La casa cuenta con 2 recámaras y 2 baños, además de una tercera habitación acondicionada como oficina, ideal para quienes necesitan un espacio de trabajo dedicado.
La cocina es amplia y de concepto abierto, con electrodomésticos más nuevos. También encontrarás pisos de madera, excelente iluminación natural, y una casa bien aislada con sistema de calefacción y aire acondicionado para comodidad todo el año.
Ubicación: a 5 minutos de Valley River Center, con tiendas, cine, restaurantes y servicios médicos. Detrás del centro comercial hay acceso a más de 12 millas de senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta junto al río. A 7 minutos de Oakway Center, con restaurantes de nivel alto y gimnasios. A 4 minutos del campo de golf del club campestre. Aproximadamente 11 minutos a la Universidad de Oregon, 8 minutos al Autzen Stadium, 12 minutos al centro, y 8 a 9 minutos al Hospital RiverBend.

The well-appointed home is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The house is in excellent condition, the beds are very comfortable and the host provided everything we could have needed. Most Enjoyable Stay

This property is clean, well supplied with household items and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to shopping and easy to get to the main beltway. We will surely return to this property when we come to visit our daughter again.

Quiet, Good Location

Great house that is quiet. Nice backyard and park across the street. Location is close to a lot of Eugene activities. Check in/out was easy and the host was helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. My family would stay here again for future reunions.

Convenient and comfortable

We enjoyed the great location of this property as we wanted to bike and we were within just an easy mile of the extensive river trails. The house was super well-equipped, with lots of extras! Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with a park across the street.

Great location and house, a few hiccups

The house is super and the location is very nice. Everything is fairly modern and very maintained. We stayed for about 10 days and all went well. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt very safe walking around. There's a park right next door which is also a plus. Be prepared to leave your shoes off in the house (we didn't know that beforehand). Kitchen was big enough and well stocked. We were surprised to find what we think is a memory foam mattress on the master bed; we found it difficult to sleep on but others might be just fine. The secondary bedroom had a conventional mattress. While we did get our keycode in time, I prefer to not get it on the day I'm flying in. The owner checked with us via the VRBO app on our initial move-in date and again several times during our stay. We got no checkout instructions initially so a couple of days before the end of our stay I asked about what was expected. I listed off a few tasks such as stripping beds and putting on a load of towels and the owner replied that it would be great if we did all those. There were some cards with the wi-fi password printed on them it scattered around the house. However, they did not match the password printed on a full-page sheet we found. The one on the full-page sheet worked. I'm sure the discrepancy will be fixed quickly.

Great overall place; we’ll be back.

Great location in a quite neighborhood; easy to get to anywhere in Eugene. Only draw back is the back porch/backyard area nothing noteworthy but we came to see Eugene not the backyard. Very happy with our stay; we will stay here again.

Great VRBO

A wonderful house in a great neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to have our family over for dinners and even had picnics in the park across the street. We met several very friendly neighbors. The location was convenient. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Great home in nice neighborhood.

This is a nice place in a nice neighborhood, very quiet and neighbor friendly, and close to everything ( Interstate 5, Gateway Mall, Valley River Mall, University of Oregon, and Downtown Eugene )
