Premiere BEACHFRONT property! GOLF AT THE MAYAN!!! Kayak with the DOLPHINS!!!

Gorgeous 5 bedroom home right on the ocean...on the BEST beach in Rocky Point, PLAYA MIRAMAR, just a 25 minute drive east of the city center. The views from this house are SPECTACULAR! Playa Miramar, a pet friendly beach, is one of the few beaches that boasts a single row of homes...it is so peaceful and quiet, you will feel like you are vacationing at your own private resort.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and two baths and the casita has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths plus an additional kitchen and living room. The lower patio is set up comfortably for outdoor living with ample loungers, tables and couches. The kitchen is huge, with gorgeous granite countertops and everything you need, including a margaritaville blender for those margaritas/piña coladas. Master bedroom, great room, and casita living room have fireplaces. The home was remodeled in 2022.
This is NOT a solar powered house. We have newly installed high efficiency A/C combo heating units in each room to guarantee your comfort. In addition each room has a ceiling fan.
Sit back, have a margarita, or venture up to the large upper margarita deck for sunset! Make some memories while soaking up the sun, sand and sea.
Golf at the beautiful Mayan resort...a Jack Nicholas designed course (with more waterfront holes than Pebble Beach!) and enjoy the restaurants and bars just a 5 minute drive down the beach. Banana boat ride anyone? Enjoy a massage right at the home for $45! Pack your fishing gear...and catch corvina or flounder right off the coast. Kayaks and fun beach games available...bocce ball, horseshoes, cornhole, bullzeye ball, beersbee. Beach chairs and umbrella also available for your use. 24 hour guard gate and security.

This house is incredible! We travel to Rocky Point every year as a multi-family group, and we all agreed this is our favorite home so far. It is so well-appointed, absolutely beautiful, the perfect size for our multi-generational group of 12, and so comfortable. This home has the true wow factor!!!!

Perfect place

We have stayed in this area for years now. While they are still building mid rises and high-rises throughout the area. This home gave us the beach to ourselves. Everyone in our party had a great time.The home is nicely appointed.When it the a c is plus at certain times a year

Amazing stay

The house was very beautiful and spacious. There was a lot of time spent on the beach. Very clean and great communication with the host. However, it was pretty far from the main town and the main activities my family was looking for. Aside from that our experience was wonderful.

Amazing property! Beautiful beach!

This property was amazing! Truly beachfront! The owner was very responsive! Lots of beach toys available, comfy beds, cold AC and plenty of water for 11 people. First time staying in Playa Miramar but we will be back!

Beautiful property

The house was the perfect size for our family. Having the extra casita was perfect for the younger kids so we didn’t wake them at night. The beach was beautiful. Had lots of fun suntanning, playing in the ocean, sea shell searching and even got to see the dolphins one afternoon. The only critique I would have is there are not cots just air mattresses and out of the 2 we tried they both didn’t last the night staying pumped up. The one was really bad only stayed pumped up for about an hour before it would go flat. Over all it was a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Nice and relaxing!

Family Getaway

What an amazing property! So much room to spread out or get together. We had 11 adults and everyone had space and enough bathrooms!! Spectacular shell hunting, sunsets, and dolphin sightings.

Amazing place to visit.

We have been coming to Mexico for over 16 years and have always stayed in the same place. This was a new location for us and it did not disappoint. The house was amazing as well as the beach. The house had everything we needed plus extras. We loved the decor and all the space. This is a new favorite place for our family.

Family vacation

We stayed for a week at the house and we loved it. Our party was 6 adults and 2 children. Spend most every day on the beach which is just steps from the very large porch. The home has many games provided and we played one almost every night. Would definitely stay here again.

RP Stay Nice and Comfortable Home

Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed the home. Best casita we've ever had in all of our visits to Rocky Point. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and the entire home and casita were very comfortable.

Friends Beach Vacation

The house and casita were great! Couldn’t ask for a closer beach location. Felt super comfortable and had all the things we could think of and more. Lots of options and comforts of home. Pretty decor, comfortable beds, excellent ACs and plenty of fans. Would definitely rest again.

Peaceful, and excellent host

This was our first time in Playa Miramar and it will not be our last. The home was perfect for our family. Multiple areas to relax, the amenities were just as listed. Todd was great with communication. It was a wonderful experience.

Fantastic Family getaway

Annual family summer vacation with friends. First time at Playa Miramar and loved it. Great house with enough room for everyone, the proximity to Mayan Palace was convenient. Our husbands played golf and we all met for lunch at the Mayan. The water was unusually calm, so we had an opportunity to kayak, sunset yoga on the patio, and relaxing massages. We hope to come back next summer.

Our Group of 12 had a great time. There’s lots of games to play, plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking, drinking and entertainment. Beds were comfy and the location was great., Though it was a bit farther then we were used to from the fish market. It was perfect for a nice relaxing vacation
