Esta artística villa italiana recientemente renovada está llena de encanto del viejo mundo y se encuentra cerca de las magníficas tierras de los cañones rojos del sur de Utah. Tu escapada toscana te espera en el complejo más grande de Villa que puede alojar cómodamente de 12 a 13 personas. Tenemos un paquete y jugamos si tiene un bebé o un niño pequeño. Comfortable home with 3 bedrooms as represented. Owner was easy to contact. The condo available ammenities were also thoroughly enjoyed. Made visiting the Zion park area fun and enjoyable. I would stay there again.

Perfect Micro-Wedding Location

This property saved my wedding ! Last minute I booked a stay here for my elopement in Utah - a different rental property from a different app that we initially booked considered a photographer and makeup artist visiting as an “event” (ridiculous - but planning brides be aware!) I saw this gorgeous property and it was available for the dates I needed. Perfect. The villa reminded my family of Portugal and Spain which we visit frequently. The bedrooms were clean and amenities were so much fun. Easy access to the pool, basketball, and tennis. We mostly lived at the pool. The master bedroom had a spacious bathroom that was perfect to get ready for the ceremony at Zion. The host was fine with visitors and super communicative. My husband and I even did our first look photos nearby. Very clean and lovely - thank you so much VeLeah!

Welcoming and Cozy Villa

MY FAMILY AND I LOVED THE VILLA!! It was incredibly welcoming and cozy, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay and Christmas vacation. Absolutely Perfect in Every Way

This villa has been decorated with love, care, and attention to detail. It truly is amazing. It has comfortable couches and beds! The patio is wonderful. Communication is top notch. This is our favorite VRBO. The entire complex is exceptional.

Fabulous villa close to everything!!!

We stayed at a villa in the same complex last year but it was not close to the exceptional interior and perfect location as this Villa, and this Villa offered direct contact with our host! The beds are so comfortable with padded tops and the best sheets and pillows are ever! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! She even had a vita mix blender!! Every spice and extras that you will not find in another rental !! Every bathroom had shampoo and cream rinse custom containers. Beautiful linens and towels !! Our host even left us Truffles!! We were so spoiled !! This Villa is close to everything!! Oh.. and a resort heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball. And a very well equipped gym!! Leah pointed out all the great restaurants and things to do. She is the best VRBO host I have ever rented from !! If you want luxury and cleanliness, this is the best unit. Period! Family trip to Zion

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and felt like home. We were traveling with our 4 teenagers and they had the best time at the pool and playing tennis! We will definitely consider staying here next spring when we visit the area again.

Overall a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed in all areas of the house. The gym and pool were a nice bonus! Host was VERY responsive and pleasant! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic host

Our stay was great! The welcome treats were such a nice touch. We visited Zion each day we stayed, and just a heads up, although the address is in Hurricane, it is on the outskirts and so a little farther to Zion than expected. It was still an easy and scenic ride to Zion. Hopefully management purchases some additional furniture for by the pool, that was the only downfall. Overall, we’d stay again and would recommend this place!

Work & play weekend in Hurricane

We primarily were just looking for a decent place to stay for a work event in the area and booked the property as it fit our needs for number of beds and price. Once we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations and the amenities. Everything was on hand for cooking breakfasts and dinners plus is was comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Tuscan Sun.

Wonderful Property

Clean updated and comfortable. Great amenities. Host was fabulous, she had so many finishing touches...welcome treats sparkling juice and chocolates, robes to wear, complimentary coffee, tea and fruit. She always responds immediately and politely. The Property was drivable to many state parks as well as Zion national park. I highly recommend.

Family vacation

The property owner was very friendly and responsive. The unit had too much stuff in it. The kitchen counters were filled with nick nacks to the extent that they were hard to use. It felt too cluttered with personal items for a rental unit. Because of this, we wouldn’t rent again.

Absolute Perfection

Absolute perfection best describes this home and the communication we received from the owner. From the moment we stepped into the home we felt the cleanliness, organization and upgrades in the home were far superior than other VRBO’s we have stayed at during our extended trip. I am tough to please but was blown away! My wife is a staging professional in real estate and was impressed as well. The home had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay! Parking is a breeze with both outside and covered parking and the amenities were plentiful as well with tennis, basketball, gym, pool, etc. 5 stars for sure!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

We bought this property because we love the canyon lands of southern Utah. The red rocks and weather are absolutely fabulous.

Our property is the closest property to the pool and clubhouse. We have spent money rehabbing and furnishing our villa. We believe it to be one of the nicest units in the resort.
