It is located on the first floor of a 17th-century building with an elevator in the historic center of Rome.
It measures 130 square meters and comprises an entrance hall, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, three bedrooms with king-size beds (70 in x 79 in), and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (63 in × 79 in). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. The apartment has free WiFi, a smart TV, air conditioning throughout, linens and towels, and a washing machine and dryer.

The Apartment was very spacious, accommodating two families with 7 people total. The location was amazing and very affordable accommodations with easy check-in and check-out. The Management Contact was also very responsive to our messages.

The location is excellent and the property is as described. Loved our stay. We booked the property for 2 days before a cruise and 3 days after. The host arranged everything including the private transfer from the airport and a private transfer to the cruise ship port. Comfortable beds and 5 bathrooms were a bonus. Location is fantastic and property is secure and spacious. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was wonderful for our group of six adults. The beds were a bit firm, but everything else was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and the layout was great for spreading out. Aside from running out of toilet paper we had everything we needed. There are two little grocery stores just a few doors away. The elevator was perfect as well, loved that it opened to our apartment, yet was secure as only our card key allowed access to our apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Live like the locals .

We had the best stay here. It was incredibly convenient to coffee shops, restaurants and shops all outside your backdoor (bonus, that street is not full of tourists). Restaurants around each corner that were delicious and the staff was friendly. Walkable to all the main sites within 15 minutes. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was quaint. Would recommend this to anyone that asks, we enjoyed the area so much!

Amazing Apartment

This was an amazing apartment in the perfect location. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It was very clean and spacious and perfect for my family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which worked out perfectly. The building super, Chris was super helpful. He provided us with adapters for the outlets after I discovered that the ones I brought were the wrong kind. The owner of the apartment, was always in communication with me and provided me with all important information. I would definitely come back and stay here again…it was perfect for our brief 2 day stay!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

Place to Stay in Rome

We were on a 3 generation family vacation of 8. This was the perfect apartment. Great location and the host was responsive to all our needs and beyond. We left a treasured stuffed animal at the apartment when we left and she arranged for us to pick it up. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome

Rome Apartment

This apartment was a great stay. It is in a quiet area, close to cute cafes and squares. It was very clean and had a decently outfitted kitchen. It is a 3 bed/3 bath apartment that seems to be mostly safe. This apartment does have an elevator that opens directly into the apartment. Which we thought was great on move in but on the morning of check out the cleaning service and the person that checked us in just came up in the elevator with no warning and walked into the apartment. This was very disturbing. We were not late on check out. We were gathering our belongings on our way out. I'm still not sure why they came up instead of knocking on the door first. While I know that the owners/managers always have a way into a unit this unnerved all of us. That is the reason for the 4 stars not 5. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Great apartment and hosts. The apartment offered everything, location, cleanliness, functionality and amenities. The hosts booked private cooking lesson and private driver service from the airport to the apartment and apartment to the Civitavecchia cruise port. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful

The property location was excellent—close to restaurants, shopping. We were able to walk to trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. Communication with management was excellent and they obtained transportation for us from the airport. The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. Will stay here again!

Perfect spot in Rome

Apartment was perfect for us. We had 3 couples and one single. Plenty of space and everyone had their own bath. Great food and Church only a few minutes walk. Landlord communication and assistance was outstanding. Would rent again for sure.

Location! Location! Location!!

I cannot stress enough how perfect this apartment was during our stay in Rome. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and just as advertised. Host was easy to work with and quick to reply. We will be recommending this apartment to all our friends and family when they visit Rome. Great washer/dryer combo too! Wonderful stay!

Our group of five had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing. We were walking distance from most of Rome‘s most iconic sites, and the street the apartment is located on had plenty of quaint shops and places to eat. The check in and check out process was seamless, and Flaminia was so responsive and helpful in arranging transport for us to the apartment and then back to the airport. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Great place and location

We rented this for our family trip to Rome. The place was spacious and in a great area. Really liked the cobblestone streets with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Easily walked to all the major sites. Loved that the elevator opened right into the house. Felt very safe.

Roma Vacation

We loved our stay in Rome. Apartment was exactly as described and in a perfect location. Great restaurants and wine bars are nearby and close to many of the main attractions. Our host was excellent and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. We were here during a bit of hot weather and the air conditioning was amazing.
