Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect for our first time to AMI. The villa is beautifully decorated, and the courtyard and pool made for a very relaxing oasis!

What a great surprise! Loved the enclosed courtyard with all the villas surrounding the pool. So quiet, friendly guests and such a short, easy walk to the beach ❤️ We talked about renting the villas for a family gathering. This place was perfect!

Perfect Spot, Close to the Beach

This little spot was perfect for a quick weekend away for ur anniversary. Clean, close to the beach and stores, fun yard space and everything you need. All the details were communicated well. Will definitely make another trip to this little gem.

Very nice stay. Everything was very nice and neat. We had a wonderful time during the stay. The facilities were within 2 minutes of the beach and the heated pool was nice. I Will come back to this little germ anytime!

A quick getaway

My husband and I spent 5 nights here. This was a great location to shopping AND the beach. Everything was within walking distance. The villa was clean and decorated tastefully. The pool and common area were very clean as well. Beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were provided and were a definite bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Two

This one bedroom duplex was beautiful and great for a couple. We loved having the beach in walking distance. The location is great for going to Anna Maria or Bradenton Beach. We also liked having a grocery store, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The only negative was the unit needed to be a little cleaner especially the floor.

Loved it!

We booked this place last minute, the rentals company communication was great and the process smooth. The place was nice and clean. Perfect location, a couple of min walk to the beach. The only negative was that there is no closet space to put your clothes, so the suitcases were out in the living room the whole stay. However other than that we loved it and would definitely come back!

Beautiful!

We had a great time staying at this cute one bedroom beach cottage. It was spotlessly clean and beautiful, decorated with every detail in mind for aesthetic and convenience, with a modern yet funky Floridian beachy vibe. The location was amazing, a super short walk to Holmes beach, grocery store, and a beautiful pool and bbq area in the back. There were lots of towels and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were only sad we had to leave so soon! Highly recommend it!

Very nice but NO storage for clothes.

Would be great to have a dresser or hutch, something to put your clothes in. Cooking would be hard, NO counter space, I mean none.

Super attractive cottage - easy walk to the beach.

Super attractive cottage style property with an easy walk to the beach. Very well maintained and comfortable. The only suggestion would be a larger garbage can in the kitchen. This was due to take-away containers due to COVID. Normally that wouldn't have been an issue. Awesome property, you'll love it!

Enjoyable spot

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Seashore cottage. It looks just like the photos and Lisa was very friendly and prompt with replying to our request. The beach is literally 1 block walk as the ad states and it is beautiful! The only reason we could not give this cottage 5 stars is because there isn’t a closet or dresser for clothes and the kitchen lacked some basic amenities such as wine glasses. Definitely not suited for 4 guests with luggage. Other than that, it’s a great spot.

Great stay at the Seahorse!

My friend and I stayed at Villa Seahorse and had such a lovely trip! The amenities (pool, courtyard) are shared between 4 one bedroom units, a studio unit, and a 2 bedroom. We met lots of fun people in the pool area while staying there. The cottage itself was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved having a washer and dryer, and of course a kitchen. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom were great for late night TV. 2 blocks easy walk to the beach, and there were beach chairs and pool noodles/floats available to us, which was awesome! Because of the free trolley and monkey bus, and the close proximity to Publix and other stores, we didn't rent a car or other transportation, and it's nice to be able to get around so easily! We had an awesome trip and I'll definitely be back!

Perfect location

Property grounds very well maintained. Pool super nice and steps away from the ocean. The cottage was smaller than we anticipated, but it needed storage space for clothes. Otherwise we we very happy.

Great property!!

The property and common area and pool are fabulous. The only thing that can be improved would be the bedroom mattress it was very hard. I recommend memory foam. Other than that I look forward to visiting again. Thanks

Could use better co among and mgtnof pets

We brought our dogs but we follow the rules. We Kept them on a leash and we picked up after them. Unfortunately that didn’t apply to other guests staying on the property. Our first morning we walked out to the shared pool area to enjoy a cup of coffee and immediately stepped in dog poop. As we went to hose it off we noticed 3 other areas of dog poop throughout the outdoor shared space. Other guests swam all day with their dogs running around loose in the shared space(peeing on everything). It was gross and dirty The other guests were loud and took over the entire area. Very frustrating. We were fine with spending $1260+ for two nights over a holiday weekend BUT felt this location was a big mistake. No one on site to manage the guests and their messes. Also, our unit was a little beat up inside. The walls, , floors and baseboards could use a deep cleaning.

Did not use

We reserved the unit for extra sleeping space during a family vacation. Although we checked it out, no one wanted to use it. It's charming but super small and a little worn. It is very clean and well appointed for its size. Wouldn't use the back area or pool. You are close to the beach and AMI businesses.

Do not stay or rent with AMI locals

This place was absolutely filthy. The floor was black I wish I could post pictures on here the pull out couch was horrible. We had to take cushions from the pool lounge chairs to make sure my children were at least comfortable. We had to leave one night early because they could not stand to sleep on that horrific couch. The tub did not drain properly and we were giving sheets and blankets with bugs in them. Am I locals is a terrible place to rent from we paid over $900 and they only reimbursed us about $200 and change. Not acceptable completely unprofessional. If I were the owners of this unit I would fire AMI locals immediately. Other renters there with other units had nothing but terrible things to say as well saying how dirty their unit was. The poor owner is getting completely ripped off and I would have them go to a completely different management company. Again do not stay at this property or rent from AMI locals. If you go to their Facebook page and look under reviews I left all the pictures of our stay and you can see for yourself how unacceptable it was. It was supposed to be a nice retirement and 50th birthday for my husband. And they ruined it.

Good location, not very clean

First, the property location was absolutely perfect, close to the Publix and Walgreens, CVS, etc. Short, one block walk to the beach was very nice, especially with kids. Property pool was nice, but temp of pool was not very warm and the pool lights and yard lights did not come on until 8pm, so the kids swam in the dark until the lights came on. We called, but the lights were never turned on earlier, so that was disappointing. Upon check in the code that was emailed to me did not work. We called and spoke to the management company and they were very helpful. Got inside and of course everyone had to go to the bathroom right away after a day of travel, but the toilet didn't have any water in it. My husband tried turning the water on, but it wouldn't fill. Again, called the management company and they sent someone within 30 minutes. The bathroom also was very poorly cleaned, lots of nasty stains on the floor around the toilet and behind the toilet, hair in the sink. The first time we hung a towel on the towel rack the rack fell. The mugs in the kitchen still had coffee inside and outside on them. Overall, for what we paid per night, was not impressed and would not stay here again. The company was responsive, the location great, I will give them that, but cannot recommend this property.

Great, Relaxing, and Fun!

Great location! The section of the beach by the property was great and spacious! Walkable restaurants! VERY CLEAN!! Can't wait to come back!!!

Immaculate unit. Seahorses was great. Celebrated our 55th Anniversary. So cozy. All. Newly updated. Would certainly return. Great restaurants. Very short walk to beach. Unfortunately weather was not good. But it put no damper on our week end with such a beautiful place to be. Thx will return
