Bienvenido a una acogedora casa de cadena con un dormitorio en la tranquila y hermosa zona de San Juan de Capistrano con impresionantes vistas de Nerja, las montañas y el mar. Disfrute del balcón grande, soleado y loco con orientación sur y vistas panorámicas de 180 grados.

El apartamento está situado a pocos pasos de un supermercado de la zona y área de la piscina principal de Nerja con alta seguridad, piscina para niños, varios bares de la piscina y restaurantes. Cerca del aparcamiento si alquilas un coche y cerca de la parada de autobús con la que te lleva a la playa o al centro de la ciudad.

El apartamento tiene un gran balcón con mosquiteras, toldos y barbacoa. Salón con comedor y cocina con nueva nevera / congelador, microondas y cocina. También hay un sofá cama grande y un nuevo AC con calefacción y refrigeración.
Dormitorio con dos camas y aire acondicionado nuevo. Cuarto de baño con ducha y WC y lavadora. Internet wi-fi está incluido sin costo adicional, así como TV por cable con más de 100 canales. En el apartamento hay también DVD, una serie de juguetes de playa, juegos y otras cosas para pasar el tiempo. Un montón de utensilios.

San Juan es una de las zonas más bonitas definitivamente de Nerja, diseñado como un pueblo andaluz, con pequeñas casas en típico estilo español rodeado de vegetación, naranjos y flores. Aquí escuchas citas de aves en lugar de tráfico. La seguridad es alta con seguridad 24/7. Contigua a la zona es una reserva natural con senderos. Para llegar a Burrianastranden o centro en poco más de 20 minutos, un poco más de tiempo.

Un representante local se reúne con usted y le deja las llaves, y está disponible para cualquier pregunta.

Amazing holiday

We came here for our first family holiday and it was absolutely amazing. The apartment was spotless and was absolutely big enough for the 4 of us. Kids loved it. The pool was amazing and we used it when we weren’t at the beach!! Amazing area with such friendly people. Restaurant at the pool was again amazing. Nothing was too much for them. Supermarket man ( kids named him ) was so friendly and would always help us with taxis when we needed them. Would 100% stay here again and we most certainly will be!!

Six weeks off bliss

I want to thank the property owner ,Goran ,for his wonderful apartment, great communication and endless patience with me. I extended my stay by two weeks because I didn’t want to leave Everything you could possibly need was provided and apart from the fact you can hear your neighbours , it was perfect. At the end of a hot day, I came home and opened the doors to the incredible view and the cool sea breeze . I didn’t use the air conditioner once! Environnement reposant dans un cadre magnifique idéalement situé , résidence de charme avec toutes les commodités à proximité ( piscine, commerce , bus..) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour très ensoleillé. L'hotesse d'accueil sur place était très prévenante. A recommander

If was worth it for the just for the spectacular view. The apartment was cosy but needs updating.

Loved our stay in the San Juan de Capistrano area and the surrounding areas. It's a really beautiful place. Very hilly though and so you need to be quite fit. Quite a few shops and about 5 restaurants/bars on the urbanisation to go at along with a beautiful pool. We hired a car so were able to drive down to Burriana Beach most days which is lovely although advisable to book your sunbed the day before.

Lovely view, very nice swimming pool nearby

First to Nerja: We had a very good time there! Nerja is a lively place to stay outside in the evenings and go to restaurants. The white apartment houses, palms and plants are beautiful. The beach is also nice, though with pebbles. But after some days, we read that the toilet drains go right into the ocean in Nerja and the feces flow into the water unfiltered. Therefore we stopped going to the beach there and went to Torrox instead. There are plans to install a sewage plant in Nerja in some years. The apartment: The view from the apartment is priceless and we had everything we needed. The pool is amazing and just within 4 minutes walking distance. I didn't expect the pool to be so this nice and our children had the best time there. The interior of the house is basic and sufficient. The sleeping sofa works fine, though the fabric could be cleaned again. We have small children and used the apartment for four people. But I would recommend it for two adults only due to the sleeping situation. Overall we would come back there!

Skønt lille lejlighed i rolige omgivelser

Ferieboligen levede helt op til annoncebeskrivelsen, og indfriede alle vores forventninger. Både boligen og området i det hele taget var pænt og rent. En skøn og frodig oase, som inviterer til ro og afslapning. Vi vender gerne tilbage, når turen igen går til Nerja

Wonderfully relaxing with amazing view

Our stay was nice and relaxing, the view from the roof terrace was wonderful, Overall the apartment was a bit quaint but clean and well equipped it was a bonus having wifi and all the English channels. The pool complex was super just a short walk away, with a shop next door, there is an excellent bus service to the town centre. The owner was excellent in replying to any queries we had.We found most of the restaurants very good

Exellent apartment

Wonderful place to stay, perfect location, sensational views and a short stroll to the pool area. The apartment comes loaded with everything you need for a relaxing stay, whilst quiet enough to be a little away from the main town centre. We wouldn't hesitate to go back, all dealings with the owner were excellent.
