Beachfront Kealia # 101 es un condominio a nivel de jardín bien equipado con impresionantes vistas al mar y un ambiente dramático y tropical. Everything was great! Pool and pool area were always clean. On site manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The condo was perfect for 2 people. You cannot beat this location that is steps from the ocean.

We LOVED this property. It was precisely as described. The beach is quite literally steps away from our patio. They property is maintained beautifully and the manager, Sherry, is so very kind. We will be back!!!

Beautiful Unit

This unit is so peaceful and private. Would stay here again! Very reasonable for what you get. Beach chairs and coolers to use which is a lovely plus. Maybe a small beach umbrella would be helpful. Thank you for sharing such a lovely property with us.

Cozy Condo in Kihei

There is nothing better than walking out your back door, heading across a healthy lawn and landing on a sweet beach that is never crowded. We loved the location, the easy vibe of Kihei, and the well appointed kitchen. We would stay here again.

It's perfect for 2 people; I think it would be tight for 3. But many full wall mirrors and windows bring in lots of light and help the small unit feel spacious and airy. The bed was large and very comfortable. Quality of linens and towels is high, and it was nice surprise to find available snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, pool noodles, and boogie boards in the closet for use!I'd go back to this unit again. Only disappointment was there didn't seem to be an exterior light for the lanai, so couldn't sit outside after dark.

This was the first time the smell from the pond was unpleasant for a few days, but all was well in the end . We hope to be back next year !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in over memorial weekend, so there wasn’t really anyone available to assist with any questions or parking passes. But that didn’t really matter too much to us. As long as they were happy we were happy. I’m very familiar with this building, as I used to live here about 20 years ago. I loved the ground floor! No elevators or stairs! So nice to just walk right out to the pool or beach.

Comfy spot for 2

Place was just the right amount of space for me and my daughter. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view. Pool was nice too. North Kehei is not my favorite place on the island but it makes getting to all the other parts of the island very convenient. Definitely plan to drive about 15-30 minutes to get to beaches with great snorkeling. And if you want to watch on-demand movies, bring your Apple TV or use your computer. TV in unit works great for regular tv. Had a lovely stay.

New bed, new dishwasher and comfy furniture. We have been staying at the Kealia Resort since 2002, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Sherry in the office is TopNotch and will attend to any concerns quickly and with Aloha. If you have never stayed at the Kealia Resort, you are missing a wonderful place in Paradise.

Everything about this place was perfect except for the AC

As long as you don't need AC at night, this place is perfect. Small window unit is located far away from the bedroom so it gets very hot at night, even with the fans on. I was here on my honeymoon and slept on the couch every night to be closer to the AC.

Beautiful

I loved much about this property. It was beautiful and clean although I did have to clean off the lanai table when I first came. Hard to keep up with the sand, but I just got there after check in time. I let the management know that it was time to clean the picture window facing the ocean. When you have such a wonderful view its really nice to have a clear view. The only problem I had was the noise outside my place when people were using the pool and the bush trimming early on my first morning which prevented me from meditating and later having coffee outside. I didn’t know this was going to happen (maybe a caveat would be helpful) or if it would be repeated. I would come back but rent a unit not directly next to the pool.
