Explore la isla desde este condominio frente al mar ubicado en el centro de Ma'alaea, cerca de la mayoría de las atracciones en Maui con un viaje de 15 a 40 minutos. (Hana celestial y la cima de Haleakala están más lejos, pero vale la pena el viaje). El complejo está aislado, tranquilo y ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Hay una cocina completa para preparar comidas; Incluso tiene una lavadora / secadora para mayor comodidad. Un dormitorio tiene una cama king, el otro tiene dos camas individuales y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar, lo que hace que la unidad sea cómoda para hasta 6 personas. Este condominio cuenta con impresionantes vistas de los jardines, la piscina climatizada y lo mejor de todo, del hermoso azul del Pacífico; desde allí puede ver toda la actividad en la bahía: ¡barcos en el puerto, surfistas, remadores y ballenas en invierno! Los CA, los televisores de pantalla plana con cable complementario, Internet de alta velocidad y WIFI gratis lo mantienen fresco, conectado y cómodo.

La propiedad cuenta con hermosos paisajes, una piscina climatizada, área para barbacoas y muchos sillones, ¡todo está frente a la playa! La playa en sí es una maravilla de serenidad de arena blanca. No tiene aglomeraciones, es perfecto para tomar el sol, nadar, hacer surf, bucear y avistar tortugas marinas hawaianas dormidas en la arena. Hay dos áreas cercanas que se deben explorar: al oeste, se encuentra el puerto, donde se realizan excursiones para practicar snorkel, atardeceres y aventuras de avistamiento de ballenas en invierno. Disfruta de las tiendas, restaurantes y visita el acuario de Maui, ¡es muy impresionante! Hacia el este se encuentra Sugar Beach, un tramo de 2,5 kilómetros de tierra y arena no desarrolladas, y, por supuesto, vistas panorámicas del océano. ¡Es perfecto para los amantes de la playa!

Pretty much OK but a couple issues.

Facility was easy to find and was as described. But the master bedroom had no hand towels or washcloths when we arrived, but we did find a basket of them in the 2nd bedroom after a day or two. Master bed room chest of drawers bottom drawer had mouse droppings in it, but we did not see any active house mousses, so they may have been there for a while, Also, the MB closet, which was huge, we were afraid to use because both of the hanging doors were off their tracks and we were afraid they would fall on us.We are in Maui 3 or four times a year using VRBO or other services and this is the first time we have not had a rice cooker as part of the provided kitchen equipment. It's Hawaii, rice is a big thing!!

The entrance door and lanai sliding door were very difficult to open. We were not able to enjoy lanai. No hot water after two people showered. Towels were smelly..

The accommodations are good for 4 people (though 6 probably won't be bad).Minor issues. The check-in instructions failed to mention that once the code is entered, one has to lift up (instead of pushing down) the handle. We had to call the emergency line, which on the first try, the person did not pick up, leading to some anxious moments. This piece of important info should be in both the e-mail that we got as well as in the separate text that was sent to us.Another annoyance is that all the pots and pans are badly scratched. Given that we tended to eat breakfast at the unit, it made us cringe a bit in using it.Despite these little issues, we had a good time.

This property is ideally situated, not far from the airport and other areas of interest. The unit itself is clean, well stocked and with a good oceanview. Our group had a good time. Some minor issues (easily corrected): 1) Instructions for the electronic lock lack one important point: turn the door handle UP, instead of down. Even though there was a taped lettering on the handle, we arrived at night and we did not notice the additional tip as it was dark despite our phone flashlight. If the host simply added this important instruction in his/her check-in sheet, we wouldn't have to call (frantically) the emergency line. 2) All the pots were badly scratched. We did some cooking and we would appreciate better quality pots. We strongly recommend that a new set of pot to be purchased, especially given the price we paid.

Love this complex

We love staying in Kanai a Nalu in Maalaea. We dislike a lot of touristy beaches and love that Sugar Beach is so close. Location is close to everything as long as you don’t mind driving. Sad to see Beach albums closed but harbor and aquarium within walking distance. Thanks for having us.

My family loved our stay here. The location was great, the view was amazing and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach chairs, sand toys and even life jackets were available! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

We loved the condo and the property. The beach nearby was within close walking distance. We liked using the outdoor grill area and pool. The only thing we mentioned was that it would be nice to have restaurants within walking distance. At least it was only a short drive to have a nice selection of restaurants. Overall, we LOVED our stay and have already talked about coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent experience at kan316 with Destination Maui. They were professional, responsive and accommodating to requests. The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Sofa bed was comfortable enough (a bit saggy but concerns for the week). Bathrooms are a bit dated but functional/clean. Washer and dryer were very handy (although they only take small loads). We were able to park 2 cars though only one was guaranteed (lot wasn’t full probably because our trip was in May). Location is great for those with an active itinerary. You could even walk to the aquarium or harbour and take the bus if you didn’t have a car for the day.

Maui Family Vacation

We had a great time. The property was close to all the things we wanted to do. We did a whale watching adventure and a fishing trip both out of the harbor down the street from the property. There is also a very large beach a few hundred yards from the property.

Great place for family vacation on the beach.

Amazing location just a few steps from a great beach. Spacious condo with great view of the ocean and sunsets. Washer and dryer inside also make it very convenient. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time.

Perfect Location

We stayed in the 2 bed/ 2 bath condo #316 and it was great! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We were able to wash a load of beach towels daily. The location was perfect.

Great View, Location, Week

This property was great!! View: This is the perfect place for a sunset, a view of whales in the distance and the beautiful ocean. Location: The location on the south is great for getting to snorkeling beaches, close to the west towns, easy to get to airport and north and west sides of the island. There is even a shopping area a half mile down the road with an aquarium. The price was a bit high, but it had all of the fish we were seeing when snorkeling. It was a great place if you want the names and information on the local fish, whales, etc. It was really well done. The snorkeling off the beach was nice. There are a lot of fish, sea turtles and coral, though go to the west side to see more live coral colors. Room: There was room for my three kids and husband and I to stay. There were plenty of plates so you didn't need to constantly wash dishes. The bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. We didn't test the pull out couch, but it was available. It was really clean. The fridge is large which was great because we cooked in most days. There are two grills on site. The AC works but you have to be on top of it. There was a 12 hour timer which switched it off. The outside temp was great that week so it didn't make it hard. Property: The swimming pool was really nice. It is open from 9am to 9pm. There is a wash station to shower off after going to the beach and before heading to the pool. This wash station was great for our snorkeling gear too. The property doesn't have direct access to the water. But we were able to get to the beach with some activity and a short walk.

Perfect!

Our original reservations for this trip fell through less than 2 months before our arrival. We were so thankful to find this listing, and even more thankful when we arrived to find the perfect condo in an amazing location. Everything about this unit and the grounds was superb! Would highly recommend and hope to stay again! Mahalo 🌺
