Quick trip

We made a last minute decision to return to our hometown for a very quick getaway. We booked on Saturday evening for our Monday morning arrival, and the process was as smooth as could be! We enjoyed our stay :)

Great Stay!

Beautiful unit! Close to beach and community amenities. Our group enjoyed the main pool, tiki restaurant and the teens had fun playing golf and pickleball. Several waterfront restaurants within just a few miles of neighborhood.

Perfect vacation spot

Very nice location with all the amenities you would ever need. Unit was updated and beautifully decorated.Facilities on the property were all very well maintained.Main pool area and tiki bar has been totally redone unfortunately the pool was not in service yet due to not being inspected at the time we were there.Tiki bar was was fantastic with daily live music at Happy Hour with great food and drinks. The owners of the unit were very responsive to any questions we had and did everything possible to make sure we had a very memorable experience at the resort. Unfortunately we were only booked for two nights but look forward to coming back in the future.

Pleasant stay at Ocean Village

This one bedroom, one bath place worked well for us. Appreciated the complementary bottle of wine. I am not a tech wizzard and had some problem figuring out the tv set-up. There was a TV in the bedroom and living room. Overall, things went well. This was our second year staying at this property and are scheduled to return again next year.

Great extended weekend stay!

Check-in/check-out were both smooth. Unit was clean and had everything needed. King size bed and double sinks in bathroom so nice. Restaurant/tiki bar food/drinks great. Love the beach! Will be back!

We were very pleased with the property. Very responsive communication with the owner. Great instructions. It was so nice to see a bottle of wine waiting for us. We were there for 6 nights and definitely had an enjoyable experience.

Great condo near beach is very clean with everything you need including complementary wine. Could have used a few more coffee cartridges for the Keurig, but all else was good.

Amazing short vacations

My son and his young family came to visit. We currently are renting in Ocean Village, and we wanted them to enjoy a little bit of these paradise. They were very pleased with the apartment we rented for them. This place is super cute. Everything was very clean, and exactly as pictured. They are a young family with two little kids, and they were able to accommodate very nicely into the apartment and to sleep! The owner was very prompt to communicate to any questions or requests we had!!

Convenient Beach Getaway

This condo is a couple blocks from the beach in a convenient location. There are many restaurants and markets within a 5 mile radius. My husband is a crazy fisherman and he was able to find many fishing spots and places to charter within 15 minutes of us. We will definitely rent this unit again. The condo is decorated simply and nicely. It has the day to day comforts of home and was clean. The only things I would suggest is doing some upkeep on the sliding door to the bathroom where the door isn’t sliding correctly. The paint on the door is quite worn from the scraping and replace the bedroom pillows because they are flat. Overall we enjoyed this rental very much during our 10 day stay.

I recently stayed at this place with mixed experience with some great features and a few areas that could use improvement: Pros: - The towels provided were of nice quality, soft and absorbent. - The countertops in the kitchen were lovely, adding a nice touch to the space. - The floor cleaner had a pleasant scent, which kept the place smelling fresh. - The interior pictures were accurate and true to what you see in person. Cons: - The couch springs were a bit worn, making it less comfortable than expected. - The bed was firmer than I prefer, which might not suit everyone's taste. - The microfiber sheets were nubby, which could be improved for better comfort. - There were quite a few sugar ants in the kitchen and a few in the bathroom and sink areas, but this could be easily addressed. - If you’re sensitive to synthetic fragrances, be aware that the floor cleaner has a noticeable scent. - There was damage to the wall ceiling in the living room! - The exterior pictures did not accurately show the location of the apartment; it’s not the green roofs shown in the photos. -Main pool was under construction! Thankfully they had others but were further away from beach! Overall, while there were a few minor issues, the nice touches and pleasant features made my stay enjoyable.
