The Space:

Stay in this recently renovated condo for your next Hilton Head vacation and enjoy lawn golf, nine tennis courts, and a shared pool and hot tub! With the beach just a short walk away, you'll have hours of fun and great ocean views at your fingertips.



This oceanfront villa is part of the Island Club community, in the Folly Field section of Hilton Head. It's extremely close to shopping as well as Islanders Beach Park. Play a game of cornhole or tennis on the grounds or get in some exercise in the fitness center. Afterward, cook up some steaks for dinner on the charcoal grill, or fix a snack in the fully equipped kitchen.



This fifth-floor condo has an open and updated kitchen that features cookware, modern appliances, and calming, sea-green walls. The living area has a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, ample seating, and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Relax out on the balcony with a book and a cold drink, or update your social media using the free WiFi. The first and second primary bedrooms feature flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms. The third bedroom also has a flatscreen TV, and all bedrooms have views of the ocean.



The best ocean views on the island are from this top floor private penthouse, which recently completed an extensive remodel. This Island Club condo makes for a quiet getaway, so don't delay - book it today!

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Wonderful view

The condo was very spacious with a view from all the bedrooms and living room. There were 3 full baths. The kitchen was nicely equipped.

Beautiful place!

This was our second year staying at Island Club and look forward to coming back next year! We would love to stay in the same condo! Spacious with views! Hopefully the king mattress will be replaced by then, as it’s in dire need.

Great location with amenities

We had a lovely time with the 5 of us. Right on the beach. Tennis, pickle ball, great view of sunrise. Suggestions…a different code for the door. A 10 digit code is challenging to remember. The management company is not quick to respond to issues and very challenging to get on the phone. Other than that, would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful clean condo looking out onto the ocean. The furniture, though, from the beds to the living room we're as uncomfortable as you could imagine. It kind of looked like it came from a thrift store and really was in need of cleaning. Brought down the whole appeal of the place. We paid quite a bit for our stay there, and this was just disappointing

great place!

Very clean. I was a little nervous with the reviews commenting on the king mattress, but it was updated and very comfortable. The other beds mattresses could use an update soon. My mom said that the their bed had them rolling towards the middle through the night. Kitchen is decently stocked, but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking I would probably bring my own knife. We did have a couple of issues (tub wouldn't drain and the lock on the master balcony didn't work) but I contacted Vacasa and they sent a very kind maintenance man who fixed them the day I called. Most of my 'complaints' are just nitpicking. I always love detailed reviews. Overall I was VERY happy with the view, the island club resort itself, and how clean the condo was. I would stay here again.

A fantastic vacation spot

A Great Place To Stay

The condo was very clean, the location was great, The view of the beach was beautiful. We had trouble with the internet when we arrived but the matter was quickly resolved and they were very helpful. We had a great time and I would recommend this property.

Very Nice

This was a very nice, clean place to stay. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Two bedrooms had televisions and one did not even though the description said each bedroom did have a TV. The pool area was very nice and clean also. We would definitely like to return and stay in this condo.
