¡Ven a disfrutar de Bay Breezes! Este recientemente renovado frente a la bahía de 2 dormitorios, 1 baño condominio, con capacidad para 6, está decorado profesionalmente en un tema costero para realmente darle esa sensación de paraíso de playa. Es la escapada perfecta a la isla. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales para hacer una comida en casa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size muy cómoda, y el segundo dormitorio tiene otra cama king size. También hay un sofá cama desplegable con capacidad para 2 si necesita espacio adicional. ¡La bahía se puede ver desde la sala de estar y desde las ventanas del segundo dormitorio!

Esta unidad en particular tiene su propio espacio privado en el patio para tomar y tomar un café o un cóctel y contemplar la bahía con excelentes vistas del agua.

Este espacio pintoresco se encuentra en el primer piso del edificio Bay Side Bungalows que alberga 5 unidades privadas, cada una con su propia entrada directa. Los jardines están bellamente diseñados y el edificio comparte una hermosa piscina climatizada estilo centro turístico con muchas sillas, mesas y sillones para disfrutar de un día relajante en la piscina. ¡Mientras esté allí, mezcle bebidas en la cabaña o cocine a la parrilla pescado recién pescado del muelle Rod & Reel, que está a solo un paseo en bicicleta!

Wonderful stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with the location, amenities and communication with the property manager. The pool area was clean and perfect for our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We have a great stay- the location was perfect with beautiful views. The property met all our needs. It was clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice.

This little slice of heaven was perfect. It was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable and so perfectly located! I think it was the best possible place to be. I can’t wait to go back!

Super Cute & Great Location

Property and location are absolutely wonderful. Loved walking to the pier every morning for coffee and a pastry — and watching the sunset there in the evening. Only complaint is the beds were crazy loud. You couldn’t roll over without waking up from the noise.

Perfect getaway

Started 3 nights with 3 adults. Location is perfect. Across from waterfront restaurant, walking distance from Pine Ave and Anna Maria Island Pier. Rented bicycles and cycled around the island didn't need to drive at all. Beautiful weather. Lol area great and not crowded at all.

great location

We enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing and you could walk to everything. We rented a golf cart and had no issues with charging it. The pool was great. No one was ever there when we went and it was super relaxing. Our only complaint was that we could hear the neighbors upstairs who partied until 3am but other than that we would definitely stay here again! :)

Beach Bungalow

This beach bungalow was a two day finale to our Ana Maria Island family vacation. We stayed with our 3 teenage sons. Having two king size beds and a sofa bed were paramount for comfort. This location was impeccably clean and suited our needs. My only suggestion would be to place a mirror in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom for the female of the group for getting ready.

Perfect location

Perfect location and in the nicer end of the island. The unit was very clean and perfect for our family, loved the private entrance and outdoor area. Was very thoughtful to have all the beach necessities available and laundry machines. Private pool is perfect as well. The location is very close to restaurants and all the shops on Pine Avenue. We were able to makr a cup of coffee and walk across the road to watch the sunrise. Trolley stop is only a block away so we didn't drive the whole time. We will definitely be renting again.

Anna Maria Stay

Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great condo in great location

We loved our week long stay at this condo. The condo itself is well stocked. The location can't be beat. It is directly across the street from the bay beach, and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beautiful gulf beach. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The pool is very nice. The only suggestion I would make to the owners would be to add a mirror to each bedroom. There are only two mirrors in the entire condo, and they're both in the bathroom.

Perfect Location!

This was such a fantastic location! Steps from the beach, perfect little outdoor area to sit and listen to the waves, great pool. It’s less than a block from restaurants and ice cream. The unit was clean and bright. As mentioned in previous reviews, the beds were terribly loud. Every little movement seemed to wake the other person (we were a group of 4 adults) and none of us were able to sleep well. The location more than made up for that but it was still a disappointment since it’s hard to go two nights on very little sleep. Overall a great place to stay for a fun weekend on AMI.

Not accurate and overpaid for quality lacking

Very disappointed in the actual apartment. Terrible couch and ergonomically incorrect. We had to stay in our own rooms each night due to sagging couch and only kitchen chairs to sit in. Tiny bathroom, no hooks, torn paper blind in window, huge king bed in the tiniest room, no bedside tables, no thought to details. Greasy pots left in cupboard, pool not cleaned regularly, laundry wash and dry machine constantly locked trapping our clothes for hours. Dark apartment. And the worst part was ZERO SOUNDPROOFING. It was a nightmare when people checked in above us. Could hear tv, music, conversations, toilets flushing. Just shameful considering we paid $4K US per week for three weeks. We feel completely taken advantage of. And not to mention the final thing to look out for... yes pet friendly - but AMI is not pet friendly. You cannot walk your dog on the beach or the pier. Had we known, we would have gone to another destination. Poor and sad experience. We left early.

Great location cute condo

Great location cute condo. This was perfect for me and my two daughters who are nine. It was very clean and the location is great as you have the restaurant right next-door and ice cream. Just a few steps from the beach and the pier which was a lot of fun. The only feedback is that we could hear the people above us every move they made And they certainly stayed up late. But AMI was very responsive with the situation. Other than that another mirror in one of the bedrooms would be helpful. I recommend the property

Perfect Bungalow

We had a great getaway! Condo was cute, clean, location was awesome! Definitely stay there again. The only thing is the mattresses are ready for new ones. They are hard and make noise with every turn!
