Este lujoso y completamente renovado condominio de 3 dormitorios está ubicado en el primer piso del popular Pinnacle Port Resort. El interior ha sido bellamente decorado en colores brillantes con muebles de alta gama y detalles de buen gusto. Hay un montón de espacio habitable, muebles cómodos y hermosos pisos. The condo was not quite as pictures looked. It was difficult to find when we got there. Had air issues but it was resolved. The condo had a bad smell inside. The downstairs smelled like urine in the bathroom. All 3 beds were very uncomfortable & the pillows. The hallway on the way to the condo smelled bad also & there were several holes in the ceiling in the hallway as well. I have been coming to PP for the last 4 years. This visit did me in .

The Condo was fine but they were doing construction which we knew about beforehand but had no idea how much it affected our unit,one being that they had our covered parking space blocked and no one told us this or the specifics of what the construction would be.In fairness they gave us a chance to move to another condo before the week started and in hindsight I would have taken their offer.

Very Nice! Convenient to beach and easy access for the kids and grandkids. Nice balcony view of ocean from our bedroom. Room even came with our on parking space. Very nice place to stay.

Pictures did not match the unit. The Oceanview was nice however it was upstairs and not all travelers could .are it up to enjoy. There was an odor that 2 maintenance techs said they didn't smell. Had to use fans to cool the unit as the temperature never got below 77.

The condominium was the right size for our group of 7, including 3 children. There is a problem with the central air conditioner not being able to properly cool the lower level but Josh the maintenance supervisor personally came and installed a portable a/c unit in master bedroom to resolve the issue. Hats off to him for his quick response!

Lovely location!!

Perfect quiet location and close to many things to do. Our second time staying at Pinnacle Port. Even got to see sea turtle nest and hatching!!

Fall break with the family

The condo was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was complete with all the dishes and pots and pans. Loved the pantry area with washer and dryer.

AH-MAZING!

Y’all, what a great location. This was a wonderful condo and great views. Loved how every bedroom had their own bathroom. The decor was beautiful. The pool was amazing with a concession stand and live music on the weekends!!. Not to mention, right on the beach. 10/10 recommend.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Pinnacle Port. The area was quite and family friendly and the condo was very clean and cozy with beautiful decor. The only issue that I had was that both mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were too soft making it hard to get comfortable, but if you don't mind a very soft mattress, you will love them:) I would definitely stay again, me and my family made wonderful memories here.

Great stay at Pinnacle Port! We loved being on the first floor so we didn't have to deal with the elevators in the building when we didn't want to. The unit was very clean with lots of touches to make it homey. We used all the beds and everyone said they were comfortable. There was a building wide issue with the air conditioning when we were there. The management company was great with communicating with me and offering us fans or a temporary unit as a solution. Luckily, the issue resolved after a day.

Awesome Condo

The condo is absolutely beautiful and a great size too. All the beds were comfy and TVs in every room. We have friends that live in the same complex and they loved it too. Owners should be aware of a few maintenance issues that were not fixed while we were there but that's on the management company. Was not a deal breaker though. The complex was very nice and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!!

August 2019 Stay

The staff from Book That Condo was tremendous. The high level of communication ensured that everything was in order and made our trip carefree. We knew that they’d be responsive if needed given how proactive they were leading up to and during our trip to ensure everything met our expectations. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Pinnacle port 115A

I believe it was renovated after the negative reviews were published. The only negative thing I can say is there was no dining area and no closet space upstairs. Considering we ate out every night and at lunch at the beach, the dining situation was no problem. We also stored our suitcases under the bed which was a little hassle but nothing major.

Vacation

Overall a good trip and close to the beach. Comfortable house. Close to things to do and eat. Easy access to everything. Needed to be a little cooler in the house. It stayed around 75 did have fans but needed to be a little cooler. Had difficulty with the dryer but they are working on getting it looked at. Comfortable furniture.

Perfect Location

We had a great time! The location of this condo couldn't have been more perfect, especially since the elevators were a hot mess. The beach was beautiful This condo had stairs which I was not aware of. I would include that as older people may struggle with them. The low ceilings were almost a problem for my over 6" husband. I was surprised to see how deep the pool was in the shallow end, also.

Lovely Beach Condo

Excellent trip to the gulf! Lovely place. Beautiful beach themed decor. Clean. Excellent location, easy room access for running in and out to the beach. Great to walk through Carillon each morning for a little exercise. Would love to have a Norwex dust mop available to keep up with the sand a little easier. Jesus is coming soon!! Know Him. If he doesn't rapture us soon, we will definitely return to 115A Pinnacle Port. ❤ Thank you for sharing your beach condo.

Upon arriving parking was a nightmare, not enough parking for wheelchair access. AC ran all the time but didn't cool the condo. Fans were sitting everywhere but still very uncomfortable. The couch was very dirty and stained, very poor cleaning service. The lower balcony didn't looked like it had been cleaned in a while. We have stayed here before but sadly the family said we will look elsewhere next year. It's a shame because this is a beautiful place.

Room

We loved the location and the feeling of security. Easy access to the beach and facilities. The room was comfortable for us as family of eight. Nice but damp

The condo was very nice and decorated beautifully. Completely updated. However, the air ran continuously and never got below 74 degrees the whole week, we all had to use fans the whole time we were there. The condo just felt very damp the whole time. There was a dehumidifier that we tried to use but it just produced more hot air. Overall, it was well equipped and fit our needs even if it was a bit warm inside most days.

good location, just not clean

The place was dirty when we got there, so the cleaning was not good. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the couch was extremely stained, the ceilings had mold and the vents had mold and all of us were stuffy/sick from the mold. Overall, the place was just very nasty and not clean.
