La Casa de Reyes es espaciosa, moderna y está amueblada a un nivel muy alto. La superficie habitable de la villa es de 313m2 y se encuentra en una parcela generosa de 1.133 m2.

La villa dispone de aire acondicionado / calefacción, así como calefacción por suelo radiante para los meses más fríos.

La villa cuenta con un gran salón y comedor de planta abierta con sofás de cuero chocolate, muebles y cuadros modernos y un televisor de plasma de 50 "con sonido envolvente. Hay Sky Plus, un reproductor de Blu-ray / DVD / CD y un sistema Sonos, con altavoces tanto dentro como fuera de la villa.

La villa está orientada al sur y, por lo tanto, se beneficia del sol todo el día. Además, debido a que las villas a ambos lados están un poco atrás y son más altas o más bajas, todas las áreas exteriores son particularmente privadas, ya que no se lo pasa por alto.

Hay 8 tumbonas en la gran terraza, una piscina infinita de 58 m2 y un gran césped artificial en la parte trasera de la propiedad.

La villa está totalmente equipada si desea cenar, y también tiene una barbacoa de gas, una mesa de comedor en el Naya y sofás exteriores para las tardes de verano.

Hay todos los excelentes restaurantes, bares y, por supuesto, la playa de Moraira a solo 10 minutos a pie.

Alternativamente, podría estar en Jávea, Calpe o en una cala aislada a poca distancia en coche o en taxi.

El animado complejo de Benidorm, con sus parques temáticos y acuáticos, también está a poca distancia.

Beautiful villa with a great layout. Very spacious and the master bedroom is exceptional with en-suite (with bath and separate shower) and a large sun terrace. The interior is modern with quality furnishings. The pool was a little chilly as it was February but granddaughter loved it in her new wet suit! The walk into town is only 10 - 15 minutes with lots of bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

Great family holiday

Loved this property, my daughter and her partner had the privacy on the top floor and myself. my son, daughter in law and grandchildren were on the ground floor, the swimming pool was amazing and I must say it was a great family holiday and we hope to go back next year

We stayed for 4 weeks and had a wonderful time. The property is in a great location, a short walk into town. The outdoor area is very spacious and very well maintained, several lovely seated areas and new sun loungers. The house is very spacious and has everything that is needed. Property was lovely. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfy. Within walking distance of beach and numerous restaurants. We had a car but used it purely for supermarket runs.Would highly recommend Karen as well as communication was prompt and informative.

A large comfortable villa with excellent outside space and secure driveway. Brilliantly located a short easy walk from moraira centre, beaches and weekly market. Excellent communication from host and quick to help with any concerns we had.

Absolutely stunning property in a great location just 15 minute walk to the edge of town.We lived outside for most the week, in the generous terrace area and in the gorgeous infinity pool.Would highly recommend to family’s and groups, we went as a party in their 70s, forties and pre teens. My dad, has a disability, making walking and movement difficult, but he managed the villa fine and even went for a dip in the pool

The villa was much bigger than we thought. So much space inside and outside. Really well equipped and the pool was fantastic. Great spot within walking distance of the town and beach. Couldn't fault it. Great time had by all.

Great stay

Stayed here for 6 days around the new years. The house is very conviently located within a 15 min walking distance to Moraira and many restaurants. The house itself was excellent with all the amenities you can think of such as a well equipped kitchen. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but overall this house is absolutely recommended any time of the year!

Lovely villa in Moraira

Pictures don’t do this villa justice. The outside area is perfect mix of shaded areas and sunny parts. Infinity pool was a plus and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool Ideal for a large family as the bedrooms are spread over 2 levels. Absolute bonus was the great little restaurant Ca Pepe at the end of the road.

Great villa and pool

Lovely large villa with a great pool. The villa is mostly set up perfectly for 8 people; room for 8 to eat outside in the shaded naya or inside, 8 sun lounges etc. The only shortage might be on wine glasses. Good location, c. 15min walk to centre of town and less to the beach.

Fantastic Villa Close to the Beach

From start to end it was a great experience staying in this lovely home. The property is immaculate and had everything we could ask for including kitchen items, board games, TV, pool, etc. The washing machine and AC worked great. Communication with the host was always very prompt and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure.

Ideal family summer holiday

We had a fantastic holiday last week, the villa and pool are fabulous and the covered seating area is ideal for relaxing and eating. Andy and Karen are easy to deal with and very swift in replying to any questions you may have. Moraira is a nice town and Ca Pepe restaurant at the bottom of the road serves excellent food and amazing cocktails. We would definitely love to come and stay here again.

We have just arrived home after spending 5 weeks here, Location, Quality and Size of the property was fantastic. As stated in a previous review, the place is better than the pictures suggest. The owner was great with communication and fast to rectify any issues. Would highly recommend 10/10
