Villa de Estancia

Trip was wonderful; condo was clean, well decorated and comfortable! Beds were comfy, furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The sunsets off the balcony every night were amazing!!

Always a great stay at VLE

We've stayed at this resort half a dozen times over the years and always enjoy the stay. This unit was perfect for our family; great location in the resort, nicely furnished, and everything needed to feel right at home. The only downside to this visit was the recent addition of a mandatory service charge that is added to all poolside purchases that was explained as a tip to the entire staff. I prefer to tip individual staff for their performance and it was clear from the wait staff and bartenders that they were not in support of this new initiative. Still a great resort but plan for additional fees.

Escape from Winter

We have been to VLE many times and this trip did not disappoint. The unit was very nice with a wonderful sunset view. Some basics were stocked (coffee, filters, hot sauce, sunscreen, laundry soap, etc) which was a great addition. The check in and check out process were smooth and all of the staff helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Best condo we’ve ever rented!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous! It smelled freshly cleaned when we walked in. The condo was stocked with the necessary amenities. The view from the huge balcony is spectacular. I got several nice photos of the sunsets, right from the balcony. Beds are super comfortable. We did not do any cooking, instead walked to town for breakfast and dinner. It is exactly .63 miles from beginning of the paved path across from Flamingos to the edge of Bucerías. The last .18 miles is sand. I used the Walkameter app on my phone every time we walked to town. There are many great places to eat in Bucerias. Loved the resort. Everyone is so friendly, including every staff member we encountered. My husband and I cannot think of a single negative about your condo and the resort. Hope to be able to come back next year to your condo. Thanks for being a great host!

Wish it were kept a secret!

We had a wonderful 6 days at Cindy and Shane’s villa. From top to bottom,this villa is perfect. Location is ideal with no direct sun(heat) and view is amazing. Villa is totally equipped with everything one could need. Owner responds immediately! Hope we can find another week to squeeze in soon! Thank you both!

Our favorite place in Puerto Vallarta

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful setting on the beach. The condo is great. There is plenty of room for everyone in the family, with a great kitchen for when you want to dine in. And sunsets from the balcony are amazing! We hope to be back again next year.

Great place to stay

1402A is a great room here at Villa Estancia you overlook the ocean while you listen to the waves crashing against the beach. We had an issue with construction the first day and contacted Cindy the owner and she took care of the problem immediate. Its great to stay at a place where the landlord cares. We love Villa Estancia.

Perfect family vacay

Cindy and Shane’s unit is quite lovely and has everything one might need. Lovely furnishings and well sticked pantry, comfortable beds! Our air conditioner went out and was taken care of the same day. Estancia is a 5 star facility. Our daughter loved the kids club at Flamingos for her boys. Jim & Karen- Seattle

Quiet luxury in a sunny, beautiful beach setting

Villa 1402 was perfect for family of 5. Very roomy & modern and equipped with everything we needed. Master bed mattress was so comfortable! Condo location on property -- great beach view from spacious balcony on 4th floor. The property never seemed overly crowded despite high season and the staff at pool, beach very professional and hardworking. If not preparing own food, definitely prefer restaurants in Bucerias to limited and pricey selection on site. Our only issue would be with condo resort rules -- if you are renting from owner, you are not allowed to be on "owner" section of beach unless owner present to approve?! And this "owner only" section of the beach was literally empty so not an issue of space. And note, although condo property, upon check-in you are presssured to do membership sales presentation.

Amazing place and location!

We had a fabulous time at Cindy and Shane’s place. We had everything we needed and appreciated how well stocked the place is. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The ocean view is spectacular! We watched ocean sunsets from our balcony most evenings. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Cindy is a wonderful host. I’ll be back at her condo in January, which will be my third stay in the unit.

Vacation paradise

We absolutely love this condo. We've stayed here numerous times. Cindy is great to work with. It was our first time here since they remodeled so that there both bedrooms are connected to the main unit. We love it! The views of the bay and sunsets from the patio can't be beat. We're looking forward to next year!

Beautiful villa, amazing views

We LOVED this villa! It was perfect for us and well appointed. We have 2 small kids so it was really nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the patio after they went to bed. The resort itself was mid range, not a lot of great food choices so I would definitely explore outside of it. Owner was great and very communicative, provided recommendations for nearby restaurants etc which was really nice as it was our first time to the area. HIGHLY recommend this villa!

Fabulous villa

This rental property is great. The owners keep the place in excellent condition. It was exactly as advertised. I was impressed with how quiet the villa was and the property. I fell asleep to only the sound of the waves crashing each night. Bliss!!!

I highly recommend this property and place. The condo was extremely clean and Cindy was very quick to reply to questions for suggestions on stores and activities. We utilize VRBO for all our travels and this property and condo is the new bar setter.

The right remedy for body and soul

We had the most wonderful 2 months of the last 2 years! The pandemic, my husband’s stroke in the midst of this storm, my emergency surgery last summer, etc. made us realize - like many other people - that we deserve to enjoy every minute of every day. VLE Nuevo Vallarta

We enjoyed our January 2022 stay very much. Owner was attentive and property is pretty as always. We have stayed many times in different properties at VLE and the only thing that isn't perfect is neighbors/housekeeping moving chairs/furniture without gliders.... It would be a wise investment for every owner to make renters' stays even better (and quieter).

The reviews don't lie. The accommodations were spectacular and one of the best we have experienced in our many trips to Puerto Vallarta. Cindy and Shane were very responsive to any of the questions we had. There unit is very well furnished, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need! Lastly, I was nervous reading some of the reviews about how bad the internet service was because I needed it for work, but honestly, I never had an issue with it all! We will be back!

Purchasing a condo at Villa La Estancia has been on our "bucket list" for a long time. We were blessed this year to make that dream come true. We hope to share our condo with as many people as we can that will appreciate the views, food and rich culture of Mexico.
