amazing spot

this was the perfect location and apartment for our trip! The VRBO was beautiful and the accommodations where incredible. It was walking distance to some local bars and restaurants and a quick uber to downtown. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone looking.

Great house. Filthy pool.

This rental charges premium nightly fees because they advertise a heated pool. This pool is not heated and was absolutely filthy our entire stay. We reached out 3 different times asking for it to be vacuumed and we’re told it would be taken care of. Never happened. Bottom line the house was beautiful but if you’re thinking about renting here because of the pool, don’t. There are many other houses more reasonably priced. Pool was NOT usable and this is not the only review that mentions this exact issue. It’s a shame because the house itself was beautiful.

Great House

I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with 7 of my girlfriends and the house was perfect. Plenty of room, very clean and in a great part of town. You’re pretty much a 10-15 minute Uber ride from all the hotspots in Nashville but also close to fun restaurants and coffee shops in east Nashville. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Birthday Getaway

This property is within walking distance to many bars/restaurants and quick instacart delivery for any forgotten items (within 30 mins delivery!) It was a short Uber drive to downtown to Broadway. We had 10 in our group - and had more than enough room for all of us. The house is absolutely gorgeous, add in a heated pool, washer and dryer, and dishwasher - it was perfect. We felt extremely safe walking around at night time and would recommend this house to our friends and family.

Amazing place

This is a beautiful, comfortable house with lots of great spaces. Top of the line and luxurious details. Everything is spotless! The pool is so relaxing with warm water, beds are very comfortable and has an amazing kitchen. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet place close to downtown but also wants to spend some time in a little heaven.

Amazing house and Awesome location!

The house was extremely nice. Neighborhood was safe and conveniently located to nearby amenities. I would love to come back again, especially when the pool is ready! I honestly was not expecting to stay in such a fancy house but it was definitely represented well in the pictures online.

Amazing house.

Celebrated our daughter's 30th birthday. House was very nice and amazing finishes. The neighborhood was great and was in walking distance of fun shops and restaurants. Short drive to downtown so could enjoy the craziness of Broadway or come back to the neighborhood and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere.

Nashville Getaway

Great Location 5 min from the Gulch 5-10 min to Music Row. Ubers & Lift we’re very good and DoorDash delivered to the house. The Property is Beautiful and slept our Friends and Family great. The only problem was the Pool had not been cleaned and the Jets were not working. Property Manager said someone would be by to look but no one showed up, so we were never able to use the Pool. Other than that the weekend was amazing.

Perfect stay in Nashville

The location was perfect- lots of on street parking and close to downtown. The place was immaculate and perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed the pool on the hot days. Thank you!!

Not set up as a vacation rental and OVERPRICED!!!

So let me start b y saying that this house is beautifully decorated and is exactly like the pictures. But it is in my opinion not set up as a rental. We rented this house 100% for a meet up with friends during Covid and we wanted a pool. That part was great. Everything else was problematic. When we arrived, there were no basic instructions re: wifi, tv use, A/C use - basic information that you need to come into a rental home. We had to contact the property manager to come the next day to work though problems with cable and A/C. We were met with a negative attitude and BTW no mask when she entered the home. The kitchen is NOT stocked in the way that most rental properties are. The plates and silverware were bulky and heavy and not great for use. I will say this rental feels like someone moved out and just rented their property without any thought about what short term needs would be. I will also note that when I checked out, the owner never processed my security deposit. It took him 4 weeks to initiate my $500 refund only after I made the inquiry. All in all, if you are looking for a property that is HDTV decorated - then this is for you. But if you want a place that will allow you to relax, cook, and entertain - I would consider another location.

Amazing House

This house was absolutely beautiful, the photos are great but still don't do it justice. The property owner put a lot of thought and detail in to decorating this home. Its very warm and comfortable and great for entertaining. It's location is walking distance from bars, and just a quick uber to downtown. The pool was absolutely our favorite part. This would be our go to spot, for every trip we make to Nashville.

Phenomenal Stay

I can't say enough about how nice of a home this is and how much we enjoyed staying. We had four adults and four kids and had plenty of space. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of towels and supplies. The home is located within walking distance of anything you need, including plenty of restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and other shopping. We all enjoyed the pool and the entertainment spaces in the house. If we come back to Nashville this will be the first place I check for available openings. The one question we had was answered very quickly. 5 stars across the board.

Great house & Great location!

Super fun house and very well maintained. We loved the pool and arcade game! We received a ton a great restaurant recommendations from the owner. The Grilled Cheeserie and Five Points Pizza were the best! Thanks DeRon and Shelly for the hospitality. We look forward to another stay there in the future.
