Grandes (aproximadamente 900 pies cuadrados) gran sala / área de cocina con capacidad para 18 sin sillas adicionales. Casa de casi 2500 pies cuadrados.

2 terrazas frente al mar con muebles, bañera de hidromasaje y hamaca, una abierta / otra cubierta, y balcón con vista de sonido y sillas. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina Calphalon y acero inoxidable.

Esta casa fue construida en 1998 y completamente remodelada en 2007. Zona de A / C y ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. 40 'TV en gran sala (1 de 3 televisores en casa).
Gran pesca en Surf and Sound. 6 campos de golf cerca.

BEST VIEW

We absolutely loved this home. The deck and the closeness to the beach just cannot be beat. If you’re a beach lover this is the place for you. Also the elevator comes in clutch. Never know how much you need one but we’re so glad it was there. Plenty of room for the 3 families we had there. The kitchen is very well stocked and big enough to maneuver around in. We loved our first time staying in Topsail and hope to come back next year!

Our family stayed at this property from 3/26/2018 to 4/6/2018. This was our first experience renting a house for a family vacation. We were very impressed with our experience. Everyone who came to visit us were also impressed. It was clean and so well stocked. We cooked almost all our meals there and never needed extra dishes or cooking utensils & pans. The beach was beautiful and the access was easy. Our granddaughters loved finding seashells. Mario was very helpful and most accommodating. We would rent this property again.

Great relaxing week

Very nice house. Great access to the beach. This part of NTB has many less houses than most of it and thus a very quiet beach. Mario is was very prompt with answers to our questions and he and his wife delivered fresh baked goods to us throughout the week which were great. Would definitely stay again.

Because of a spiral staircase to the top floor I was unable to get up to that floor.

The heating system does not extend to the lower floor bedrooms, so they were very cold. No thermostats on that floor. The advertising for this property should make it clear that bed linen and bath towels are NOT provided -we arrived with none and therefore had an uncomfortable first night and had to scramble to get things the next day. The owner seemed to be a nice person.

The house was dirty

We also did not realize the owners were living right next door. They were very nice people but they kept coming over. The pictures on the website were misleading in that we were under the impression we had the entire property to ourselves. I would not rent there again. We had to wipe down the bathrooms and all of the doors when we got there because it was dirty. I have rented on Topsail several times and always went through a realty. I would not rent VRBO again.

Wonderful Stay

Came with some friends to hang together. The home was wonderful to spend time in after a day out or at the beach. We all had our own space and the common area has enough seating for all. Mario and his wife are incredibly kind.

Incredible Family Celebration

We had a wonderful time all week. The only drawback was the lack of specificity about this rental as a duplex. We didn't realize it was a duplex until we arrived at the property. It was still a wonderful stay. The property owners were wonderful people.

Spring Break 2021

This one was of our best vacations ever at North Topsail. We have been coming for many years and actually own a camper and lot a walk away from this ocean front house . We wanted something with room and space for our family of 5 with two teenagers and 1 toddler . The house is very spacious and our kids loved having their own space !! We actually got to meet the owners and enjoyed conversations and the great food they would bring for us to sample . Any issues that came up the owners were quick to respond and help . Really Lovely people 🙌🏼. Would defiantly want to come back !

Great Christmas vacation.

My son in law, who has stayed in more beach house, than we have, thought the house was excellent, and I did too. It's large enough and laid out well enough that an older couple and their children and two grandchildren can have lots of privacy when it's needed. The house is well equipped with any kitchen tool you could possibly need in the large kitchen. It was comfortably and pleasingly furnished as well and clean. Additionally, the hot tub was a wonderful thing to have with two little boys, especially since they couldn't go in the ocean. They used it every day. There was more than adequate parking for our two cars. We'd rent this house again, and my son in law is recommending it to his parents. We'd would also rent this house again - in any season - that elevator was a real plus for me! If you want a family beach without all the strip mall stuff and giant hotels, but with close by grocery stores, seafood markets, etc, North Topsail is your beach.

Beautiful oceanfront location

The location of the house and it’s floor plan served our family very well. Beautiful beachfront location and view located on the less-busy north end of the island. Social-distancing on the beach was no problem at all. If you choose to rent linens, I highly recommend Sweet Dreams Linens and Rentals where the property owner has a package.

North Topsail Island Times, the perfect beach location

Choose this beach home if you are looking for outstanding oceanfront views with a central location to everything "beach". Two decks for lounging and a direct access walkway makes it easy to meander down to the beach. Each day was different with its own beauty. So nice to call this "home" for the week. The kitchen is very large and very well equipped. The open concept of living room, dining room and kitchen gave plenty of room for our activities. During our week, we visited the fishing pier, our grandsons first ocean fishing experience. But the big draw is the beach, beach walks, picture taking, building sandcastles, dolphin and bird watching, relaxing and taking in nature at its best and enjoying family time. You will find all of these at North Topsail Island and especially at this beautiful home. So very glad we were able to be here.

Wonderful family Thanksgiving!!

Rented this so all my children and grandchildren could gather in one place and we LOVED it! The views are spectacular, and the kitchen was the most well stocked I've ever seen. We made Thanksgiving dinner for 24 and had every pan and tool we needed. The elevator was a great help in unloading the car and for some stair challenged elders who came to Thanksgiving. The owner is very responsive and was a great help in arranging linen rental when the first company never responded. Would definitely recommend this, especially for a large group. We had lots of YOUNG children, so the stairs were scary at first, but there were baby gaits, and all went well.
