Ocean Village is a beautiful place to stay, it has something to offer to everyone. Our condo had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and had the best bed I’ve slept on while on vacation. Justin responded quickly to my messages, there wasn’t many though because we didn’t have any problems nor did we need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Third time we've stayed at Ocean Village, but first time in this condo. It was well-furnished and had everything we needed. The bed was fabulous!! Our only complaint would be that the golf course was closed on multiple days and it wasn't as close to the beach as we thought it would be. If we come back to Hutchinson Island in the future, we will stay here again!

Great getaway

Relaxing Long Weekend

We loved our stay at the condo. It had everything we needed! Didn't get to golf, but the par 3 course looked nice. Long walks on the beach every morning. The beach was not crowded in the afternoon. We were close to many great restaurants and activities.

Beach condo stay

The condo was great! It was clean and had all of the things that we needed such as dishes, kitchen gadgets, cookware, etc. The resort had great amenities. The pool area was fantastic and the beach was right around the corner. Great location close to many restaurants and a short drive to local grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, close to everything

Excellent location and on the first floor. It had everything that we needed and more. It has a keurig coffee machine and a brand new washer and dryer. As soon as we got there we tried to rent it for next year, but it was booked. The place was perfect for us. Needed some history on the growth chart on the bedroom door. Again a great place to stay.

My stay on Hutchinson Island

The condo that we stayed in at Ocean Village in the Golf villas was a good location to everything offered. It was clean and uncluttered. The owner was very good at responding if we had any questions.

Nicely remodeled condo

As other reviews have stated, condo is nicely remodeled and the whole property area is in excellent shape. They are almost done with the main pool, opening soon. This unit however is very close to a very nice swimming pool, and we used that one. The workout center we went to was also new, maybe a year old? Beach is just a short walk away. The condo is right at the 8th hole tee and is a ground level unit which was nice and had a screened in patio. The description says there are BBQ grills, but that means common charcoal ones near the pool. We didn't use. I suspect the HOA will not allow gas grills in the patio areas. Overall a great stay and we're planning on coming again next year. Perfect space for a couple.

My 2nd stay in this unit

I stayed here 3 yrs ago, absolutely loved it then. Was disappointed when I thought it was no longer used as a rental. I was very happily surprised during check in to realize it was the same unit I had rented previously. The unit is very clean, updated, in a wonderful gaurded community. Has pools, and the complex is licated directly on the ocean. I highly recommend this listing! Thank you again to the family, who i understand has owned this unit for many yrs, and now has been taken over, and now managed by the next generation.

Great Clean Place to stay!

Very friendly and clean environment. Beach was a short walk from our condo. The water was too rough to let my 3 year old play in the water but she didn’t let it stop her from having fun playing in the sand! Condo offered a storage unit with lots of beach essentials that were nice so you don’t have to pack everything like we did! Even had plenty of beach towels. Pool was nice and a short walk from our condo. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Nice quiet area

This area is nice and quiet, I know the beaches changes every year depending on storms the one at the unit was not swimming friendly ( big waves) but sand was nice, but there where nice beaches in the area( pepper beach),restaurants were great not to busy which was nice, owner was very helpful and quick response to any questions also was one of the quietest unit we stay never heard the neighbor not sure if they were away or not…disappointed in the main pool as it was closed but I heard they are building a new one and opening 2024-2025.

Rough Start to a Great Stay

My wife and I were looking for a place to spend February and March of 2024. We were attracted to this property by all the five star ratings and the reviews of how clean it was. When we got to the condo, we were disappointed to find it was not clean. After spending a lot of time cleaning, we contacted the owner to let him know about the state of the condo and included pictures. Justin, the owner, reimbursed us for all the cleaning supplies we bought and the Cleaning Fee we were charged when we booked the property. He also arranged for a handyman to show up the next day to address the things we could not clean or fix. Justin was also very proactive in making sure any household supplies (light bulbs, furnace filters, shower curtain, etc.) were replaced quickly. The property itself was in a great location. It is close to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Ocean Village has a large beach, three pools, an executive golf course, and an onsite restaurant/bar. The property offers many activities for residents and renters. We met people from all over the country and just about everyone was very friendly.

OCEAN VILLAGE BEACH CONDO

Justin was very easy to work with. I contacted him the second day I was there with a couple questions and he responded immediately. You have your choice of several pools and the main pool should be finished being upgraded by next season.I only spent the evenings in the condo as I enjoyed the weather and pools while I was there. I did not spend time at the beach, which is walking distance because I didn't have a beach umbrella. Justin has chairs, but not an umbrella you can use. I did walk to go see the ocean and beach. He has Internet streaming capabilites in the bedroom, but not in the livingroom. The television in the livingroom has Direct TV, but not movie stations like Cinemax, HBO, etc. I would have enjoyed the streaming capabilites in the livingroom as that is where I prefer to watch TV. This is just my opinion. I really enjoyed my stay at Justin's condo!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Its a unique place, one where I grew up for 30 years. I took my first steps here in the kiddie pool and so has my son just a few months ago. Its far enough south to be warm in the winter, and just off the mainland makes it a perfect getaway for a week during the spring or summer months.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Family time. We love the fact that we can stop by the grocery store on the way in and once we get out on the island feel like we're there to stay. We can leave if we want, but we otherwise have everything that we need between the beach, pool, golf, basketball, tennis, bocce ball, movie channels, wireless. Its perfect! Just read the reviews.
