Location of this condo was excellent, many nearby restaurants and shops. View from the lanai was awesome. Amenities were excellent and condo was very clean and well stocked.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of 5 nights. Host was very nice and helpful.

It was a great location for us, with the lanai looking down at the beach. Saw some wonderful sunsets & really enjoyed our walks every morning on the great trail along the ocean. We had one small problem during our stay but the property manager was right on top of it & solved it quickly for us. We will definitely be back!

Great unit, great location, great views. Unit is well appointed, the rooftop garden provides excellent views and ability to cook/eat, unit overlooks the beach and is comfortable. Across the street is additional shopping and dining. We will come back!

Great location and excellent view. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked well. Looked like a pretty new fridge and dishwasher. Washer/dryer also worked fine. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Well kept roof top BBQ area. There is a nice reef in front of the property for snorkeling and nice beaches on both sides.

Awesome accommodations

Excellent condo and owner. Views are awesome, saw whales from the lanai on 4/19. Cleanliness is important and this unit is clean as is the complex. The beach access cannot be beat.

I loved Kihei and this Condo

I enjoyed this condo and its locations. So many walkable cafes, smoothies and acai bowls at your finger tips and coconuts was great for carry out dinner to enjoy on the lanai while watching the sunset. Sleeping with the windows open and waking up to the sound of the ocean was my fav. This unit had everything we needed. When we visit Kihei again, I will def want to stay here!

Fantastic Ocean View Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and extremely cozy. The owners have put a lot of thought into making sure their condo is well equipped for their guests. They didn’t skimp on comfort, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice and soft. The couch in the living room was very comfortable as well. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were so very nice to have in the condo as well. Thank you for the great stay!

Loved The Condo

Excellent location, located on long stretch of 3 beautiful beaches, walk across street and you are in town to shop, eat, drink. Lanai is great can see turtles swimming, eating near rocks, beautiful ocean, beach view and view of city lights at night. Beds were comfy, washer and dryer, a/c was fabulous, i cooked meals more than ate out kitchen was great. Pool was great, grounds beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend condo didnt want to leave.

A Perfect beach for a diverse family.

This was our 5th booking at the Royal Mauian in a span of 40 Years...we just keep coming back and enjoy it more everytime. Young children can play in safe waves and sand, youth can throw a football around and body surf and adults can distance swim the calm waters of the mornings. Dareen unit gives 5star view of the beach and sunsets. The unit could use some updates but is fully functonal for all the families needs and dinner on the roof top can not be missed (every night). Dareen was a very available host with prompt attention to all our needs.

This condo is very dirty. The view is perfectly beautiful unless you’re looking through the windows. The sliding door windows are dirty. The bedroom windows are dirty. The carpet is very dirty with wear and stains! The kitchen sink is “all” scuffed with gray pot marks! The utensils were dirty. And the pots that were available are so old and gross with horrible stains. The pool was nice. The location is perfect. I would never recommend this condo to any of my family or friends. I wish I would have taken pictures. But I had no intention whatsoever of making comments.

Great location!

Excellent location! Kamaole 1 is footsteps from your door and you can easily walk to Kamaole 2 and 3 from the condo. We saw turtles almost every day right out front of the property by the rocks and enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lanai or from the lounge chairs downstairs on the property grounds. The building is right on Kihei road so you will hear some traffic but you also have the convenience of coffee, restaurants and ocean gear rentals right across the street. We made breakfast and most dinners at the condo during our stay and appreciated the full size appliances and ample dishes, glasses and Tupperware. Beds were comfy and having two ensuite bathrooms definitely a plus. We also made good use out of the beach chairs and umbrella. Dareen was very responsive to all of our questions leading up to our stay, which is much appreciated.
