Magníficas vistas de Calibogue Sound! ¡Esta impresionante villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños es fabulosa! Ubicada en el segundo piso, esta hermosa villa mira hacia la piscina y la isla Daufuskie. El área principal de la villa abarca una cocina abierta con desayunador, área de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas y sala de estar con un televisor grande. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con camas king y tiene un baño privado en suite. El 2do dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen y baño privado. Ambos dormitorios tienen acceso a la envoltura alrededor de la cubierta.

Además de la espectacular piscina en el lugar y el área de parrillas para residentes, se encuentra a una corta distancia a pie de la encantadora South Beach Marina Village, repleta de actividades recreativas sin fin, excelentes restaurantes y tiendas interesantes. Las luces parpadeantes de la isla Daufuskie a través de Calibogue Sound proporcionan magia adicional en las cálidas noches de verano. This condo is the perfect getaway. The condo is perfect and the views are gorgeous. We loved watching the deer every night on the lawn eating. The pool was amazing and the perfect temperature. We have stayed in this condo 3 times and we love it.

We had a great family vacation. We visit Hilton Head 4 times a year. We have stayed in other condo in this building but this maybe are new favorite condo.

Right on the beach. Property management was great. Refrigerator died and we had a new one installed and cold within 2 hours.

Amazing View and great Condo!

We were thrilled with our stay at the Beachside Tennis condos. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace every day taking in the beautiful scenery and the water view! Hope to rent here again!

1855 Beach Tennis- great stay!

My spouse and I stayed for seven nights. The unit was well spacious and equipped- fast internet for doing a bit of work, kitchen equipped for all meals, washer/dryer, beach towels, smart tvs in each room, balcony was furnished and clean. I his unit was on the second floor next to the stairwell so easy access and there was an elevator for bringing up suitcases and groceries. The unit had a wonderful of the pool, beautiful landscaping, and the Calibogue sound. We even saw deer several times in the yard and the beach dunes. It was great to be on the beach! Beach Tennis is a short walk from the South Beach racquet club offering tennis and pickleball. The Salty Dog cafe was great for breakfast and ice cream later in the day. We enjoyed our stay and it is one of the best all around condos we’ve stayed in on Hilton Head.

Beautiful Villa

Our unit was exceptionally appointed, clean, and cozy. We had every thing we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The location is perfect, on the quiet end of Hilton Head Island.

Summer Fun

I love this area. I have stayed at these condos twice now. These are the only complaints i have about this condo. The bathrooms need a little updating. Also, we had trouble getting the lock to work properly sometimes. Other than that we totally enjoyed tge condo and the area. The condo is perfect for two couples because you can totally close off your bedroom and bathroom for privacy. Thank you for the stay.

This was a beautiful location! The condo was lovely and the complex very well maintained with an outstanding view. We did not want to leave. Thank you for sharing it. We will be back.

Great LOCATION and Great rental!

The stay was well worth the extra we paid for the location. The condo was spacious even through we had 5 people. The balcony overlooking the pool and Ocean couldn't have been any better. The beach with private path made for effortless beach day set up. I would rent this condo again in the future.

Wonderful family vacation

Everything about the stay was perfect! The location was a short walk to the beach, which was perfect with little kids, the pool never felt crowded, every room had views of the water, and the unit had everything we needed. We will be back!

1855 beachside tennis

Location was excellent, quiet and not crowded at all. Few small things needed to be fixed in the condo but nothing that affected our stay . Pool had a sign that said closed and didn’t say that in the listing but still enjoyed our stay .

Great property, great location

The property, the view and the location were amazing. Would have appreciated a heads up as they were painting the outside of the building our entire stay. Sometimes it was even difficult to enter the condo but the condo itself was great. We would definitely go back.

Lovely unit

This is the third time we have stayed in Beachside Tennis, and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. The views and setting are great. We enjoyed looking out over the pool. The unit is very comfortable. My only complaints are that none of the sliding doors seemed to lock, and we were not left with the proper code for the pool. Minor things though--we would stay again and would recommend.

Very nice

Location was perfect. Condo was nice, roomy, and clean. Beds were comfy. Only improvements would be to replace the toilet seats and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and cups. Can’t beat the location.

Awesome views of Calibogue Sound

Have been staying at Beachside Tennis for many years at various units and 1855 was one of the nicest. Would definitely stay here again if the price remains right. Our only complaint about Beachside Tennis is that there are no carts for taking up luggage and supplies to the condos. We have always been aware of this and try to minimize what we bring so that we don't have to make multiple trips up and down the elevator to bring up our supplies, but as we get older, it gets more difficult. We have encountered many people in the parking lot that have asked us "where are the carts?" and we tell them there aren't any and you can see the dismay on their faces!

The Perfect Condo Steps away from the Beach. Paradise.

My adult daughter, her fiance and I were looking for a nice condo on the beach. We ended up finding this Gorgeous Condo with a pool right on the beach. The Condo was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo for a awesome week at Hilton Head. Its location is perfect to the beach, shops and of course Salty Dog Cafe. Again Thank you.

Paradise!

Loved everything about the condo. We would return in a minute! Spectacular views, great pool and ocean right outside our door, and walking distance to restaurant and stores. The only negative is that a 10:00am checkout is very difficult especially for travelers who are flying and are at the mercy of the airlines for departure times. Our only flight available was at 6pm and we needed to be out by 10am! Perhaps noon would be more realistic? Especially since the next group checking in wasn't until 4PM.

Perfect location

The condo was great. We loved the view and the pool and beach proximity was wonderful. South Beach Marina was across the street so we could walk to dinner and drinks. We brought 4 teenagers and they loved that they could hop on their bikes and ride around Sea Pines. Our only suggestion/comment would be that the dishwasher and stove need some work. They function but the buttons are so worn you can't read them and it was hit or miss if we could get the dishwasher running because we didn't know what buttons to push. You couldn't see low vs. high on the stove burners either although that was easier to figure out. Overall that was a minor annoyance and we would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Peace & Tranquility! What an Incredible view!!!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for the last 40 years. Staying at Beachside was one of the best weeks we have ever experienced. The pool was great. It was cleaned every morning. Enjoyed the beach which is just steps away. Our condo was excellent. The decor is beautiful. The sectional sofa is dated. Dining table to close to the bar. The bar is beautiful but there wasn’t space to sit comfortably. All the sliding patio doors need lubricant and the bedroom doors as well at the top. Very noisy and difficult to close. Queen mattress was not comfortable. Too firm! Queen spreads could be upgraded. These are a few minor adjustments that will make a big difference. The Kitchen was awesome. The granite counter tops were big and beautiful.

First trip in over 2 years!

We had a wonderful trip and the property was nice. Beds very comfortable. Sunsets were incredible. A little dated (carpet needs replaced) and some rugs in the tile living space would have been great for the little ones. It is a little tough getting to the beach. Boardwalk for bikes/carts would be ideal.
