Very nice unit! Nice location. Very easy check in.I would have loved to give it a 5 star but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, could not sleep on it.

We had a great stay in 21B! The condo is exactly as described. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Updated appliances, comfortable furniture, and smart TV with cable helped us pass the time during the rain showers. The view of the beach was wonderful. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery, and drug store. The hosts and the rental company were very responsive. The whole rental process was smooth and easy.

The stay was good overall, but the room was lacking necessities like towels, rags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

3 Day Getaway

Stayed a few nights. Weather was perfect. Room was very clean and accommodating with all the needs for a night or a couple of weeks. Close proximity to all the shopping and restaurants Carolina Beach has to offer and the property has a perfect beach location for a quiet relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again…

Anniversary Trip

We booked this property for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. It was everything we needed and more! The view as amazing, the pool was clean and well maintained. The bed could have been a little softer, but that would be the only complaint. Will definitely keep this property in mind for the future.

Amazing place

This was such a great condo. It has been redone and really had the costal vacation feel. The balcony was amazing and we sat out each morning with coffee and at night with a glass of wine. It has nice shade because it is on the second floor. The location to the beach can't be beat. The pool was nice and not crowded when we were there. You can walk to the Tiki bar and other places from the beach. We loved everything about our stay and would return again.

Nice beach trip

We had a nice time in the condo. Overall it was clean and I felt safe. The building and condo are a little run down/dated but typical of a beach place. The bed in the kitchen is kinda funny but we used it so it was nice to have. You do hear pool and balcony noise but it didn’t go too late at night. Nice view of the ocean.

Right on top of the pool filled with kids. Terribly uncomfortable bed. Otherwise very nice.

Our 2024 Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Colony #21B except for one thing. Your time on the balcony is limited because there is no ceiling on the balcony so you get all the rain and sand from the balcony above you. The condo was clean and the realty company was there if we needed anything.

our trip

the room was just perfect,the property does not have an elevator,that was the only negative thing about this property, there was an issue of leaking from the roof in our bathroom, the people in the office were very helpful in letting us know what was going on. The lady said to use our towels to mop up the water, she would bring us more towels, which we never got, I used towels to mop up the water, then I had to wash them. So glad there was a washer/dryer

Great beach

It was great until we tried to extend our stay given the unit was a available to extend. The management company gave us incorrect info and did not respond to our request therefore causing us to lose the option. Instead the unit was reserved online by someone else much later after we requested the extension. Then if that wasn't bad enough Betty the manager did not offer any kind of reolution, or other options. She clearly didn't care that it caused a great unnecessary inconvenience. We were going to pre book in August before we left but have found another great unit with Bryant Real Estate. Thanks Quinn

The Good, the Bad, & the ???

First, the Good: the view was beautiful and we enjoyed our time at the pool and on the beach. And the food was awesome at Michael's and out-of-this-world at Freddie's. Now the Bad: This place was filthy. And not just surface filth, even though the details of the property state that the surfaces are disinfected. What?? And they charged a cleaning fee? For what?? It was clearly evident that this property had not been CLEANED in a really long time. We did as much as we could in order to sleep there our first night. A person arrived the next morning to CLEAN THE SHOWER, which had mold/mildew from top to bottom, and to replace the shower liner which had the same, and tackle the kitchen. A warning about the ventilation system---no one should be breathing the gunk that we found. And the musty smell when you walk through the door was overwhelming---it even permeated through our bags and luggage. I could go on with listing EVERYTHING but would rather not belabor this. In fact, when asked to review this rental, I requested the contact information of the owner of this property to avoid a public review, but the property mgmt would not allow it. To top it off, no discount was offered for the lack of cleanliness. We should have known better than to spend our hard-earned money on this rental given there were only 5 reviews for this multi-year owner. We have rented meticulously-cleaned, ocean-front, 2 and 3 bedroom condos, in gated-communities, for 2 weeks for the same money---and, the upkeep of those rentals/properties was undeniable. If you choose this place, just know that you have to be the one to check on the cleanliness/disinfecting because there is no one else doing it.

Great place to stay!

Lovely condo right on the beach. Decorated in the coastal style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Would be nice if owners would provide beach chairs and beach towels for tenants to use.

Pre-Summer Getaway

The facility was perfect for my long weekend to visit friends in the Wilmington area. It provided the best of everything Carolina Beach has in the off season. Great places to eat for sure. The pool and waking up to the sunrise on the beach was breathtaking! I would certainly Come back.

First time to Carolina Beach

And we loved it! The condo was as nice as it looks online and the view was fabulous. Just what we needed for a few days and every meal we had was great. No bad experiences other than a little cooler than we expected but that did not stop us from walking on the beach! The last day was warm enough to sit on the beach and read - and get sunburned! Would especially like to thank the "girls" at Carolina Property. They were all so efficient and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If we are ever back over that way, we will use their rental agency again.

Great ocean front view

Great place for a couple to spend a week!! The view from the balcony was of the ocean and the pool. The kitchen had all the basics. The couch was very comfortable for watching a movie or reading. The bathroom was also very nice. We would come back again in the future.

Nice place

Very lovely place right on the beach, walking distance to many restaurants, the only problem is the insulation is so bad that we were woken up every morning at 6 AM by people above us and heard every single step they were making, had to leave a day earlier.
