Servicio de playa gratuito (2 sillas y 1 sombrilla) durante la temporada.

Actualizado con un magnífico tema de playa, comenzará a relajarse y disfrutar de la playa en el momento en que ponga un pie en Crystal View # 303. El gran balcón envolvente lo invitará a salir a través de ventanas y puertas corredizas de vidrio extra grandes. El balcón es accesible desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Disfrute del aire salado y de las vistas de la playa a pocos pasos.

Dentro del condominio podrá disfrutar de muebles actualizados y electrónica en todo. Con tres habitaciones tendrá espacio para alojar cómodamente hasta 8 personas. Cocinar comidas, grandes o pequeñas, es muy fácil en la cocina totalmente equipada. El plano de planta abierto te permitirá pasar tiempo juntos como grupo, ya sea que estés preparando las comidas en la cocina o descansando en la sala de estar.

Cuando esté listo para salir, encontrará el acceso a la playa a solo unos pasos. Su estadía incluye el servicio de playa de cortesía durante la temporada para que pueda dejar las sillas y una preocupación más detrás de saber que su configuración de playa está a cargo. Dentro del complejo Crystal View, disfrutarás de una piscina comunitaria y parrillas de barbacoa comunitarias.

Great place for a larger family or group vacation.

This was the perfect spot to be close to the beach (private access so it was never crowded), restaurants and shopping, and be at home away from home. We loved our stay and definitely want to go back.

Family Vacation

We had an enjoyable time making memories in this condo! It is right across the street from the beach and the private beach access is definitely worth it! It was beautiful decorated and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Spacious condo, loved the view of the Ocean. Could have been a little cleaner. Shower was dirty in two room. Baseboards dirty. Furniture needs to be cleaned.

Beautiful Place!

This place worked out very well for our family. Large area for the family to hang out and the location is wonderful - beach right across the street and just down the way from Pompano Joe's. Other families in the same place, so nice and quiet at night. The bedrooms and bathroom also very nice - well kept place. I would definitely recommend it to another family or group of friends. A "home" that you look forward to coming back to at the end of each day.

Our beach vacation

The weather was awesome! We have stayed at Avalon Estates more than 6 times, over the years. The one Big thing that needs improvement is the elevator and stairwells. The stairwells are disgusting. They need pressure washing and repairs/ painting. The elevator is ancient and stinks really bad.

First time in this unit but have stayed in this complex before. The unit was very , spacious nice view however it was not as clean as I would have liked.

Nice condo, No sunset view

Really nice condo. Large and well furnished. Very easy beach access across the street. One disappointment was part of the building blocking any view of sunsets from the balcony or condo. Also, the pool is heated only starting in March. It was unusable. If you go after dark, it is impossible to see the small lettering on the sign which has no lighting on it.

Beautiful, Spacious Condo

This condo is very well appointed and very spacious! We’ve stayed at Crystal View (different units) several times over 17 years and this unit is one of the best. Some things out of the owner’s control that will probably prevent us from staying here again...the property is right beside the public beach access. Even though there is deeded access with a gate for Crystal View, people come from the public beach and take over the Crystal View private beach area. There are umbrella/chair set ups paid for by renters of Crystal View that are regularly used by public beach goers. The umbrella rental company does not try very hard to keep them away. Additionally, the gate has no lock and code anymore, so public beach goers use it like it’s public access. VERY irritating to try getting off the beach with a storm rolling in and a group of 20 are using the rinse off at your private access, then you watch them walk to the public parking while you quickly rinse off as the rain is pelting you!

Some Problems

The floor was sandy when we got there. The master bedrooms sheets had not been changed bc the sheets were sandy!!!!! The sliding glass door would not lock. The decor was great and a good floor plan with a lovely balcony.

This place was as gorgeous as the pictures. The views were stunning. We were so close to walk over to the private beach area where our chairs and umbrellas were set up. The pool was the perfect size. Absolutely loved every minute of staying here. Can't wait to come back. It was perfect!!

Amazing Property with THE BEST Owners! 5☆

First and foremost, the condo is gorgeous, the location is great, and the property owners are amazing. Very friendly, very accommodating, and by far the easiest I've ever worked with. Shortly before check-in, I received a call from Rebecca (the property owner) to inform us of a small hiccup at the condo, something that was completely out of her control yet she and her husband went above and far beyond to ensure that the issue was handled and that we were -very- well taken care of. In all of my travels, I've never had a homeowner work so hard to accommodate myself, my friends, or my family. Do not hesitate to rent this property, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful spacious condo right at the beach was perfect for our family of 7!

We were so happy when we arrived to find that this condo looked just like the listing photos and was exactly as described. Directly across from beach with private beach access. Beautiful view of the ocean. It had everything we needed. We got married on the beach right close to Pompano Joe’s and it was so nice being in walking distance. We spent most of our time there at the beach so we loved being so close and able to quickly run home for meals. Everything we needed was very close so we were able to easily plan meals and grocery shop, souvenir shop, relax and have fun. Cannot wait to come back! Only one issue we encountered during our stay. We chose this exact property (Crystal View #303) for many specific reasons and one of them was because of the COMPLIMENTARY beach service for 2. Being new to the area and to beach vacations in general, I didn’t understand how beach service worked. Before we headed out to the beach I contacted Southern Vacation Rentals via my online guest portal to inquire about how to get the beach service. I didn’t get a response right away but we headed down to the beach anyway. All of the Holiday Isle beach service spots were taken. Then I got a response (first a text message then a phone call) from Southern Vacation Rentals insisting that we did NOT get complimentary beach service with our rental. I was adamant because like I said, I KNOW we chose a condo with complimentary beach service. And it clearly said so in my guest portal. So I was upset... Moments later the Holiday Isle beach service guy comes by to check on things, we speak to him and tell him our dilemma, our unit number and name. He confirms that we DO have complimentary beach service. He proceeds to “boot” some other folks out of the beach chairs and umbrella that belonged to us. He was very helpful and saved the day. In the end we got our beach service each day and had a wonderful time on the beach. My only complaint is the apparent disconnect between that service and Southern. I’m not sure how those arrangements work but I hope they can work on it. Nothing angers a vacationer quicker than being told they’re not entitled to a service that they KNOW they’ve purchased.
