This charming oceanside villa, just 70 yards from the ocean, offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it features a combined living and dining area. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious Comfort king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom includes two twin-sized beds. The living room is enhanced with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and opens onto a balcony with lovely views of the pool and ocean.

Located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Carolina Beach Club is just a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Enjoy access to Hilton Ocean Oak Resort's oceanfront pool, a second pool, a restaurant, a pool bar, and an indoor fitness center.

Parking Notes: The Carolina Beach Club limits parking to one car per unit.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and just steps from the beach. The property was clean & comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pools. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Sort of disappointed with our accommodations. The condo had mold around the a/c vents, cob webs around the sprinklers, the sprinkler in the main bedroom was missing its trim so you could see up into the ceiling and the back door from the main bedroom didnt seal all the way. Also, we traveled with 2 teenage boys. The main selling point was access to the pool with the poolside bar and grill so they could get food to eat instead of spending our week in the grocery store. The pool and poolside bar/grill are owned by Ocean Oak Resort. Their card machine was down the entire week of our stay. They do not accept cash and are not able to bill your room as they can for the guests at Ocean Oak. We also had to park across the street in the overflow lot because there were no parking spaces left. Other than that, we always enjoy our stay in Hilton Head.

perfect getaway place

This unit has one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! From the booking process to check in, to the well appointed unit, which was immaculate, to the amenities we were able to enjoy and the location that we are at… We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

The condo got new bigger TVs while we were there and my husband loved that.The amenities were great, especially the tiki bar (perfect French fries) by the pool!We rented this condo through Vacation Time of HH and they are fantastic!

Great beach vacation

Really good for a family of 4, but any more would be tight. Location is walkable to food and shops. Had a very relaxing vacation. Would definitely go back.

Perfect HHI condo for a family of 4!

This was my family's first trip to Hilton Head and we definitely want to visit again in the future. The rental property sits directly next to the Hilton vacation rentals and you have full access to their pools. The main pool was amazing and was large enough to not feel crowded even though there were a lot of people in the pool most days. The beach was also just steps away and it was so nice to be able to just walk down to the beach rather than load up the car, find parking, find a spot and then load back up to head home. Also had a nice walk out to the beach and a great area to rinse off. Made it much more enjoyable. The condo itself was great, nice updated showers, super comfy bedding. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location and comfortable accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay… especially the use of the amenities at Ocean Oaks, just steps away. The condo is comfortable and adequate. We shared with an adult family member, visiting from another country and it was plenty of space and privacy with the two bathrooms. A few small changes would make the place even better… some of the sockets are loose and could use a change… plugging in is a challenge in some. Also, the sconce lights over the bed are a great touch and save space on the bedside table, but they need to be lowered! You have to climb out of bed to try to reach up to turn them off. I’m 5’7” and it’s a stretch. Also after you read in bed or get all sleepy, it’s a pain to climb out to turn off lights. Just a constructive criticism. Working through Vacation Time was great!!! Easy, courteous and did I say easy??? Thank you for the great trip!

Right on the beach, minutes away from stores and restaurants and a perfect place for little kids to be! I love that you can use the Hotel's pool and amenities! The condo was great, the rooms were nice. My only small complaints would be: 1. the sliding door to the balcony would stick and be difficult to open. and 2. the fire alarm sprinklers looked to be haphazardly put into the sealing. Overall, we loved the place and would love to come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented, was, to be honest, Not as user friendly as others we have previously rented on HHI. The unit was not clean. The refrigerator was in need of replacement, with a broken ice maker, and door gasket falling off. The curtain rod in one of the bathrooms, came falling down in my hands, when I tried to open the curtain. ( I managed to put it back up. ) The second room, is very small with no dresser for clothes. We found old rotting fruit next to the couch in the living room. The building has no laundry facilities. There is not enough parking, and maintenance trucks take up space. The elevator had a nasty aroma. To be fair, when we ccomplained about the unit NOT being clean, a cleaning crew did come, and clean - however, it was an inconvenience, they showed up at dinner time. For the price I was disappointed. Thanks drs

The receptacles were very loose in almost every room and trying to get things to stay plugged in were difficult at times. There was trash under our bed and left in the cabinets upon arrival. Beds and furniture were comfortable. All appliances worked properly as well. The staff that I had the chance to either speak with over the phone or in person were all fantastic to deal with though. I addressed some concerns to them and I could not have asked for a better experience in dealing with the customer service side of things. I felt a genuine response from them each time that they cared and it was great.The pool access and ease to get to the ocean were phenomenal. Very very easy. no hills to climb. It was great for the kids and grandparents. Parking is a complete disaster. There aren't enough spots for the carolina beach club to begin with. On top of that, any openings are taken up by the guests at the Hilton. We had to park across the street half of our stay because the lot just isn't policed. I counted on average 7-8 cars that were parked in our designated spaces without the proper parking pass. If the parking situation could be fixed, I could overlook anything else negative with our stay and would consider booking here in the future again.

Awesome location and amenities

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. The amenities are great - the pool is perfect for kids and it was awesome having a cafe right downstairs. The beach access is great with several hoses/ showers when coming off the beach. As previous reviews said, the bed in the main room could be replaced but not a big enough issue that I wouldn’t book again.

Great location, Great agency!

Management gets a 10, great communication and very responsive. Unit gets a 6, needs a bit of work. Beds are old and need replacing. Owner should replace them! Overall a nice place and location. I would recommend to anyone with a family looking for a fun beach vacation. Definitely would use agency again.

Great location and amenities but disappointed in unit

The location was great. Hotel amenities were really nice. Property was older than it appeared in the pictures. Things are outdated. Beds are old and not comfortable, they make noise when you move. The apartment was not clean. It smelled. There was mold in the bathroom and dirt in the kitchen drawers. Internet speed was not sufficient. The sliding door to the balcony was hard to open.

Fabulous location!

We had a great week in this lovely little unit. The only thing I would change would be the VERY squeaky bed. Everything else was fantastic. Unit was very clean. Amazing location, tucked away, yet close enough to walk or bike to lots of restaurants/shops.
