Watch the Nashville skyline come to life in our beautiful modern home. Our home sits in the center of the action; Music Row, Edgehill, The Gulch-Downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt, live listening rooms, amazing restaurants and more. Walk to the many restaurants, shops and fun murals in the Gulch. A five minute drive to lower Broadway Honky-Tonks, Bridgestone arena, Music City Center, concerts, museums, sporting events and more.

Arrive in this upscale, downtown urban community perched high enough to offer city views and beautiful sunsets. These views are visible from the balconies on the main living floor, the master bedroom, and from the spacious rooftop deck. Our home offers lots of sleeping options to accommodate 12 guests. The ground floor has a private attached two car garage, entry hall, Private Queen Suite with a full en suite bath. Up one floor and you have a modern open living space with a bright kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, stone counters, island with bar stool seating for four, banquette dining seating for six, main living area with plenty of seating, T.V., WiFi, and balcony with Nashville Skyline views. Also on this level you will find the “Tape Deck” bunk room with 4 beds and a half bath. Guests who bunk in this room, choose your deck! And of course there is an old school tape deck to enjoy. The next level up offers two more bedrooms; “The Dream” king suite has a cool southwest vibe with a TV, and full en suite bath. The Master Suite includes a king bed, queen convertible chaise, T.V., beautiful large en suite master bath with dressing closet, and of course a balcony with those gorgeous views.

Next floor up you have the ROOFTOP DECK! Sweeping skyline views in front of you, park views behind you. *Note * There are 3 levels up. The higher up, the more breathtaking the view. There are seating and outdoor dining options. Lounge near the outdoor fireplace for the cooler evenings. On those cool evenings grab a cozy throw from the basket at the bottom of the stairs.

You will find extra's here that you will not find in other homes. These are the things we like when we travel. Such as, umbrellas for the rainy days. Yoga mats for your morning flow. Box fans for white noise in addition to white noise machines in each bedroom for the light sleepers. Cozy robes to slip into after your shower. Nashville is a place like no other. Enjoy it in spacious luxury while you explore everything our vibrant city has to offer. Locally owned and managed. No big management company headaches. Personal attention to each and every guest. This vrbo was a wonderful find. Host was very responsive. Being located just outside of downtown was very convenient. Downtown or south nashville both within 30-40min walking distance. Would recommend!

Tucked away gem in the Gulch area

Great accessibility. Nicely housed 2 adults and 4 teenagers (14-17). There is one first floor bedroom (that is well-used); otherwise, be prepared to access the rooms on the higher floors. Nice division between kids and adults.

Top spot in Nashville

Perfect location to everything you want to see in a weekend in Nashville. House was clean, comfortable and had the extra touches of luxury linens. Home was perfect for our large family. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

Great place for a Vanderbilt family weekend!!

This house is wonderful! Kathy is attentive and has so many amazing touches that can potentially save the weekend (and your wallet). From hair turbans and curling irons to yoga mats and sweet welcome signs, this place is wonderful. And then there's the roof deck! It's a little slice of heaven after walking around all day! The location to the Gulch, Edgehill and Vanderbilt makes just about everything you want convenient! We'll be back! Thank you Kathy!!

Amazing Place

We were very impressed by this property. It was very clean and well put together. Our host was easy to work with and did a fabulous job. I would 100% recommend this place to stay and come back in the future!

Fantastic Location-perfect for a large group

We loved that we could walk to most places or catch a short uber ride! I chose the house b/c of of others that mentioned the extra little touches. The white noise was a must!!! When others were on the rooftops late night we heard nothing!! Loved the robes too! The rooftop was our favorite place to hang out.. what a view!

Perfect stay!

Beautiful spacious condo! Great area and convenient to everything. Super clean and comfortable. Our family had a great time, really enjoyed the roof-top patio and fire pit with amazing views. Kathy was a great host and we look forward to staying again next time in Nashville.

Birthdays in Nashville

We loved staying at Kathy’s Vrbo! Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the space was very clean! The rooftop had a GREAT view of the city, highly recommended sitting up there at night. The Dolly Parton theme was a fun addition to take pictures with. We were able to walk to the Gulch and it was a short Uber to broadway.

Wedding Weekend

The townhouse couldn’t be more accommodating. Everything the owner said about the unit was accurate. We lacked for nothing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And talk about convenient - walking distance to restaurants, hotels, and shopping. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again when we plan our next Nashville trip.

Exactly as pictured!!

Place was wonderful for our party of 12. Bring air mattresses if you want to spread out a little. Tons of amenities, towels, extra sheets and pillows. Robes in bathrooms, kitchen supplies. Great views of city from family room and even better from the rooftop! Nice to have lots of options to hang when not barhopping. Close to Broadway. Walkable but Lyft/Uber around $10-20 depending on size. Great communication with owner! Would definitely come back and stay again!!

Stunning home!!!

This property is stunning!!! The location is amazing. Out of the fray, but close enough to everything to walk if you want. The furnishings are beautiful and upscale, yet very comfortable (as were all of the beds). The extra touches from the bathrobes to the face masks were so appreciated. We LOVED the rooftop deck with the fire pit and so enjoyed the views and we also loved the Dolly/Nashville decor. With the 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths along with the open concept on the main floor, our group of 10 had plenty of room! I highly, highly recommend this beautiful home to help create wonderful Nashville memories!!!

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful and convenience. The location was perfect. It is less than 10 minutes ride to downtown and the Gulch area. We had a great time chilling at the rooftop. It was a perfect place to stay for our moms get away weekend.

What a great spot!

What a great spot to have a friend reunion and celebrate! Kathy, was amazing to work with- attentive, friendly, and gave good recommendations for food and activities. We were also able to have an early check-in, store our luggage, and late check-out (last-minute request) which we were so thankful for!. The location is great about a 5-10min Uber ride to Broadway and easy to snag them. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were even yoga mats we were able to use! The roof deck/views were amazing! Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Awesome Place!!

This place was great! The host was extremely communicative and the home was in pristine condition. The roof top was great for hanging out and taking pictures. Everywhere we went was walkable or a short uber ride away. Would definitely recommend!

We hope you enjoy and love this place as much as we do. We offer you a personal touch as we manage and own only this one home.
