This house is the perfect escape for your family or group. It is centrally located and is a great hub for all your southwest adventures!
* 25 minutes to Zion National Park.
*We allow pets for an extra fee. Please select that you’re bringing a pet when you book. Rules apply.
* Private pool (pool heater is available by advanced request for an extra fee, it is not needed in the summer months. Please inquire).
* 8 Person hot tub.
* Sleeps 10 people.
* 2 Smart TV's with basic cable (sign on to your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime etc)
* 300 Mbps Wifi.
* Fully equipped kitchen with tons of cooking necessities.

Wonderful place to stay for our family of five. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One of the best-equipped kitchens of any VRBO we've rented. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing after a long day at Zion, which was less than 30 minutes away. We also visited Bryce Canyon while we were in the area, which was just over 2 hours away. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend this rental!

The home was as advertised and the yard, pool and hot tub were great after long days at Zion and Bryce. Hannah was available for all our needs and immediately responded to our messages when we needed anything. Her customer service was outstanding!The house was private and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay and so did our dogs!

Hannah was so attentive and helpful! She is a ray of sunshine. This place was beautiful and such a perfect atmosphere for a family. We were there for a weekend wedding and it was so comfortable and had everything we needed! We loved the pool for downtime and the games in the garage were so much fun! Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this home! We needed a little help with the waterslide, and the owner was there within 10–15 minutes—fantastic customer service! Our children absolutely loved the pool and slide, and the popsicles were such a thoughtful touch.The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. It was clear a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. The game room in the garage and the toy chest were huge hits with our children and gave them plenty to do when they weren't swimming.The location was also perfect - very close to Zion, the Adventures shop for the Narrows boot rental, Zion Canyon Hot Springs, and just a short 2hr 15 min drive from Bryce Canyon. Our children summed it up best: "This is the best VRBO ever!" We made wonderful family memories and would happily stay here again.

Great location to launch adventures to Zion and surrounding areas from. The pool, hot tub and "game room" really made the property special. Only 30 minutes to Park entrance but close to lots of great dining options.

I highly recommend this house as a jumping off point for all of your SW Utah adventures. This was a perfect fit for our stay (2 couples) and met all of our needs and the pool and hot tub completely elevate the experience after a hard day of hiking! Communication was excellent and the house was clean and well organized! We would definitely stay here again!!

This home worked so great for our family. The attention to deal was everywhere. Plenty of supplies in all rooms, everything labeled to make life easier. The two living spaces was great as we had more then one family here. Loved all the bathrooms. Just nice for everyone to have their own. The pool area was fantastic. This kids loved the pool and slide, there were wonderful places to sit and many area to eat outside. It was a great outdoor oasis. The garage full of games was so fun. If the kids weren't in the pool, they were in the garage. Having tweens this made the time here so great as they always had plenty of activity to do. Thank you for such a great home! If we are ever this way again, we will be back. Also Hannah was very attentive to our needs.

A great family-friendly stay with quick check-in/out. The pool and hot tub were perfect for both kids and adults, and the large indoor/outdoor dining tables were convenient. The garage games, especially Pac-Man, were a hit with the grandkids. Easy access to Zion was a big plus.

Great property for groups

We had a great stay at Hannah’s property. The house was spacious and clean and the pool was fantastic. We had a large group of 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this property.

I moved from Maryland to Southern Utah in 2009. I just love the beautiful scenic views and all the outdoor activities. I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, canyoneering, and boating (raft and kayak). Sharing the house with visitors gives me joy because I’m excited for more people to know how amazing this part of the world is!

La Verkin is a great hub for lots of day trip options! Easily visit Zion as well as Bryce and Grand Canyon. There are also a few state parks close by. There’s just really so much to do. Great restaurant options right in town and many more in Springdale, Hurricane and St George. The newest highlight for things to do is the Zion Canyon Hot Springs - just a short walk from the house! Fabulous!!
