel like we were crowded in or on top of eachother and the 3 bathrooms were great while we were all trying to shower and get ready at the same time. Collectively, our favorite part was the screened in porch with a table and porch swing! Michael was a great host and we all agreed that we’d come back to the house again and again!

Its a great house within walking distance of the beach.

The house was spacious and comfortable. However, there is basically no yard for kids to play. The weather was hot and the house was comfortably cool. We brought a little kiddie pool with us but there was limited space to put it and there was not a hose to fill it so that was challenging. Lots of things to do for kids. We had a great time. Overall, a great experience.
