Después de 10 años de un éxito abrumador con Harbor House, (Propiedad # 437948 para ver las reseñas) hemos abierto "Villa's by Christine".
El objetivo de Christine en torno a la renovación de Villa Italia durante 2 años fue que sus huéspedes sintieran el encanto arquitectónico de una villa italiana clásica mientras experimentaban las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Al igual que con Harbour House, Villa Italia se encuentra en la misma pintoresca calle residencial a pocos pasos de las encantadoras boutiques del centro. restaurantes y pubs de Safety Harbor.

Algunos detalles sobre esta Villa ... La sala de estar y las dos habitaciones tienen grandes televisores inteligentes con TV tradicional complementaria, Roku, Netflix, Prime y Hulu.

El Master de la planta baja tiene una cama queen size junto con un patio y una sala de estar en la parte posterior que da a uno de los Safety Harbors codiciados robles de 150 años que fluyen a través de un estanque y fuente de reserva natural.

Los cuartos del maestro de arriba tienen un baño privado que cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas apreciaría. Host was beyond gracious providing toys for our baby and checking in to make sure we found the place okay. The cleanest and most elegantly creative homes we have stayed in. Between the wine crate stair case, wine barrel coffee table and patio furniture and the little touches like coffee and filters, seasoning and cleaning supplies, made staying here carefree and fun. We will definitely be back!

The owners have thought of everything!! The place is modern, so clean, well stocked. The back porch is beautiful facing a pond and magnificent old tree. Visited by a couple of egrets every day. The town is two blocks away and very walkable! The hosts were prompt always and friendly! We will be back for sure!!

Villa Italia by Christine

We stayed at the villa Italia for the whole month of October. We loved everything about this home! From the first contact with Christine, to the day we had to say goodbye, I would have to say PERFECT is the best word to describe our stay. Christine has thought of everything possible that you would need which was truly wonderful. The beds are extremely comfy and the screened in porch overlooking a pond was our favorite spot to hang out. I only hope it is available when we make our next trip to Safety Harbor!!

Terrific Vacation Rental!

I helped my grandaughter, her husband & their baby move to Florida. We stayed at this property 3 nights to give them time to find more permanent housing. It was perfect, very clean, updated, extremely well stocked with everything needed, including snacks which were greatly enjoyed after a long day of travel. Beds were very comfortable, AC in every room was terrific, large screen TV with streaming channels was also great. We found time for a day at the beach and enjoyed the provided beach towels, beach bag, chairs & umbrella. I highly recommend this property.....and thank you Christine for being so attentive to everything!

10 Star Villa

There is not enough room here to tell you how amazing and lovely this property is! It all begins with walking into a well appointed living space and being welcomed with a bottle of delicious red wine and a kind note from the owners! There is a welcome manual which we found to be very helpful, too. It gave an overview of the property and suggestions for local places to eat. The unit is located within walking distance to Main Street which has many fun shops and eateries. The owners have also made sure that guests have everything they need from nice, extra thick beach towels to a basket of items you may have forgotten to bring. Nothing has gone unnoticed! In addition, there are instructions with pics on how to operate all systems such as the TVs, Alexa, and the air units. The unit is decorated beautifully and is extremely clean! The Italian Villa is truly the best vrbo we have ever rented and we are already planning on returning In the near future.

Exceeded our expectations!!!

As many Northeners, we were looking to escape the cold for a bit this winter. The Villa Italia by Christine on VRBO caught my husband's eye and we were enchanted with the pictures so we booked it. Well, the place is even lovelier in person. The hosts have thought of everything you would need. Nice fluffy towels, fresh scented sheets, comfortable beds, beach towel and chairs. They even had some basic toiletries in case you had forgotten to pack something. The house is tastefully decorated with items directly from Italy. Before leaving home I thought of bringing some kitchen gadgets that I always use but decided against it. I must say, everything I was thinking of bringing was already in this kitchen. There were even spices, sugar and coffee. Also a bin of emergency items!! That was such a plus. The home is a stone's throw to Main Street with fabulous restaurants and stores; a truly walking city. This was such a delightful find. The hosts were friendly, kind and helpful with suggestions for entertainment. It was our first time renting through VRBO and all I can say, the hosts have set the bar very high for our expections for other places. You will not be disappointed if you rent this villa. I will be telling everyone what a fantastic find Villas by Christine is.

Safety Harbor

This is our second time staying at this property! It’s the perfect location for us. This is a charming cottage. It has everything you will need and is clean, safe and in walking distance to some great restaurants. We book for Christmas and the owner has a full Xmas tree in the living room so all we needed to bring were the gifts. We will return!

We absolutely adore Safety Harbor and all its charms.
Taking care of this home and trying to make it perfect for your visit has been great fun for us.
