Kihei Sands Condominium se encuentra directamente en una de las mejores playas de Maui, Sugar Beach. Desde nuestra piscina frente al mar y área de patio de barbacoa, prácticamente puede tocar la playa: limpia, arenosa, despoblada y que se extiende por millas en cualquier dirección. ¿A qué distancia está de la playa? ¡Literalmente alrededor de 6 pies! Nuestras áreas de patio y césped son idílicas. Disfrute cada mañana con café recién hecho y cada noche mirando un espectacular atardecer mientras prepara la cena a la parrilla y bebe una bebida.

Nice place to stay

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of dishware, towels, paper towels, etc... The AC was ok but struggled to keep up during the day. The beds were comfortable and the view is nice. The condo is a little dated and there's a thick layer of dust in some areas but it's right on the beach and a comparable price.

Friendly helpful staff with wonderful conversations with other guests. Coffee & views of outriggers, night skys & sunsets. Whales breaching & waves gently slapping Great grilling in site of the ocean. Comfortable accommodations & well maintained spaces all of my stays since my first in 1974 - Just amazing 👍🤗 Mahalo & Aloha

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We will definitely book this condo again! Condo was spacious enough for all of us and so close to the beach! The locations close to so many things in Kihei making it so handy for shopping and dining. We could hear the waves in the condo and when we went to the beach we were often the only ones there! Beds were comfortable and everything we needed for the beach was provided. We even had a flight change and had to come a day early. Connie adjusted our reservation the day before so we had a place to stay when we got there. They are very accommodating and checkout was a breeze! We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented A-8 and B-12 for 2wks this last May 7-21 and both places were great. Good AC in both places A8 is 5 steps to the pool we used the BAR-B-Q's. They have a time to shut off the gas if you for get so super safe. Everything was super clean and had most everything you could need in the condos .they have a coin operated laundry there. We used it twice but ended going to the laundry mat down the street cuz we. Could wash all of are stuff at the same time and save waitting to do individual loads. We all would stay there again. It is mostly car dependent to get around but only a short 5-10 minute drive to food and activities.Great quiet place to stay with the pool and beach ft away.Very nice staff and will help with anything they can. The parking is a little tight but it's that way at all the resorts too. We had a minivan and it was fine.Great quiet place to stay and I would recommend it to a friend

Always relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th time staying at Kihei Sands. The accommodations were great as usual. We always love spending time on the patio however this time was marred by an older gentleman who works there who made it feel like we were in trouble every time we threw our water bottles in the patio recycle bin. We consumed the water on the patio but we were rudely confronted twice telling us the recycle bins were for patio use only...that's exactly what we were doing and after we told him he never apologized. He told us to keep our voices down in the morning because people were sleeping, we weren't being loud! Never had we experienced this kind of behavior before. We spent a llot of money to stay there and expect to feel welcomed. We didn't break any rules but were made to feel like it. Not great customer service. There are many places we can stay on the island so I expect better.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff, steps from the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds are impeccable and the condo had everything we needed! We read all the information they sent, so we brought with us items they suggested and we had a shopping list for the rest. Staff gave excellent suggestions for day activities and dining experiences. We'll never go anywhere else but Kihei Sands.

Perfect paradise retreat

The checkin process was seem-less and did not need to bother Patrick during the stay at all. We loved the welcome basket including the map! When we did the road to Hana, the map came into good use. All accessories in the condo were perfect for when we wanted to cook in. Best part of the condo was leaving the window open at night and hearing the waves crashing and lulling us to sleep. We were just steps away from the ocean and loved the option of all the toys that we could use on the beach and in the ocean. We would definitely stay again and highly suggest staying here!

Condo on the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 10 days here and enjoyed it very much. Our unit B12 was clean and comfortable with a kitchen that was very well stocked. We had a view of the beach from our little balcony.The unit was a little dated but still comfortable. Coffee was ready in the morning on the patio where guests sat and visited or took a walk on the beach. Barbeques were available for use anytime. The beach was beautiful and steps from the patio. It wasn't as busy as beaches further down S.Kihei Rd. where the public can park easily on the road or in a parking lot next to the beach. The location was in a quieter zone away from the strip malls and traffic congestion but close to the highway for driving to other tourist sites. It was a 10 min. drive to Safeway and malls on the highway or a few minutes longer on S.Kihei Road which runs parallel to the water. Connie and Patrick in the office were always available to answer questions and the grounds were well maintained. Check in was easy when we arrived at night. We would definitely return for another visit.

Perfect location with an incredible beach.

Would definitely stay here again. S few glitches with shower snd remote control lights. Tiny ants everywhere but it’s just part of the Hawaiian experience.
