Kealia 601 is a top-floor condo boasting breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the living/dining room, kitchen, and private lanai. Situated in a tranquil beachfront resort, this unit offers access to an exceptional 2.5-mile stretch of pristine white sand leading to Ma’alaea.

The interior features plank flooring throughout and has been exquisitely remodeled with tropical ocean/bamboo themed furnishings and custom photography by the local owner. The spacious bedroom offers a queen bed and picturesque mountain views, while the updated bathroom includes a tiled, walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen provides a stunning backdrop for culinary endeavors with its panoramic ocean views. Guests can savor their creations at the indoor or outdoor dining areas while taking in the magnificent scenery. During winter, the ocean views may even include sightings of Humpback Whales.

Additional amenities such as a resort pool, barbecue, picnic areas, in-unit washer/dryer, AC, flat-screen TVs, CD stereo, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking further enhance the experience.

Great beachfront

A lovely stay with Maui flare. The views and sunsets are incredible with all the vantage points. Watching the outriggers going out daily, hearing the waves and sitting out on the deck for a meal. Perfect beachfront get away for a couple.

Perfect Stay

Our condo was awesome. I loved the washer/dryer. The view was amazing. Fell asleep to the sound of the ocean waves crashing. We would stay with you if we ever come back. Thanks

Best place to relax by the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd or 4th stay in 601 and as always, was a lovely visit. I might suggest blinds in the bedroom that actually keep out the sunlight so the rooms don't get so hot and if you want to sleep beyond 6:30 am, you can plus if they were more like curtains, you have the option of opening the window without the blind banging in the wind. Overall it was a great visit and Sherry was super helpful and kind.

great property; great location. a bit pricy. Of note: we received a text message at 13h30 on our arrival day that the property was available for early check-in: when we showed up at 14h30, the cleaning lady was still there and she indicated she needed an extra 30 min to complete the cleaning. the VRBO management and transaction fee are too high and unjustifiable.

The view was excellent, with whales, Hawaiian canoes, kayaks, and wind surfers out in front of us daily. The pool, Bar-B-Qs, and grounds were cleaned daily and were immaculate. Gorgeous beach for walking and shady, private grass area under the trees at the end of the resort. Several days of rain and high winds but weather otherwise was great. The manager, Sherry, went above and beyond to help us track an important mis-delivered package. She is the best! We highly recommend this property.

Modest Condo complex but great location

We had a nice time. The bed was a rickety and the mattress needs to be undated along with the bedding. I couldn’t find AC but it was very windy and there was a draft so it made it OK to sleep. The beach just a few steps out front of the complex was INCREDIBLE.

will not make this mistake again

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived around midnight. Unit was very hot, unventilated and could not get the air con to work. Most of the lights did not work. Opened all the windows including the door eventually getting the temps down to the 80's. Kept awake all night by the heat and road noise. Soap and shampoo were not available or sparse. Supposed to have a King bed, but unit was changed to one with a Queen, and a tired one at that. Seats on the lanai chairs were ripped and had to be replaced with ones that were too short for the table. The shower head was crusted with lime and barely worked. The manager responded to our requests but after two days of no sleep and getting blasted by high winds as we had to keep the windows and front door open we bailed and stayed at a very nice Hotel in Kaanapali.

This was a beautiful property and immaculate. The views were outstanding and we had the beach to ourselves everyday! Best beach in Maui!
