Perfect! Amazing! This is one of the best flats we’ve ever rented in Europe. The location is amazing and everything is within walking distance. The view from the terrace is stunning and we spent every evening enjoying this space. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Amazing Penthouse Venezia Piazza

The apartment is beautiful with wonderful light - The roof top is amazing with excellent views. Location, Location - this is perfect for family and close to the Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza's and great places to eat and Gelato shop basically next door. The staff was fabulous - they were very helpful and made our stay nice and comfortable.

This property exceeded all our expectations! Great location, easy to get anywhere. The pictures are an accurate representation of the property, all the support staff are amazing and prompt, especially Giorgia! Chef Delio taught us how to make fresh pasta, everything was perfect, Grazie!!

Fabulous space!

We are a multi generational family of 9. 2 of us stayed in an apartment in the same building. The penthouse was amazing for giving all of us private space and many areas to hang out together. Kitchen is a bit tight but functional for takeout and breakfast.

We Love Rome!

If you get the chance to go to Rome you are very lucky. If you get the chance to stay here, you are the luckiest. Three generations, none of us had ever been to Rome. Lovely apartment with everything we needed! So inside was amazing, upstairs on rooftop was beyond lovely! And yes, the location was in the middle of everything with our apartment serving as a little sanctuary of calm. We are blessed and we know it. Thank you! And just a shout out to our hosts, thank you thank you. You were so helpful and always there for us.

If I could give it 6 Stars, I would

The apartment was fantastic. The location has great walking proximity to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Colliseum - and tons of street cafes and gellato places. The hosts, especially Giorgia, were fantastic and very responsive. They were all quick to help with anything from airport transfers to dinner recommendations to finding local markets. The apartment was just as depicted and the roof top terrace was the perfect place to start and end our days in Rome. We were there in July when it was 100 degrees during the days and the AC was great!

Fabulous Penthouse in the Heart of Roma

Our experience staying at this property was amazing! We are still talking about it! The property hosts are extremely responsive and helpful in every way. The property is absolutely beautiful and clean and the 360 degree views of Rome from the private rooftop are breathtaking! We spent every evening of our stay enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the rooftop patio, drinking Italian wine and taking in the incredible views of the city. The outdoor furniture is very modern, clean and comfortable. Our family could not have been more pleased with our decision to rent this property. It made our trip to Rome even more spectacular! The location is perfect to walk to all of the attractions; Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, Pantheon, ect. It is located on a wonderful street full of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops and fun clothing boutiques. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning in each room worked very well, each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom with wonderful water pressure and toiletries provided. There was cleaning service every day which is unusual for a VRBO. Annalisa (our host) was amazing and extremely helpful. She was truly available, if needed, to make our stay more enjoyable. We would 100% recommend this penthouse condo and we hope to return back in the near future! It is truly amazing!

Great Villa. Location Location Location

This Villa was beautiful, clean with great appointments! The rooftop hot tub and sitting area is tremendous with awesome views of the Piazza Venezia. This is in a great location to walk to everything that Rome has to offer. I’d highly recommend this Villa.

Everything thing was great until

Everything was great until we needed them to setup rides to the train station and to the airport. Huge fail on their part. The ride to the train station never showed, the airport shuttle never showed. They got us another one told us we wouldn't have to pay, got to the airport and the driver told us we owed 80€. After having sent them the receipt and being told they would have to check with someone, I was told i would refunded the money, still waiting for my money

Stunning location and roof terrace

Booking transfers and transport with the management made every journey effortless. The roof terrace is an absolute delight. I would completely recommend this apartment, but if I am forced to find a very slight criticism it would be that the kitchen is a bit small, and some of the bedrooms can hear the lift and pipes.

Will not disappoint!

Stunning property--central location with views from the patio (and dining area) that just can not be beat! Kitchen is small (by US standards)--but who needs to cook when surrounded by so many outstanding restaurants! The kitchen does have a full size fridge and necessary appliances though. Overall well-stocked, beautifully appointed, very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Nice to have a washer/dryer for laundry too. The booking team was very responsive and super helpful - arranged all sorts of transfers for us. Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing rooftop and apartment

We were a group of 5 girlfriends who stayed 6 days. We loved the apartment! It was clean and exactly as advertised. Property managers (Georgia) were extremely helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything at all including help with arranging transportation to airport and dinner reservations. The apartment is in a very convenient and central location. Most local attractions are within an easy walking distance. We all felt that the rooftop patio area was incredible! We spent most is our time up there when we were not out enjoying Rome. Such a great spot for sitting enjoying some wine, watching sunrises or sunsets, or relaxing in the hot tub after running off our feet all day. The rooftop absolutely makes this apartment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, or rent it again (if I’m lucky enough!)
